My hubby and I love this BWW and we stop in a few times a month. My favorite things to order are the boneless wings and a salad. I get the blue cheese dressing and the medium sauce and mix the two together. Yum. This place is always hopping, so we like to go around 3 when it's a little quieter. Staff and management are always on the ball. We had a party here in the spring, out on the patio and our server rocked! My friends and I came in from Pittsburgh to see a UM game last weekend. Since B-Dubs was next to our hotel this is where we ended up. On a Friday before game day we rolled in after a round of golf. We sat at the bar and ordered food. What we didn't know was we landed a kindred spirit in the bartender, Kaylah. She was awesome! Quick with the food, the drinks, and the quick wit. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next night after Michigan whooped Nebraska. Kaylah was bartending again and she did not disappoint! We loved her and her bartending crew. The food was BWW decent. The beer list was 4 weeks out of date. The bartender was cranky. The greeters were flat out rude. Our server tried his best to be accommodating, but they were obviously understaffed. This is the first time I have been displeased with a BWW location. There are many choices in Ann Arbor, and this will not be on the list again. read more

On Dec. 10, 2015 I sent an email message requesting a reservation for an informal group of about 30 people for Dec. 17 from 2-6pm, and requested contact from the manager of the BWW on Boardwalk in Ann Arbor, MI. I left my email address and phone number. I received this reply: Thanks for your feedback. Our Guest Relations team will review your comments and respond in timely manner. I was not contacted again, so I called the restaurant early on Dec. 15 to let them know our group would be coming in and out between 2-6pm on Dec. 17, 2015 as mentioned in the email. The female manager with whom I spoke said it would be crowded, but it would be fine. That evening, about 8 hours later, I received a call from a male manager who told me that there would NOT be room for our group and that they would NOT be able to accommodate us. UPDATE: I received a call early the next day and an apology. It turned out they had booked us already and our group was expected. Be sure to reconfirm if you ever try to make a reservation for an event at BWW, and do not try to do it on line. Here's hoping the gathering will go well tomorrow! read more

ZERO on customer service!!! I am never coming back to this location!! I placed an order online today because I have not had Bdubs in a while. First off, I waited 15 minutes just for someone to come to the register in an empty restaurant. Even after I told another staff member that I was picking up an order. The lady at the register had an attitude with me as if I had her waiting, she forgot my drink, and I wasn't even given a napkin, fork, or knife. While driving I realized that part of my order was wrong, I called to tell them and they told me to come back in 10 minutes (there was missing sauce for my tenders, not to mention the fries were soggy). They called the number for the other order and said that there was a point of confusion but they can put the sauce on the side. I came back just for a man to come tell me "sorry bro" after the staff told me to come back to pick up the right order! Am I supposed to eat cold tenders with the right sauce?? No, take them back and make them right. Lazy, poor customer service, nasty food. read more

I went with my friends since I hear they have a new place opened. I like wings with beer here.Ann Arbor has an only one place in downtown, but I don't go there often because hardly find parking space or long walk from parking structure and sometimes it is very crowded. So I am happy that they open a new one. Parking is easy and food is great. Service is so so, but it will be ok since they are new servers and only few days passed since they open. I work near here and occasionally will get carryout for lunch. I am yet to have my order ready for pickup at the estimated time. Oftentimes it is 15-20 minutes after the estimated time. Is it that hard to give me an accurate estimate? If it's going to take longer, that's ok, but let me know that before I'm waiting in the lobby. read more

This was the worst service I have ever had!! Sat at the bar at 1:00am didn't get my beer until 1:15. The girl bartender name Sam kept leaving the bar coming back smelling like weed. She had a horrible attitude! They say the kitchen is open late night but at 1:30 she did last call on food and drinks! At 1:35 she told me no on another beer and said that she rather not be there all night.. that bar used to be my place to relax and watch some TV but now the staff there is just rude and makes it a horrible experience every time. This is not the first time this bartender has acted this way and it makes me just want to turn around every time I come to the door and see her there!! read more

Food okay. Service was pretty bad. I requested a different table than the one I was guided too and the hostess pretty much said no (even though the restaurant was quiet). Our food was delivered by another waitress and she slammed down my boyfriends plate on the table and a bunch of fries fell on his lap- she didn't even acknowledge that. Waitresses were texting on their cell phones and some hanging out at a table. The menus were so dirty, seemed like people have handled them throughout eating messy wings- so gross! Everything seems kind of dirty (chairs, food baskets). Would not recommend eating at Buffalo Wild Wings, I have never had a good experience at any of the locations. read more

Absolutely the worst service ever and an incompetent manager who makes excuses for his poor management. We were a group of 25 with maybe 10% of he restaurant full. It was basically empty. We had to ask for menus, 30 mins in and not even drink orders were taken. We were treated as an inconvenience from the moment we walked in, we even offered to take our group elsewhere if they couldn't serve us. 1 hr and 45 minutes later 5 people (12 year old hungry children) still had no food and orders were wrong or incomplete. Erik the manager is the most incompetent manager I've ever witnessed. A dozen or more wait staff running around an empty restaurant and we had 1 waiter. Erik never lifted a finger to help his staff or tell them how to competently manage our tables. He literally hid in the back room until we hunted him down. Avoid this place. BW3 needs to fire Erik. We have gone to this chain numerous times with a large group, this location was the WORST. And Erik had the nerve to complain to other patrons about us. I will never go to a BW3's again. The meal should have been at least partially comped, but no offer was made. Poor poor management which is directly reflected in horrible service by employees who obviously hate their jobs serving (or not serving in this case) marginal food. read more

Tried calling three separate times to place an order and never got through to talk to anyone. Went in and asked what their number was in case I had it wrong. They just weren't answering their phones for some reason. Was told it would be an hour wait to get wings so I just left. So frustrating. Went for dinner tonight. Took quite a while for someone to come by to take a drink order. Finally after I got a manager's attention and he started taking my order, the server magically appeared. Lots of other servers standing around chatting so the problem wasn't that they were busy. Not the first time that I've been to this location and had poor service; been to other locations and service was fine. The food is what you'd expect from BWW. My experience at this location has been absolutely horrible. Every time I've placed an order online for boneless wings, I take them back to work and they're burnt, hardly any sauce on them, and I just get deep fried breading. I placed an order today over the phone and informed the gentlemen that I have had bad experiences with the wings and to make sure that they are extra wet, which I have to pay extra for. He informed me that he would make sure to let the kitchen know to make them wet. Needless to say, I was disappointed yet again when I picked them up and brought them back to work... what a surprise! The wings were hardly covered in sauce, even though I paid extra to have them wet, and the box says "extra wet." I also received more wings that were burnt and too hard to eat. And I'm not sure who likes to eat deep fried bread, but I don't, and it's not good. So yes, there were more pieces that had absolutely no chicken. I called to complain about this, and conveniently the Manager is too busy. Huh... too busy to talk to a customer that has had the same issues happen repeatedly...some business you run. This location seems to be unable to get their act together. No matter how much I stressed to the guy to make sure that they are extra wet, they fail in meeting their customers' needs. I would definitely avoid this place at all costs. Save your money and go to another location. Needless to say, I'm still waiting for a call back from the Manager...shocker. read more

BWW in any location is a solid three stars at best. But the upside is you know what you are getting and it makes for a nice place to unwind after work with colleagues. This BWW was close to our work location so we popped in. The one star rating is for the horrible service at this location. We have been in twice, once with a twosome and once with three. Both times it took a ridiculous amount of time for the surly seating hostess to waddle up. (two different hostesses) One time we were told 20 minutes and the other 30. Now if a place is packed then fine this is totally understandable. However, we looked around and there were bused and cleaned tables all over the restaurant. Nope we would have to wait. No chance. We went elsewhere and will never be back. Interesting that I have been tot he BWW in downtown AA and the service has always been great and they obviously want to fill up the empty tables. read more

Been there 2 times. Total Chaos even when it's not busy. The last time I went with friends. No servers to be seen. I got my first drink at the bar. Waitress showed up 20 minutes later and took orders from 2 people at our table of 8 then tried to walk off. I had to raise my hand and ask if I could also order? Fine. got that out of the way. It's been an hour now. Food finally comes out for some but not for me. I questioned and then I was asked what I ordered. I'm like seriously? That was an hour ago. The waitress looks at me like I'm wasting her time. So I tossed in. By the way. When the one guy told you he was buying a round of drinks for the whole table, you never asked me or the guy buying what we wanted! So again she just stares then asks. " What would like"? Keep in mind everyone else had ther drinks long ago. I said nothing now. Went to the bar and ordered my beer and food. KC was the bartender and he rocked my food out in 10 minutes. I'll never go there again. If you have to go there. Sit at the bar. At the end bills are being brought out and more Chaos. Trying to figure out what bills belong to whom and people complaining that they are not paying a bill when they didn't get food either! Insane. Totally disorganized. read more
