Coming into this locations Outback the staff was super kind and sat our party of three right away, they made sure to include a gluten free menu per my mention of celiac and request. They also told me to mention to our server. Once I mentioned to our server Joshua he made sure the kitchen was aware I had celiac and to have no cross contamination. He took our drink order an gave us time to look over the menu. He gave us suggestions which was great on steaks an appetizers. The food an service was amazing. Nathan took such good care of us an we never had to ask for refills or anything he was on top of it all. The food was cook perfectly just liked we asked. Outback is just one of the many restaurants that has gone downhill since COVID. My visit to this location on 4/16 just reminded me of that. Hence why I don't go as often as I used to. But since I am a Dine Rewards member (Outback's Loyalty program) they sent me an offer for FREE Bloomin' Onion so I decided to give them another chance to prove me wrong. While I was not completely disappointed, I can still recall Outback being better before COVID. The portions got smaller, the service got weaker, and they got stingier with their ketchup. Upon getting off the elevator (this location is on the 4th floor of the Coke Building of the Strip) I was met with a hostess who couldn't be more miserable working this job. She walks me to my table, puts the menu on it and walks off without saying anything. My waiter was slightly more pleasant but forgot to take off the discount for my Bloomin' Onion on my check. Then they couldn't find the discount so the manager (who was very nice and compensated for the trip here) had to come over and look at the e-mail they sent me. She took the discount off regardless even though they couldn't find it in my Dine Rewards account. Overall, Outback could be a little better. Again I only came in for the FREE Bloomin' Onion which is still worth the trip here after all these years. But then again you kind of expect Outback to pay attention to that because the Bloomin' Onion is their staple and Outback without the Bloomin' Onion is like McDonald's without the Big Mac. Not a super easy place to find but my friend and I were able to figure out how to get to the restaurant, located on the 4th floor & look carefully, it's so easy to overlook the elevator doors and walk right past them. The hostess was very welcoming & seated us quickly. Dylan was our waiter and was quick to greet us and get our drink order. Soon after drinks our blooming onion arrived and it has been a longtime since I've eaten this fun appetizer. It was yummy. Steaks and sides ordered and we continued our conversation. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the salads were just enough, and who doesn't like the soft, little loaf of bread. This was a perfect place to enjoy some good food, drinks, and conversation. This is my first time ever ordering a chicken breast at Outback and let me tell you .... WOWWW it was very very delicious. Service was great. Giving a one for a few reasons. Note that its been a while since I've given out a 1. Here's why Outta l on the strip near MGM gets one: 1. They are open until 11pm on a Sunday night only IF you've already been seated by 10:30pm. 2. IF you have NOT been seated before 10:30, like say at 10:15 AND they are "at capacity" then they will NOT seat you. Even if a table is due to open before 10:30. 3. They have really poor attitudes, terrible customer service, poor communication and likely all a result of poor leadership/management. They offered for me to speak to management and I said no, as this is a leadership issue so I'm not willing to waste my time speaking to the owner of the issues at hand. I'd recommend never coming here if you do not have reservations or if you come anytime after 10pm. I personally will never return. They need to adjust their hours or info online re seating if they're going to operate in this fashion. Ie unpredictably. We had two over 70 people, one ADA so had we known this was how they managed things here we would've never come. And btw calling ahead won't help you as they do not offer read more

My sister and I came here to this Outback in April 2021 in Las Vegas as the family wanted this place for dinner. As I recall, I didn't get anything from here as I was not hungry. I ordered the food for the family which consisted of several meals and two children meals. There were a variety of plates like steaks, chicken, shrimp and even ribs. I totally forgot to take pictures of the meals when we got back from the hotel room. We found it to be very difficult to locate this place, although we see it - it was like rocket science trying to find the entrance. It took about 30 minutes to figure out to get to the hostess. Once we finally figured it out due to COVID at the time we were sent up through the elevators by staff a little at time. We were informed to sit or stand at the to go area while the dude took our order. He came back a few minutes later with the tab. He informed us it would be a 30 minute wait which we decided to walk around the strip for a bit. It was a lovely walk. We had to go through the same protocols to re-enter which was checking in, staff paging each other they were sending people up. For dine in at the time it was an hour and half wait which some people put their names down and some left. We were greeted again by staff which they were very welcoming and nice. The server who took our order brought us our food out and re went over the meals again to make sure every meal was all there. We left and proceeded back to the hotel. Once we started passing out the food we realized a chicken dinner was missing and one of the kids meals. I immediately called and staff instantly knew I would be back or calling. The manager was very upset at his own staff as it was a kids meal that was missing. He was more upset than I was, which was honestly refreshing. He offered to re make the meals however it was such a hassle with parking and paying for parking and plus I had a horrible headache and I wanted to rest. The manager offered to send gift cards to the address of our choice to resolve the mistake which I gladly accepted. I won't disclose the amount it was definitely an amount I was happy with. He quoted me that corporate will send it out and it may take up to two to three weeks which was fine. He let me know if I don't receive it in that time frame to call back. I made sure to thank the manager for his professionalism, dedication to make it right and accepting the error as some businesses will blame or deny. This was not the case at all! I am actually impressed with the high level customer service. I didn't have to call back at all as it seriously came a week later after the mishap. I was such a happy camper! I received two gift cards in the mail. Saving them for a special occasion. The family enjoyed the steaks, ribs, chicken and shrimp. I nibbled off the chicken and ribs and it was pretty good even the shrimp. It was all well seasoned and flavorful. It was very tasty the family enjoyed it. My nieces ended up sharing a kids meal and I believe with the missing chicken someone had to share a meal as well. Overall, I am very pleased with the service here, the way management handled this situation and the accommodation for it too. I highly recommend coming here either to dine in or to go. I was impressed with this restaurant. One of the few places that is not price gouging in Vegas. I was able to get a steak salad and sides for under $25. The steak was 10x better than Cabo wabo and cheaper. The sides were flavorful and the bread was fresh. Only issue here was the wait. Show up and get on the waitlist is most important or go late. I don't know how this place has 4 stars. Where do I start? Got off the elevator on the 4th floor and was greeted by the most miserable hostess I've ever seen. She could not be bothered to say hello or crack a smile. She then proceeded to seat my party of three at the table right next to the hostess stand and entrance when the restaurant looked half empty. We were there on a Monday night. I asked if we could have a different table and she then proceeds to tell us, they only have three servers working. Why we needed to know this, I don't know why. I saw a table nearby and asked if we could sit there and she said yes, but mumbled something under her breath that I couldn't hear but was probably insulting. Our server thankfully was very friendly and professional but the food let us down. A drink was brought in a dirty glass. The salad I ordered looked like it came out of the trash. My pork chops were extremely tough and salty. My asparagus was good and my two friends said their burgers were good. Place didn't seem very clean. I had avoided Outback for years because of the drop in quality but since this had 4 stars on yelp and it was late and we were desperate, we thought we'd try it. OUTBACK is my go to place for a steak. After a busy day we ended up having a late dinner. Parking is tough, but we ended up parking at NY NY and made the trek to the restaurant. Note to patrons, this is the Outback next to the MM store. The restaurant is located on the second floor. From the moment we walked in service was PHENOMENAL..HOWEVER...our server Hyasson.. I lack the words to describe what a great job he did! Friendly but not overly, professional but not stuffy, and knowledgeable. The manager came over to greet us and after a few minutes of conversation with us it was easy to see why his team was so great! He offered great sight seeing tips and spent just enough time with us to make me want to come back! Hes definitely has learned not to "manage" but "leads well".
