This was not our best experience at BWW. Sadly our server was sub par and not friendly at all. We ordered motz sticks, med honey bbq, and a lunch Parmesan garlic. The motz sticks tasted good but sadly most of the cheese as not in the stick so they were hollow tubes. When our food arrived my Parmesan garlic were hot and wonderful, my son's honey bbq were luke warm. We sent them back and a new set arrived. The sauce tasted nothing like the honey bbq we were used to or the cold set. We told the waitress that guaranteed they were honey bbq. I asked for a side of the honey bbq to compare, the sample tasted nothing like to wings. However they insisted it was the same. At this point my son is in tears trying to choke them down. I give up asked for my check and a box. I pay the check and was again told by the waitress that it was the same sauce, even they guy that made them came out to assure us there was no mistake. A nice manager lady did eventually come back and talk to us and ultimately brought out some more wings which amazingly tasted and smelled like honey bbq. I'm not pointing fingers, but if you make a mistake and try to cover it up, it's going to cost you business. This was my sons favorite restaurant, sadly it is unlikely I will choose to bring him here again. read more

I went to pick up my order of 1 boneless snack and 1 boneless small (with two sauces). When I got home I found my boneless small was not all boneless. I had half boneless and half traditional. I don't know if I got someone else's traditional, or the kitchen staff, the expo who bags it, and the front of house staff all missed it! Had dinner there this evening. My only complaints pertain to the food quality. Overall the mozzarella sticks were good and the chicken wings were " not bad" A few of them were crunchy where they are not suppose to be. I also feel the sauce is to gloppy. I like when the sauce is almost painted on if you understand what I mean. These wings have blobs of sauce on them that gets all over you...like George Castansa eating ice cream! This BWW is in a great spot, right off of 94, so it's convenient for many small towns surrounding Ann Arbor. There's a big parking lot, so it's more convenient than finding a place to park for the downtown location. I'm frequently up late, and the hours make it another convenient food option near Pittsfield, which otherwise is pretty dead at night. In the many frequent visit's we've had to this BWW, service has always been what you'd expect. There's been some worse, some better, but overall they do a great job with dine in. This is also my favorite layout of all BWW in the area. Every seat has a good view of the TV, and there's also a heated outdoor patio. The food has been solid, and everything you'd expect from a good BWW. My only complaint has been online ordering. My co-workers order out frequently from this location around lunch time, and sometimes the rush gets the better of them. We've had a few missing items, and have learned to double check our order before leaving. Overall, the hours and food are great. The people are friendly, and the location is very convenient. This was one of my favorite restaurants many many years ago..... Their incredibly high prices for low quality food left me astounded. It didn't help that my group of friends and I had an extremely skanky waiter was desperate for tips and almost kept our change. Today I placed an order for pickup at roughly 3pm to be picked up at 7:10pm. For starters, my meal was not ready until 7:30. Also, there was no ranch or celery/carrots in the bag and I was very disappointed. Lastly, they barely seasoned the wings, which was yet another downside to my order tonight. I was disappointed in the take out service this time. We ordered online and selected a pick up time an hour later for a small order even though the soonest we could have selected was a half hour after. We ended up waiting 20 minutes for our food and watched other parties come in and leave with their take out orders while we were waiting. This is the most poorly run BDubs that I can imagine. We just walked in to no host and lobby full of patrons waiting patiently. We put in for 3 in the bar area, and they said "there are quite a few in front of you". Ok, but most of the whole restaurant is empty! It's always like this, so I'm not sure why I'm surprised. It is the most inefficient thing I've ever seen. So we sat at the bar. People seem like they have no clue what's going on. So I guess they're lucky that wings sell them self. Came in last night after a long flight and just wanted a beer and some wings before bed. Bartender was super friendly and helpful, the wings were fast and good and a majority of people were friendly. The manager Jason is the only reason I won't give 5 starts. Had an incident with a drunk there and he did nothing to help what so ever. But over all a good spot to eat. Just watch out for a couple of older men that sit at the far end of the bar. The short black guy in particular. read more

A nice local addition. I love BW's, but other locations aren't very convenient. Excellent service in the bar, with a great beer selection on staff. Bartenders here are great - attentive even on the busiest nights. Great options for those who like a "dinner of appetizers". We love the popcorn shrimp and naked chicken tenders. Buffalitos are also excellent. Wait for a table can be a bit long on weekends. Best place in town to watch sports! read more

I was at this Buffalo Wild Wings the early morning of 4/10/2015. The bartender was one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. I have lived in Chicago and New York City and I have never dealt with a worse bartender in my life. Me and my friends tried to order a couple of drinks before the bar closed, and she was in her right to turn us down, but instead she aggressively threatened to kick us out, and encouraged patrons to attack us since we were ordering drinks so late. Along with my company I have given this Buffalo Wild Wings a lot of business in the past, and yet we were treated like thugs. I would recommend never patronizing this location, and going to the location on State St. where they respect their customers. read more

I had given up on bww. It has been years since last in one. I was in the area and decided why not. I have completely changed my opinion. I will definitely be back to this location. Absolutely everything was perfect. It smelled very clean and inviting. The excellent waitress I had was Danielle she was beyond amazing. We take our daughter to a martial arts studio down the road every Tuesday and Wednesday and let her pick where she wants to go to eat afterwards (between Red Robin and Buffalo Wild Wings) because it is on our way home. As usual, she picked Bdubs. However, we had the worst experience we have ever had and we may not return to this location. We had Sada as our server. She came to the table one time at the end of our hour and 15 minute dine-in experience. This is the longest we have ever spent at a bdubs. We have an hour drive home and choose between RR and Bdubs because of how fast we can get in and out and how close it is to the freeway. As you can imagine after hanging out with her friends in class, our daughter was bouncing off the walls and clearly ready to go, so she could get ready for bed, yet she never once came to our table, despite looking our way several times. She gave us 5 bar napkins to use for our meal when we got our drinks at the beginning. We asked for at least 5 ranch's when we ordered and had to ask again once our food came. She never once asked if we would like a refill. My husband had to ask for a refill from the nice gentleman who dropped off our food. I wish I asked for his name because we loved him! She finally dropped off the bill and never gave me a pen, so I had to go to the pick up desk and ask for one because she was nowhere in sight for another 5+ minutes. We also noticed a gentleman that came in and sat in her section, across from us, that was not greeted for at least the first 15 minutes of him sitting there. We felt terrible as this was not the experience we have ever had at this location. We come here at least once a week, so we know that is not normal for this location. With that being said, I am seriously questioning if we will be back because every experience we have ever had at Red Robin has been above and beyond our expectations and doesn't compare to this location. There's even a large covered patio (but the music is too loud for my liking out there). Only reason this place received a star is because I can't go any lower. Easily the worst experience in a restaurant setting I have ever been through. They were at half capacity at best and it took over 20 minutes to get any of our drinks. Once we ordered a second round for all of us, our server brought back 2 out of the 4 drinks and then proceeded to ask if anyone else needed refills....After about 45 minutes, two of us were brought our food while the other two waited on their orders of potato wedges. About 20 minutes later we still didn't receive our potato wedges and the two people that did receive their food were already done, so we just canceled the potato wedges at that point. Both the server and manager had no desire to do anything besides walk around and leave tables not greeted, not served and full of trash from the previous people. Have often come to this BWW to play Golden tee and have a couple of drinks and was always greeted with a friendly smile and service. However, tonight was the complete opposite experience. My husband and I played Golden Tee and were never once approahed. Then I went to the bar and waited for about 5 minutes for a bartender as there was NO ONE behind the bar. When the bartender finally came back she had her phone in her hand. It took another 3 minutes for her to acknowledge me. I have never experienced service so bad. There was another server who continually looked at us, but never ONCE did she acknowledge us either. Needless to say this is the last time we will come to this BWW. Went to BWW for lunch today. My experience was ok. Waitress was friendly. Lunch took forever to arrive (I think we waited a good half hour once the order was placed), and the portions were kind of small. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries, and it's kind of pricey at BWW. anyways small portions for price, i think. Burger was good though. The two stars come with an asterisk: I know that they just opened and may still be getting used to everything, so I'm willing to give it another chance, especially since it's the most convenient A2 location for us. I'll start with the good: The layout is really nice, one of the best BDubs I've been to. If you are there to watch sports, pretty much anywhere you sit is going to have a good view of tv's, you won't have to struggle to watch your game. And it's huge! Unfortunately, almost everything else was subpar, even for a BDubs. Service: They seemed way overstaffed, lots of staff just standing around doing nothing. We waited at the host station for a little longer than acceptable. There were probably 4 or 5 staff members standing around the host area, but none of them said anything to us, not even "Someone will be with you in a moment." Even with all the staff members, they seemed unorganized. We got a to-go order brought to our table that we didn't order. Also, there was a featured sauce on the menu, I tried to order it and the waitress told me they were out of it, that they are between featured sauces right now. This is a big pet peeve of mine, if you are no longer going to be serving it, black it out on the menu or something if you can't get new menus yet. Meal: It was boneless Monday. We both got wings and also an appetizer. Our wings came out literally 10 seconds after they brought the appetizer, so the kitchen definitely needs to work on their meal timing. Our appetizer was piping hot, but our wings all tasted old and gross and were poorly spun. I barely had any sauce on my Asian Zing. Not a great experience, and that's taking into account the fact that it is a BDubs and you don't go there expecting fantastic food. If there was an option for 0 stars or even negative stars, that would be the best for this location. I've never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant before. Two Saturdays ago, we went to celebrate a friend's birthday and rented the party room. We received a call before the party asking if we were still coming in because of the ice storm, they sounded disappointed when we said yes. We got there and our waitress was horrible, we waited 2 hours for our food, and it was cold when we received it. I ordered a takeout order to-go for a friend and that came out immediately and it was piping hot. We didn't have water or drink refills because our waitress was not attentive. When we asked for a manager several times, we never saw or spoke to one as they were apparently in the kitchen because of understaffing. I work in the service industry, it takes a lot to make me upset. This experience was horrible and there are no excuses for what occurred that night. I will never return to this location, and I hope that no one ever has as bad of an experience as we did that night. read more
