I ordered a couple of beers (Taco Truck lagers for my parents and a Half Dome Wheat for myself), two fish & chip plates and a BBQ Pulled Chicken sandwich plate for myself. As soon as I paid, my daughter asked me what she was going to drink. I felt so bad that I had forgotten to include a drink for her. I asked Nick to ring me up for a lemonade, and he was kind enough to offer it on the house. Since we had such a long wait, I figured I would enjoy the view outside while sipping my beer. Well, silly me set my glass on a bench and it fell over. I was so embarrassed! I went in ready to pay for another one with cash, but again, great hospitality and understanding on their behalf. He offered me a new glass. I appreciated that he didn't automatically judge and hopefully he didn't think I chugged it down, haha.
