This particular location has the worst service, both wait staff and management, of any BWW that I've been to. After trying for an hour to use their useless app to order from this location, I called in to see if I could just order over the phone. Good luck with that. Note: My wife and I share a debit and credit card. Today she's up north working, so she has them both in case of emergency. When I called, I explained the situation with our cards and their app (and website). I asked, considering the circumstances, if I could simply pay over the phone. I was told that under no circumstances would that be possible and to try using their app. I explained the situation again, same result. This of course doesn't even mention the absurd condescension I was treated to during the course of this incident. If your website and app are broken, perhaps certain accommodations should be made for your customers. Last time I will ever, ever, ever waste my time with this company. read more

I'm always disappointed after each visit, usually it's the overpriced drinks or food (60¢ for a tiny cup of ranch), but this time it was how hard it was to actually hear the sporting event that was on every screen in the place, which is quite bizarre given that sports is BWW's primary selling point. Went to watch a NFL game and couldn't hear it from our table despite the speakers being practically on top of us, we asked our server to turn the volume up for the game, after 15 minutes with no noticeable change or response from our server we found who appeared to be the manager and asked them. We were told that "it's not zoned that way", I've been there for many different games before and when there is a major game on it is absolutely zoned that way. They never even offered to move our party to a different area where we would have been able to hear the game, terrible customer service and terrible place to watch a game. You have to go into an establishment like this knowing what you'll get... bar food, at best. Service is always consistent. We never get their mains because they're boring and aren't unique.. we come in to get a mass quantity of chicken wings. That's what you have to do at a place like this. There isn't a sauce we haven't enjoyed except blazin sauce ... pure heat, no flavor. Add some flavor to that sauce!! However, the blazin challenge is fun and I nearly melted my face off attempting it. My husband and I have been going through a rough patch in our marriage, in a last ditch effort to save us from a costly divorce we had a night out here. Little did I know, I could fall back in love. All it took was a friendly, witty server named Anthony S. He was very hygienic and had a heart of gold, two very important qualities! His jokes brought us together and for the first time in a while we could smile together. I got buffalo chicken tenders french fries and a drink the following morning I was so sick it is been almost a week now and I am still sick I had not eaten anything else that day before I ate at Buffalo wild wings I truly believe that I ended up with food poisoning. Rarely do I have an unpleasant dining experience--it takes a good bit going wrong to meet that criteria, but my time at the Buffalo Wild Wings in the mall of NH definitely qualifies for this. First, the layout is incredibly crowded and uncomfortable. I was only one of two people at my table, but there was barely enough room for everything because the table was so small. The back of my chair was up against the chair of the gentleman behind me, the seating is so jam-packed. My companion was bumped into by the same server three times. It was uncomfortable, to say the least. For my food, I ordered three sliders--one beef and two pork. When the order came out wrong--all three beef--I pointed it out and asked if I could get that fixed. The server went to the kitchen and when she retuned I was told unapologetically that the order would not be fixed, because they were too busy. (There was a 30 minute wait to begin with but I can't fault them for attracting a high number of customers.) This is baffling to me, that a restaurant would screw up and order and refuse to fix it. I wasn't even being picky, I just wanted to receive what I ordered. The server even made a joke in which she implied we should leave a good tip--a little tacky normally, even more discouraging when we were clearly not having a great time. The burgers themselves were dry and flavorless, making me wish even more that I had received the pork ones. They seemed like they were off a grill in someone's backyard. So, I do not recommend. The layout needs to be concerned with more than "how many paying customers can we jam in here?" and the management needs to work on customer service across the restaurant. read more

We were really interested in trying BWW after some hype from some friends. The host was clearly not excited to be there and gave us "the only four top available" which was a high boy in the worst possible location (right next to the POS station and outside the kitchen entrance). I watched as a low table set empty for 10 minutes. I have a younger child so high boys aren't ideal, but it was that or supposedly wait 30 minutes. The waitress (Shannon) was really fantastic. She explained the menu thoroughly and did not pretend to know more than she actually knew. She was also patient with the ordering process, even though it was fairly busy. The food was okay, but I thought a bit pricey. Since wings are their thing, I thought the presentation would be nicer and the portions a little bigger. All in all, it was just average. The kids meal choices were pretty standard and fairly priced; my only complaint is that the fries were cold, but the kids didn't care. Overall, it's a nice option to have within the mall, but it won't be a regular haunt. There are other chain restaurants that are a bit better within the surrounding area. read more

Tried something new because they gave me a sample and it was good. Ordered a second beer half way through. Come to find out the beer was $9... Really? $9 beer and you aren't going to tell someone? I wouldn't have ordered a second (or a first) had I known j was drinking a $9 beer. This is Buffalo Wild Wings not some fancy restaurant!! We were first introduced to BWW when they had a location in Hadley and we really enjoyed the wings. The location was mobbed every time we went there. They closed in a dispute with the mall. My family always wants to go there every time we find a BWW location. I am not sure if the way they make the wings has changed but I have yet to find a location were the wings were prepared the way they were prepared at the Hadley location. The breading is always too hard has if they were left under a heat lamp for too long. Too top it off the service was slow in-spite of the fact there many open tables. I recently went to BWW since they came to Manchester. I have been so excited to try them since I love wings and sports what's not to love. We started off being seated promptly and the hostess talked to us and the kids (which is always nice to recognize even your tiniest patrons). Unfortunately that is where the good parts end. Our waitress took about 10 minutes to come over. She took our drink order. My husband got a diet soda, me and my daughter got a lemonade and my son ordered a chocolate milk. It took a about 5 mins but we got our drinks, all but our sons chocolate milk. She apologized and said it would be here shortly and she then took our order for our meals. Then she disappeared. She came back about 10 mins later and still no drink to which then she looked at the bar and blamed them. Honestly, I dont want to hear who's at fault I just want to get my 7 year old a drink. Another few mins went by and she finally came back with his drink. I was quite annoyed that it took almost 20 mins to get a chocolate milk! Our food sadly had the same story and we got it 23 mins after ordering. This includes the friend pickle appetizer. We were expecting our app when our food came out. I couldn't complain to the waitress because she didn't deliver our food. They must have runners there. After a few minutes I saw her waived her down and explained that we never got our app, to which she replied she would get an order. I explained at that point we didn't need it nor want them. The food was luke warm at best. My wings tasted great and my son enjoyed his kids wings meal but the kids corn dogs was lacking at best plus add to the fact that it was barely warm and its a strike 3. Lazy! This is the theme every time I have tried this location. We went for a fight a few months ago and the server couldn't be bothered to fill our drinks (the place was dead). We had our fantasy football draft there, had terrible wifi, got zero benefits or discounts and had slow service. I called to find out if my license was turned in (also called the mall they were helpful) and they were too lazy to check their lost and found. The food is great but the service is always horrible. Everyone from the servers up will try to pass the buck and do as little as possible. I've given them three chances. Three strikes you are out. This location is abysmal. I have ordered takeout there three times and each time, the cauliflower wings come with no sauce! Like dry wings, man. How does that even happen? They didn't give us any ranch at all despite paying for extra. No carrots and celery either. I called to see about getting the order remade and no one answered. I get why some people mark it down but I've never had a bad experience at any of the ones I've stopped at (probably 6-8 different ones). The wings are good, the draft beer selection is good, there is plenty of TV's around so you should be able to find a game on that you like, Yeah, it's a bit loud but I'm here to eat wings, drink beer and watch sports and it does them all very well. I was surprised at the size of the Manchester store, looking in from the food court it seemed like it was take-out and a few tables but once we got inside it went around the corner with plenty of tables for everyone. read more

Recently got take-out from BWW in Manchester, NH, so I can't really comment on the Service or the atmosphere, however, being somewhat of a Wing-Nut :) and lover of Hot and Wild, I will comment on the Wing quality and the sauce. 1) The Wings Wings were of moderate size, about normal, cooked in the traditional fashion. Slightly crispy, but fairly UN-remarkable. Just Normal the rating: B 2) The Sauce I ordered the Blazin' sauce to see what they could really do. I found the heat to be extremely good (just about what the normal person could endure) but the aftertaste and the craving that followed were amazing! Heat wore off after about 5 min, but during the experience I had a sweaty brow, tears (small) in eyes and an all over wonderful endorphin rush!! the rating: A++ 3) Price paid/Value Ummm, they are extremely fond of their wings, the price was very high for what I actually got. Granted, the sauce was good, but $18 for 15 wings? Freakin really? Overall: Normal wings, A++ great sauce, overall positive exp. Would I go back? Probably not, price is a bit high and I can get better or at least equiv Wings locally for a more reasonable price, maybe just buy their Sauce?? I don't know why this place gets bad reviews. Food was good consideribg what it is. Service was awesome. I ordered a basket with 5 Blazin' wings. Allison (our server) made sure I had another beer, then brought me two waters when I asked for one. Anything that tamed the flames she made sure came quickly. She took excellent care of me! The wings can be inconsistent though; sometimes it seems like the wings are juicy and other times they're dry. Another "go to" for myself is their nachos appetizer. We ended up ordering our food online and picking it up. First online is extraordinarily easy to use, although it states a pick up time earlier than when it is usually ready. When we got home we noticed our food was the complete wrong order, upon calling I was directed to a manager in less than two minutes with sincere apologies, although we had to drive back they made it completely worth it! Our food was freshly made as well as a big discount. And I think we received at least 100 sorry's! They did not lose any customers that evening! I've never really been a fan of BWW but I came here with a group of pushy teenage girls this past weekend. We were here from CT for a cheerleading competition and this was where my group of girls wanted to grab a bite. We were seated faster than anticipated which I appreciated. Our waitress had her work cut out for her because the girls were nit picking and indecisive. They could have easily annoyed a less patient person but our waitress was unfazed and quite helpful which was a relief. The food actually came out together which was a miracle. There was one small hiccup but it was fixed swiftly. I believe the waitresses name was Leanne.. but I don't believe that was how it was spelled. Either way, we.. I was happy with the service. A fairly regular go to spot for my son and I on Tuesdays. Not really sure on the multitude of negative reviews. I've been to many a BW2 and this one is decent in terms of service. Pretty friendly waitresses. Always get the traditional wings, sometimes extra crispy, and split the flavor with dry rub buffalo and chipotle barbecue. Sometimes I get the wings plain and a sauce on the side. Always crisp and good. Fair beer selection. Regular prices are a bit high for wings, and I think they recently discontinued the 1/2 off traditional wings on Tuesday. That will slow down our visits, but a good place for real wings.
