Asian Zing still a good sauce although not my favorite asian spice mixture. Dessert Heat is an awsome rub. I may have said that before, but deserves mentioning twice. The chicken here is really not costly and you'll get 15% off if you are student from Stony. They provide about 10 kinds of flavors of chicken wings and they are sorted by the level of spicy on the menu - love this style. I like the garlic flavor best while Mango Habenero seems to be the best seller. Have only been to this location & Bayshore and the Centereach BWW is much MUCH nicer! Now I'm not going to review the menu/prices in depth because it's your standard chain restaurant menu. What I will do is make my review based off Location, Customer Service, Cleanliness, and Overall Ambiance. Location- Located in a busy Strip Mall on the forever crowded Middle Country Rd sometimes...actually most times it's challenging to find parking close to the front of the building. Honestly I'm not the biggest fan of the location. Customer Service- Standard. Very little effort is put in by the majority of the waitstaff. Takes a while for refills on drinks or even just for the servers to come check up on the table. Honestly though what do you expect? This is a chain restaurant just like Applebees, TGI Fridays...etc. so prepare for the subpar service. Cleanliness- Just eh. Last time I came the table was slightly sticky *yuck*. Overall Ambiance- It's ok I guess. Very loud inside which I get because their going for the "Sports Bar" vibe. Yes this place gets packed during prime time on Friday & Saturday or certain sports games are on. I would suggest coming on a weeknight if you don't like waiting. As for a synopsis of the food- Standard. Love to come when I need my Boneless Buffalo Wing Fill. The wings are on the pricey side but as for the rest of the food it's pretty fairly priced for a chain restaurant on Long Island. The food always comes out hot. Ticket times are usually not a problem. I do suggest ordering Dessert Nachos! Overall BWW is just like any other chain restaurant. I'm unsure about the bad reviews here, I had a great experience!! I never knew that there was a B-Dubs on Long Island, so I was absolutely ecstatic when I realized there was one within driving distance of my house!! The place was PACKED, but my boyfriend and I were seated right away. Our waitress was SO nice and chatted with us for awhile. We ordered a Chilli Cheese Fries appetizer and 24 wings in four different sauces. 24 boneless wings for $17 is a steal in my opinion. The food was delicious, and our waitress was on top of everything. You really can't expect too much going here, it isn't a fine dining restaurant, but the food is good and the atomosphere is relaxed. I'll for sure come back, I love their wings. p.s. I see many complaints about getting silverware, when you order your food ask for the silverware if there's none out, logical. Great bar atmosphere, lot's of TVs and great selection of decent bar food. The Jerk chicken sandwich is pretty lip smackin' and my favorite. Perfectly grilled breast of chicken, nicely charred with a spicy rub, with a blue cheese dressing in a deliciously soft bun with the rest of the fixings. They have a neat selection of wings and spicy sauces from mild, sweet peppery to insanely hot. The fries are not bad though lately I like them to be fresh cut, here they are from frozen though better than the average place. The location is a strip mall with decent parking but the place is a little small compared to other BWW locations. My friends and I come here every Tuesdays for over a year while at Stony for 60cent traditional wings, now 65cents I believe. The service is always quick and accommodating for us. Honestly, one of the better BWW I go to. I usually order all flats and extra saucy so never a dry wing, yumm (unless you got dry rubs). Beer and wings are great here for happy hour! I always leave here full, satisfied and never spending too much. Lastly, my favorite flavors: spicy garlic and asian zing! Edit: they now charge extra for celery/carrots/dressing cause they went corporate :/ Dropping 2 stars; been coming here weekly and either the new staff are just aggy during the night or corporate training wasn't helping because the staff has gotten meaner, barely checks up on you for refills (or forgets to get you refills), and seems annoyed to help when asked. I'm hooked...I'm a huge wing guy and now that there's a few of these bdubs around my area I come in at least once a week for wings. My absolute favorite flavor is the mango habenero. I get them traditional (on the bone) and crispy. There sooo hot but so flavorful and delicious. I'm trying to un-cloud my judgement of Buffalo Wild Wings because I enjoyed myself there, but it was MOSTLY because I went with good, fun-loving people. The atmosphere at BWW definitely breeds a good time. It's just that the food is nothing to write home about. First off, a $12 bucket of bud lights isn't really a good deal. There's more beer in a pitcher, and if I was paying $12 for a pitcher of bud light on draft I would feel I was getting ripped off (I know a place were I can pay that for freakin' Blue Moon). The food was too bland for my liking. I got some BBQ chicken wrap thing, which was edible, but relatively small and there was nothing that stood out about it. The nachos came out, the cheese was barely melted, and had the bare minimum of toppings. I will say this, it's definitely a great place to watch a ball game, but there's a million of those kind of places on the Island and you definitely don't need to give that type of business to a national chain. Asian zing is my favorite flavor of sauce, although I have heard that their carribean jerk, mango habbenero and honey bbq are very tasty sauces too. Their fries are pretty good, very similar to mcdonalds (thin cut, salty, cripsy) They have good salads, especially ceaser. Their chili cheese fries, queso and chips and their burgers are all pretty good too. The food is pretty cheap which is nice and you get decent portion sizes. The drinks are priced good too. Their blackcherry mojito is great drink to try! Wings were dry, I asked for fresh ones and waitress replaced it quickly. But then they literally throw the plates in front of us, cmon guys don't treat your costumers like a dog. missing sides as well that comes with any wings order(celery/carrots). She was unprofessional and it felt like she was rushing us even though it was 10 pm and they close at 11pm.
