The food was good, fresh and arrived as ordered. The service was mind blowing, but in a bad way. Food and drinks would have gotten a 4-5 score, but the service gets a 1-2. We were in a large party, but we were one of 5 or 6 tables in the ENTIRE restaurant and it took three hours for us to have dinner and two drinks. When our server was around he was friendly but he was barely there. It took forever for each step. We ordered drinks, waited a while, he asked if we wanted to order and then when we said yeah he said he need a few minutes... Still didn't have the first drinks and then we ordered food. Got our drinks, some were missing lime, straws, etc. That took at least 10 minutes to get. The rest of the night continued like this. The process was just entirely too long. People were ordering drinks from the bar because the server was so slow. One of our friends went to the bathroom and saw our server playing on his phone at some point. There should have been no reason we would leave at midnight when we sat down at 8:45, but that's exactly what happened. My suggestion is to sit at the bar if you want decent service. read more

This restaurant is real hit or miss. Usually its a miss with old chicken leftover from the previous day ,cold fries and a nasty side of attitude from the servers. Food will come out in waves as kitchen staff cant get a complete order together at once. The entrance way to sit down is a gauntlet of covid possibilities as you are crammed against others trying to get some gross food to go as your waiting to get sat into a non cleaned booth. Don't bother complaining to corporate, you will just get a form letter saying something stupid like we will address these problems. There was one other table seated when we arrived. We waited about 5 minutes for a greeter who also said she was server. Pauletta (our server) got 2 out of the 3 orders wrong. When asked about one of the orders, I got 3 piece tender meal but I received a 5 piece, she had to get her manager. Hilda the manager was rude and asked if I planned on eating the other 2 tenders. I said no that is why I ordered 3. I asked if that is what they do to all orders, people order 10 wings and you bring them 15 and charge them? She didn't respond and walked off. BDubs, my gold standard for eating out when I want food that's not very good for you! This location has always been alright. They don't always get my takeout order correct, but I solved that problem by eating in the restaurant. They redesigned their menus and have stepped up the service game. Becca is my FAVORITE server. She's funny, super attentive to your experience, and always makes sure that we are happy - no matter what the order is. She gets an A+++. Thanks Becca! I LOVE the fried mozz sticks here. They're better than anywhere else! And Bdubs has better traditional wings than other places. Plus the sauces are always exactly what you expect with a huge selection of flavors. From the start, seat time took over expected wait. Adele Scott was our server and didn't take care of me or my family at all. Food came out at 3 separate times between my party of 8, with my 13 year old sister being the last one served, as her kids burger took 45 minutes to come out of the kitchen. Adele refilled drinks one time, and when she realized we were upset with her service, she completely stopping coming to us. There were no napkins, and my father had to get up and get my mother a fork. The restaurant music was too loud, even for buffalo wild wings standards, and they didn't have a game 6 elimination NBA playoff game on a single one of there tvs when there was virtually no other substantial sporting event on. The food was subpar and disappointing, and that's putting it kindly. We got a dip trio, pico was on top, which would've been fine, however it absolutely coated the top of all 3 dips. On top of this the guacamole had no flavor, the salsa tasted like it had been canned, and the queso would've actually been good, however it came out cold due to either the pico (which had been in the fridge) or the amount of time spent out on the line, not under the warmer. My dad and I both got burgers, with him getting the simplest burger on the menu, (all american) and he said "he could've gotten a better burger from wendy's or burger king", and I'd have to say i agree. I got the triple bacon burger with no tomatoes + grilled onions and sautéed mushrooms. It was bland, unseasoned, and the only thing i tasted was Mayo. The burger supposedly comes with a "bacon aioli", however there was none on my burger, and if there was it either had no flavor whatsoever,or they put such a minuscule amount that I never tasted it. The server consistently rolled her eyes at our very simple requests, and refused to comp the kids burger that took 45 minutes to come out, and was a Refire. Not being a BWW regular - been here like three times over the past however many years - I scanned the menu and found a pulled pork 'burger'. Cool, I'll have one of those but with hot BBQ sauce instead of the 'signature' honey BBQ. Why anyone would claim honey BBQ for their own is beyond me. Anyway, this thing comes out dripping in sauce and is quite large. Seems like more in there than pulled pork and a few fixins. Of course, it's an actual burger so the pulled pork is piled on a regular hamburger patty, just as the menu description indicates. That was more than I really wanted but it's my own fault. Burger was fair to middlin and the onion rings maybe less so. Perhaps I should stick to wings at a wing place but for a foursome business lunch, wing-eating just doesn't seem the way to go. During the entire dinning experience we never got refuels no matter how much we flagged down the water. After eating the incredibly mid wings, we had to wait another 25 minutes to pay. the food is overprice, not that good, and not worth it. the staff was awful and never really cared about their job. The food at this location is below par. I really like to give the benefit of the doubt before leaving low reviews, but today was a very bad experience. I ordered two meals to go and they were both thrown in the box so poorly it looked like they tossed the food in the air and tried to catch it with the box. They even melted the cheese over the top of the bun and squirt buffalo sauce on the box. No, I did not slam on the break driving it home either. I also ordered a burger medium rare and it came so charred you could play hockey with the patty. It was also missing cheese and condiments. The texture of my chicken sandwich was really inedible and to top off my lovely meal there was a long blonde hair in my fries. My hair is dark brown. I think I will pass on the extra protein. The extra star was for the girl smiling at the front, but her friendly attitude can't make up for the travesty that came in the large black and yellow boxes. We decided to go there yesterday because a member of our party wanted boneless wings. We were seated promptly and they accommodating when we wanted to switch to a booth. Pros: $4.00 happy hour on appetizers and the selections aren't bad. No wings sorry.... I got the street chicken tacos and they were good. I'm sensitive to salt so I could finish them. The mushrooms were also good. Surprisingly, the mozzarella sticks were very good. The Breading on them were nice and the cheese pulled out well. Cons: No happy hour drinks. .. :( not on Friday anyway. . Just 2 beer options. ... The waitress kept serving is from the back. Not sure what that's all about. .. we sat at the last booth and she kept coming from behind to speak and serve us drinks. So we had to reach behind us to get the water. This location is the worst... but I'm forced to visit this one because the one I usually go to is closed. I'm going to start going to the Cumberland location from now on. I order take out maybe 2-3 times a month from here and EVERYTIME, I would be short changed 1-2 wings. But I understand when it gets busy 9 may feel/look like 10 so I let it slide. This week they crossed the line. Out of an order of 10, I got 7. Out of an order of 20, I got 16. What am I supposed to do? Open each box right there at the counter and count??? No more. The lore of "B-Dubs" has definitely worn off for this location. The back of the house is a disgrace to all things food service. I ordered a burger to go and when I got home the box looked as if one of the bussers racked the leftovers from a customer table into my box. I wish I could say the taste made up for it after I had to fully assemble the burger but I could have got the same quality at the QT for about $7 less. Beware they try in the front of the house to cover their issues with smiles - most of the time, I have been asked if I was homesteading by a waitress one Sunday when we attempted to watch a game or two... Oh how I miss the BWW near Phipps Plaza. The one at Cumberland didn't really make me that happy so somehow I ended up at this one. Located off Barrett Pkwy in the same shopping plaza as the Chase Bank and Moe's, this location has a pretty decent size and for a Saturday night it wasn't too hard to get a table. I've read a few other reviews and a lot mentioned that so-so service and I must agree, although our waiter JJ was really nice, I think he was overwhelmed by a lot of tables and not enough help. He did apologize when he was away for a bit but I noticed he was dealing with several tables with large parties. Anyway, of course I come here for the BWW lemon pepper wings and to watch sports (this once had a tv in every possible space) but for some reason I picked a grilled chicken caeser salad and it was definitely not the best salad. The lettuce wasn't fresh, the bottom of the heart was in the bowl, and there wasn't a lot of chicken. The dressing was good, the mozzarella sticks were great, but the twisted margarita was the best. I came here on a Saturday evening looking for a good sports bar where I could watch the Hawks basketball game and enjoy a drink and a meal. I found Buffalo Wild Wings to be an excellent choice for this. The restaurant was packed, but I managed to grab the last empty spot at the bar. The restaurant and bar have screens all around and play the audio for the lead event they are showing, which wasn't the basketball game but the UFC fight. Sight lines are excellent to the screens from any seat, and they show several different games on different screens. As far as screens, audio, and sports watching goes, this gets 5 stars. I also liked the food I ordered. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with cole slaw instead of fries, and it was quite tasty with the buffalo sauce and cheese. The chicken was moist and tender. The cole slaw was good, not too sweet or creamy. As a rare treat, I ordered a dessert and was really pleased with the chocolate fudge cake. It is extremely moist and rich and comes with a scoop of ice cream. If you are looking for a very rich and intense chocolate dessert, this is good for you. I would almost give the restaurant four stars, but don't think the menu and beer selection is quite up to what you get at sports bars like Hudson's Grille and Dantanna's. Also, I don't quite like getting served in paper baskets -- this makes it a little like a fast food experience. Prices, though, are quite reasonable at Buffalo Wild Wings. Against our better judgement (we should've gone to Tin Lizzy's or Taco Mac). It wasn't that busy, but clear to see that the server to table ration was off, as I've served before and could easily see that the servers were struggling and in the weeds most of the night trying to keep up with large parties and there 1-2 smaller tables. My husband ordered a medium order of wings and fries. I ordered the $15 sampler w/ boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, French fries and fries pickles. Let's start with the fries which are subpar at best, I'd opt for McDonalds fries over these any day. They were incredibly underwhelming. My husband got lemon pepper wings, but we couldn't seem to taste the lemon pepper at all, it was more like regular fried wings with no flavor. My boneless wings were okay, nothing to write home about. I've had better mozz sticks from fast food joints and the fried pickles were over-breaded and drenched in a flavorless batter. The service was below average. While our server was a nice guy, he just simply couldn't handle the tables he had. My order was completely wrong, we didn't have cutlery and he never checked on us after someone else dropped our food off. I stopped a manager to assist, whom was also overwhelmed and later came back with no resolution or apology.
