I normally wouldn't put a review up for a bad experience, however, after reaching out to corporate and never hearing back, I felt it was necessary. For service, I would rate 5 stars. We had a party of 7 on gameday and our server, Lauren, handled it like a champ! Friendly, attentive and welcoming (if my restaurant was closer, I would have hired her!) For management, 1 star (hence the 3 star rating). We normally attend every UFC fight night and Sunday football games at the Concord location, but chose Manchester due to location and the others coming. After ordering countless drinks and a ton of food, we watched the game and were excited for the UFC BOSTON FIGHT right after. After the game finished, they immediately turned on loud house music. We asked our server for the fight, it was put on with no sound (this was a first). While waiting for the manager, we overheard a conversation by other servers saying the manager wanted to close early due to it not being busy anymore. While talking to the manager, he gave us a textbook reply as to why the sound couldn't be on while not once making eye contact or even recognizing we had been there ALL day long. He walked away and not more than 2 minutes later, the fight was turned off! Frustrated by the whole situation, we left. While leaving, we couldn't help but notice an empty restaurant and about 20 servers standing around and it was only 10pm. Look, I get it, you want to save on labor and be a big hero. However, at the sacrifice of your customers it's poor management. Save yourself the trip here and go to the Concord BWW. This location, though had great service, was filled with mall rats and a manager who really doesn't care about the customers. Concord BWW has always been spot on and I would rather give my business to managers who care. read more

Food and Service seems have gone waaaay down since I left such a sparkling review. I went last week with my sister and 2 year old niece. They tried to seat as in the bar, we said "No. We have a toddler." Then the hostess said "WELL, it's not like you have to sit AT the bar! I'll put you guys at a high top." There were PLENTY of tables available idk why this was such a hard thing to seat us where Ev would be safe. So, we were then seated next to the freezing cold door that leads out to the deck. There was such low lighting in this crappy little corner we could barely see our menus.Our waitress came over about 10 min Later. We went to order and she said she couldn't take it right now because she was too busy so we should look at the menu to make sure that's what we wanted. My sister finally got to order and She got some sort of salad with grilled chicken, blue cheese, craisins and candied nuts. Her chicken came out and it was cold. Legitimately cold. Not this is only sort of warm. COLD. So after trying to find our waitress for 10 min in a super over crowded space we found her and my sister shoved the chicken into her hand. To her credit she immediately called a manager over to get it sorted. He tried to argue about the chicken being cold at which point my sister shoved chicken into his hand as well. He took the salad away to get a "new one" at this point my niece and I were almost done eating and my sister still hadn't had a chance to start. 10 min later out comes the salad with the same chicken, just microwaved into saw dust texture. She gave up, ate around the chicken and we payed our outrageous bill and left. Receiving massively dirty looks from the OTHER manager on our way out.It was a horrific experience I hope we never deal with again. Needless to say it'll be awhile before we go back. Ok I know they just opened so there is hope. When I arrive at the doors I walk in to see a staff member being reprimanded by a manager. Not the best introduction I mean the entryway is not where I would go to speak to someone. Seating was tight like cafeteria and even the staff had a difficult time walking between the tables. It was so close I can tell you what four of the five tables near me were talking about. Service again my waitress was kind, but quit and curt. Server to my right was kind and thorough she gave the guest at her table a whole lot more information than we got. When we asked to try the sauces we got a paper boat with some fries and she had some bottles just seemed weird other tables were trying them on plates. She was prompt replaced my sons drink, but did it so fast she took his straw too:( never came back with another. We flagged another waitstaff member thankfully we were able to get a straw. My table continually was bumped by someone so that just made it uncomfortable. She also brought me a bill that wasn't mine I did advise her of this and she returned with the correct one. Cannot believe what I just paid for what we had. The food just eh I have had better wings. Having a hard time with $10+ for 12 small boneless sized pieces of chicken, four pieces of carrot and three pieces of celery and ranch ramekin. I made the mistake of ordering onion rings and buffalo chips both were mediocre at best no seasoning and tasted like they have been siting around:( maybe I am being too picky but presentation was lousy too I order 6 since they were on a large tray and looked like they were just thrown on there. I have been to a few bww locations and always come out happy except for this occasion. First of all, we requested for a booth, the lady said they didn't have any open but when I walked in I could see atleast 5 opened booths. Second, 30 min after we ordered our food, the waiter came over and said sorry someone had taken the order to another table therefore we waited an extra 15 min. Third, nobody came over to ask if we needed anything when I actually needed more napkins. Last but not least we waited another 20 min after we finished eating just to get the check. TRIED to get some wings to go today. The line for take out was 20 deep? Tried calling my order in but no answer. Three tries and 10 minutes later someone answered and promptly put me on hold for another 10. Placed my order and I was told 30-45 minutes! Wandered the mall killing time and returned to stand in the ridiculous line (another 15 minutes) only to get to the front and the guy working the register couldn't even tell me if my order was ready and amongst the big piles of orders that were ready to go. Uh, ok..You want me to pay or get out of the way without even getting my order which may or may not be in said pile? Opting not to go to the back of the line again I left in disgust after an hour of trying to get some stupid, overpriced wings. This place is obviously understaffed/poorly run. I really don't understand the long line just to pick up or order wings. I'm not in the restaurant business but I would think one line for ordering and one line for pick-ups would work a bit better? I also noticed LOTS of empty tables, some clean, some not and plenty of people waiting to be seated. Maybe it's time to hire some staff? read more

DO NOT GO TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS in Manchester. My wife and I went through the front entrance from the street got told it was a 45 minute wait. Went towards the mall entrance to stay warm. The ladies asked why we were sitting in that waiting area told them we had been put on a list by the front entrance however it was crowded. Three groups of people come in maybe 2 minutes after they asked us this question and were immediately seated in front of me and my wife. Please try to explain to me how that makes any sense? Called to speak to the manager on duty, waited 10 minutes on hold to speak to him. Explained the entire situation. No apology for what had happened, didn't even ask my name... felt dismissed. Excuse provided was they just opened two weeks ago and they are still working the kink's out. In short, it just looks really bad, I will never eat at that BUFFALO WILD WINGS ever. read more

The worst experience I've ever had at a Buffalo wild wings! I'm a weekly visitor and I just moved to the Manchester area this is the third time I've been to this location and I have been disappointed all three. The customer service is pathetic, the wait times are outrageous! we went for the Cavaliers/Warriors game and went a whole quarter without even getting a drink or waitstaff to come over. The waitress had in the Excuse for everything she said it was "super busy" when it wasn't that busy IMO. If you can't handle a rush then find a different career. Employees standing around the whole time,especially by the mall entrance area after the mall is closed the same staff hung out in that back area on their cell phones, eating food, watching videos on their phones but they were "super busy" stop making the excuses for your terrible customer service. We only had one refill each we set there for a solid 5-10 minutes without a refill then she came over and asked if we wanted a box? No! we want refills so we can continue to eat! I absolutely love Buffalo wild wings but I think I'll be taking the longer drive to a another location in a nearby town! Nothing about that location is what Bdubs are all about! read more

Their wings aren't bad. My husband LOVES coming here. He really loves the Mango Habanero wings. Can't get enough of those. I usually go for something boneless and the sauces aren't too bad. I keep it mild. It is really loud in the restaurant, which can make it difficult for talking, but it is great if you love sports of any kind. I did try one of their desserts, the cinnamon squares. I think they'd be great with ice cream and the caramel sauce drizzled on them. The service is always great and fast here. Thrilled that the opened one at the Mall of NH, which is nice and close to our house. read more

If you are willing to concede to the fact they just opened, and there are obvious kinks to be worked out, then you should enjoy yourself. Our family loves BWW so the good outweighs the bad. The place is crammed (don't even think of bringing even a small stroller with you), but I'm hoping once the holidays and the novelty of the place wears off, they will remedy that. Also, they have two entrances to manage, which creates a bit of chaos trying to seat people. Aside from that, this is the BWW we know and love. The wings are great (hello salt & vinegar!) and so far, we've received good service. We are looking forward to frequenting this location, especially once they get in their groove. read more

Yesterday I got a the big daddy jack burger. Fries were Luke warm, burger was dry also warm, the table spoons worth of pulled pork was ice cold. My dining partner got a buffalo ranch wrap it was so dry she asked for side of ranch dressing. She was told there oils be an extra charge. Our sever noticed I was mot eating my meal asked how everything was. I explained why I haven't eaten. She was apologized asked if they could make another or if I'd like somethin else. They deducted my meal off the bill. The manager also came over apologized. This is why I gave 2 star's. They need to monitor their cooks as this was early afternoon and business was not to busy. read more

To start I love BWW! This BWW is very different! Food took FOREVER...server barely knew we were there. In fairness..wings were good and desert was great! But so many issues at this place..complaints to management went un attended and server seemed to have no idea how to fix problems. To start food took for ever..no plates had to use blue cheese containers. We had to find our own plates. Ordered beers which sat at the bar until a member of our party went to the bar and carried them to our table. After discussing the issues with manager, who promised to take care of it, I caught her leaving.. She informed the new manager will come to our table to discuss. No one ever came! Place seems run by young folks with no direction! Managements final solution...a military discount on the bill. As I said big fan of BWW..Hope this one figures things out! read more

This place is overrated. The food is subpar and the service is quite awful. We have tried this establishment in Manchester several times. Each time the service was extremely slow. It was hard to even get a refill on our drinks let alone place our food order. They are either understaffed or the servers just don't care. It seems that I'm not the only person that has this issue with the Manchester restaurant. It would be nice if the managers gave a shit and actually did something about the poor service. I love BWW and I'm at this location all the time. I don't understand the bad service reviews, I've never had any issues. The staff working takeout even recognize me at this point and always greet me by name. It can be crazy busy on game days though, so good luck finding parking. The restaurant itself is great though. Hot and Thai Curry are the best sauces. read more

Disappointing dry wings, seemed like they had been under a heating light, not fresh hand spun as the menu implies, whatever that means. I might be the ass here, but I don't understand the expectation of a tip when you pick up. All they did for me was bring me the bag of food, it took several seconds and should be done by a hostess, who is getting regular pay. Well either way I don't tip for take out, unless they go above and beyond. The person who checked me out looked mortified that I didn't tip. Although this location is basically always crowded when I go, they seem to always be very well staffed and serve my party quickly. The longest I've had to wait for a table is 15-20 min. Sat at bar on a Monday night. There was people there but not crazy busy. Food was good. Service was only ok. Had to ask to order food after a while and had to ask for plates for our split chicken wings. It seemed as if two bartenders were in an argument of some kind and that's what their energy was going towards. There were two other girls at the bar that seemed to be employees contributing to the cattiness. I understand there is drama in the business but it shouldn't effect service.
