Sandwiches looked nothing like the picture. Truly pathetic. Food was also cold and meat was super dry.

We ordered takeout for BOGO free day! Their fried pickles actually weren't soggy and the boneless wings weren't soggy or lacking sauce!! It did look like they were low staffed, but they provided good food and service!

First of all the service was awful Jim what ever the hell my waitress name was he was blowing smoke on my food could have been crack or anything but now I feel weird that the least of all the bad service I've had there tho let alone the food gave this a 0 star for the hair in my burger and what could have been someone's saliva from the kitchen team burger still pink in the middle my child had thrown up twice sense then and I'm suing!!!

Soggy, greasy $6.00 order of onion rings! They add up to $1.50 per onion ring!

Overpriced, slow service and management could care less when you complain! Pictured below, my $6.00 order of soggy undercooked Onion Rings! That means I paid $1.50 per nasty onion ring!

    "Garlic" bread

I guess my first mistake was expecting anything at all. People need to stop giving me gift cards to this place. Great atmosphere for watching sports. And the positive things end right there. I don't understand why simple requests (especially requests that require less work) are so difficult to achieve. When my wife orders a salad and says no tomato or bleu cheese, they must've heard "hurry, add tomatoes and bleu cheese right away with the utmost importance". And why do you call a piece of toasted bread "garlic" bread? I could've done this at home, guys.

Lots of alcohol choices. cocktails beer and wine. Great place to unwind and watch a little televisions. Catch up on sports.

Tons of TVs, but still clean and not grimy at all. Even the bathrooms were super clean, which I always notice. The food is good and the portions are huge. Everything leans a little pricey, even the kids meals, but you are absolutely getting your money's worth. The adult meals came with a straight up mountain of tots. I'm not exaggerating. Like... a pile. My son got the cheeseburger off the kids menu and it was honestly big for a kids meal. He was pumped. And $2 for a 22oz Coors Light all day? That's a win. Service has always been fine for us. Lots of younger girls working as waitresses and we've never had anyone rude or inattentive. Nothing over the top, just consistent and friendly. There are random pinball machines and games in the back which feels kind of unexpected but fun. It's a great spot to watch a game, bring the kids, or just hang out. Just know your bill might be a little higher than you expect, but you won't leave hungry that's for sure.

He came home shortly after & didn't have his phone & to double check I called him & it was not in his car. So I called Pete's right away (Sat. AM) The girl who answered remembered my husband and said he told her he left his phone at the bar he was at before he got to Pete's. He just had sent me pics just before of their menu. Proof he had his phone. At that point we shut his phone down. She outright lied, owner was there that night also. My husband stopped by to see if it had been turned in. He was told they had to review the tapes from camera. We called later that evening & got hung up on. Cost us a new phone & we all know phones are not cheap to the cost of $1200.00. Beware shady business!

I wanted to believe this place had turned a corner after being featured on Bar Rescue, but what I…read moreobserved afterward made it clear that whatever changes were made did not stick. Responsible alcohol service did not appear to be a priority. It was common to see visibly intoxicated patrons continue to be served, sometimes to the point where their condition was hard to ignore, and then leave without any meaningful intervention. That alone raises serious concerns about community safety. Operationally, there seemed to be very little oversight. Staff were regularly left to close the bar without an owner or manager present, despite the volume of cash moving through the business. Inventory tracking appeared inconsistent, with many items rung in under vague or generic categories rather than clearly documented. From a customer perspective, it felt chaotic and loosely managed. There also seemed to be a culture of excessive comping of drinks and blurred boundaries between ownership and patrons, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. Instead of structure and accountability, the environment felt improvised. What ultimately changed my perception permanently was how a legitimate health issue was handled. When I was unable to come in due to a serious medical situation and communicated that honestly, the response escalated quickly and aggressively rather than being handled with professionalism. That experience alone made it clear that people are disposable here. If you're looking for a bar that prioritizes responsible service, professionalism, and consistent management standards, I would think carefully before choosing this one. The optics may look improved from television, but the underlying culture did not appear to change.

Love the overly beer-battered chicken fingers, and garlic parm wings. Good hamburgers. Deep fried oreos too. Salads looked HUGE. There's lots of daily specials and a big old 80's Ritz-like bar too. Prices were very reasonable considering the entrenched inflation all over America. Service was great. Very down to earth people. Tip them good. Keep your expectations in check. Inside it's a cavernous warehouse. Seriously, it's huge like echos in the canyon. So big, your crazy kids could swing in the rafters. If your looking for warm and cozy consider Applebees instead. There's a degree of bowling alley seediness, a touch of carnival, and an air of anxious fun. See the fat people in bad t-shirts, smell the bleach-beer, hear the clunk of distant bowling pins. Taste the beef. This is real America. I love it. Bonus: Architectural remnants of the former Mt. Clemens Drive-In decorate the place. I frequented such for over three decades. Last film I saw there was "Casper The Friendly Ghost" (1995).

The sliders, toppings, buns, and chicken breasts were arranged so beautifully that I put away my serving platters and set out the takeout trays. The food was delicious and a lot of my guests commented on how nice everything looked and how good the food tasted. The price was very fair and I didn't have to cook or clean much. Pasta and salad sides also were fair priced. All the proteins were gluten-free, dairy, free, and nut free. I will make a note, we didn't discuss temperature of the burgers so this was my fault, and I am only stating so that anyone else who orders makes sure to add that to conversation. the sliders were pink inside. I will order them well done next time, no pink, for the sake of them being in a warmer for the duration of the party and keeping leftovers for the next day.
