Bad service and questionable food with a bug in it (would like to post a picture of it but the unprofessionalism I encountered there leaves me wary) and its not even like I sat outside. "Kinks to work out" is a definite understatement. I am going to keep this at a minimum because it was just so bad. Wings were ok, not that impressive when thats your establishment's name. I would rather go across the street to the other restaurant off of 117.. locals know what I am talking about. Servers all over the place and unfortunately it was not a good thing. It was clear they were not trained properly and by my experience with a "manager" there is no surprise when thats their example. As i'm writing this i'm sitting in the Buffalo Wild Wings, I got here 3 hours ago and am just now receiving the last of my food. They are no longer providing actual common service, but having you do your order online through a QR code, it's insane. These "servers" won't come to check on you or ask you if you need anything even if you're staring at them in the eyes as they stand around doing nothing. My food was sent out separately, i ordered 12 wings total, and 2 mushroom swiss burgers, my first 6 wings came 30 minutes after i ordered them through their dumb QR code, my burgers came 15 minutes after and at this point my wings were frozen cold, my last pair of wings came just a moment ago after i walked towards the kitchen questioning why everyone around me was getting their food after only sitting for 10 minutes but I couldn't get my 6 wings. This is fried food guys, there's no understanding as to how this place became so horrible. On another note i'd like to add how they missed dips for my wings and the celery with carrots they suggest with your order of wings. Last but not least, don't come if you want to sit for 45 minutes with no attention, have bland tasteless food, and be disrespected by these servers who simply don't care for client service. I was in a rush and decided i wanted some chicken tenders for lunch. So i called to place my order to go but no one answered the phone, and when i got there no one was at the register to take my order. I had to go and look for who was suppose to be working in that and a lady name Raquel was the one. I asked why didn't know one answer the phone when i called & she replied "cause i was on a call & you obviously wasn't patient". She didn't even click over to tell me to "hold on", after she finally took my order & it was brought out.. it was sitting on the shelf for 5 minuets cause she was in the back again doing what who knows? When she came back i had to ask her is that my food & she oh yeah it is. We visit a lot on the wing special days which are on Tuesday (traditional) and Thursday's (boneless). Beware because they still charge for any dipping sauces on those days. That's how they get you. But everyone is usually friendly for the most part and I don't seem to have any issues at this location. I'm not too fond of the new style plates. They should have kept it original with the boats as plates. Sometimes changes ruin things. Other then that the wings are good. Not amazing but for the price you can't beat it. Good location and the sports bar vibe is a plus. We will be back. read more

Horrible. I ordered a burger with fries and wings. Was told they were bagging my food up and would be out in a min. That minuet took 10. The fries are stale and cold, burger lukewarm, wings average. Haven't been here in quite a while and revisiting Thursday evening reminded me why. Sat at the bar tables and waited well over half hour to an hour just for someone to acknowledge our table, not because they wanted to but because we called the waiter over. He then told us to order using the app and decided not to pick up and clean off the table from the previous party sitting there. After waiting 30+ more min for our food to come the waitress finally came over and asked if we needed anything, which at this point we did but didn't bother asking because the service was already so terrible. Further more after splitting the checks one member of our party asked to pay cash which he did and days after his card was still charged. Apparently the waitress took the cash payment and kept it as tip.... What kind of business are you guys running at this point? Sad and embarrassing excuses for customer service. Never coming back and will never recommend to anyone. Do better. I would give no stars if it was an option. read more

All the comforts of a local neighborhood watering hole, but in a bigger space. We were greeted just as soon as we entered and seated promptly. Our server, Phil, was energetic, patient, and very nice. He was very busy that night, but stopped by to check on us frequently and make sure we had everything we needed. The manager also stopped by to make sure were enjoying ourselves. We wanted to make an addition to our order, and she let us place it with her. When it didn't arrive it what she felt was a timely manner, she brought it to the table herself and comped it for us. Very cool. During our visit, they also had a Miller Lite promotion where, for 5 minutes, they were handing out free large cans of Miller Lite. The only catch was that you had to go to the bar and get it yourself. But come on... who doesn't like free beer? The food here was good. The mozzarella sticks were a decent size, as well as a generous portion, for the price. The boneless wings were delicious. I think Bourbon Honey Mustard flavor might be my new favorite (sorry Parmesan Garlic). The shrimp po-boy was the only thing we weren't crazy about. But it's a sports bar, so we didn't have very high hopes for it anyway. All in all, we had a great time here. We'll definitely be back. read more

I usually go here when I get tired of watching the games at home. Came with a friend to watch and sit at the in the bar area on Sunday. It was crowded, but amazingly we found a table! Even with the crowd, it wasn't uncomfortable at all. This location is fairly new, so it's very nice. The wait staff were really nice and attentive to whenever we needed something. Even when the fans got too rowdy, the staff were still friendly and professional. I usually get bbq wings, but this time I tried the Tailgating Sampler. It comes with wings, pretzels and queso, pita chips and spinach dip, and cheddar jalapeno bites. Most of it was delicious, but I wasn't a fan of the pretzels. Too bready and it didn't go very well with the queso. Plain cheese dip would've been a better idea. Tip: I recommend the Twisted Margaritas! They were really yummy... I had two. read more

I ordered there boneless bogo deal and was supposed to receive 60 wings total a burger and basket of fries i get home to find out were missing a flavor and on top of that we were cut 18 wings out of our 60 so we only recieved 42 wings. I got on the phone and called back nice lady answered and was understanding and apologetic said to come i. And they will take care of it. So i got in the car drove back and waited 20 min for a manager to come out with 4 wings and tell me that she couldnt give me the wings because i didnt bring the food back????? No one had told me i had to do so and it is very insulting and rude to sit there and tell me pretty much i was lying. We stopped at this location on our way home from a MLB baseball game. Some of the staff were outside getting high. The waiter wasn't the best took forever to get our drink or food orders. Don't know if he was new or not. The kitchen help also seemed to be having a fun time and screaming "f*ck you" really loud. Glad there wasn't any little kids around to hear that. Over the years, this place just keeps getting worse. I've had waiters disappear for more than 20 minutes while waiting to order, had to talk to a manager, and the order still came out wrong. I've had my order messed up twice after that, and today was the most upsetting experience I've encountered. I keep saying I won't come back to this location but it's the closest one to our home. I placed an order at 5:47 PM for delivery, after placing my order, I got the ETA for the food which was supposed to be 6:31PM. my orders did not arrive until 6:50 PM (probably Doordash's fault) but when we go to open the bag I see that the order is not right at all. The wings had sauce all over them even though I had asked for the sauce on the side, the sauce was not the one I had ordered at all! The sauce for the boneless wings was not in the bag, and there was only 3 veggie sides instead of 4. I called the location to let them know and they told me that I would have to go to the store for them to make the order right. They said that there was nothing that they could do because they could not see what I have received. Ordered a DoorDash order from here. Everything in the order was wrong, including them putting blue cheese on everything, which I had purposely left out as one of my family members is allergic. When I called the restaurant to let them know the manager Corey, said it was the delivery company's fault as they submitted the order wrong even though the ticket from the kitchen had the order correct. I'm giving this a single star because you need to give something in order to write a reviews. We were here for two hours and literally got our food 25 minutes before we left. I could understand the wait if there were filled tables around us, however we were one of four tables in the entire section. The manager did not seem to care about our complaints concerning service or that we were charged for two items we never recieved. After raising the concerns, the manager never came over and the staff proceeded to yell stuck up under their breath while we walked out. Not to mention our server asked if we were sure we had not eaten the items and then counted the cardboard boats to make sure. As for the food...it was less then good. While it may have been tainted already by the poor service, I ordered Thai curry wings that were more mild than the honey BBQ. The burger at our table was bland and after two attempts to get the toppings correct we gave up. The best thing may have been the carrot sticks. While I would love to say that this place was amazing, it just doesn't taste as good other wing places (will not name them here simply to avoid judgment). Their wings aren't bad, although can you really mess up on wings? My lemon pepper ones looked like the cook was watching the game: a sprinkle here and a douse there of pepper & bf's taco's had sour cream...yes, we asked for no sour cream. I've honestly had nothing but good experiences here, so was rather surprised to see how low the reviews were. The food is decent, and the beer is cold and cheap. I had great service when I went for a basketball game with friends, and even better when I went for a late night meal with my family...including a petulant 2 year old. If I could give a zero I would. At 300pm on today we sat to eat. We, my wife, my 6 year old and I, immediately ordered 20 salt and vinegar and 10 spicy garlic traditional wings. The table next to us ordered custom meals around the same time. We waited until 340 and just kept being told your food will be out shortly. The table next to us got their food, ate and paid for theirs and we had nothing. I walked out and complained to the manager and all we got was an apology.
