They quickly got us seated and kept us hopping. I could not resist the House Sampler as an appetizer, so we could try a couple things. This was great (and probably more than I needed to eat before I even got my actual meal. Ha!) I went for the Honey BBQ wings today, while my two boys chowed down on some burgers. We had a lackluster experience here today, and that might be putting it generously. I haven't been to a BWW in years, and today reminded me why! Where do I start? We arrived with a group of 8, to the clear annoyance of our server. She stood back and watched us pull two tables together with an irritated look on her face. Maybe I could understand our larger party being an annoyance if it was a Saturday at dinner. A Thursday at lunch didn't seem as big of a deal, and we were one of only 4 parties. She put the bare minimum effort into taking our drink and food orders. After a VERY lengthy wait, she finally came back and plopped down some napkins and a stack of forks for us to pass out among ourselves. We didn't get enough napkins for everyone, so when we asked for more she brought back a HUGE stack and silently plopped those down too. Almost everyone ordered boneless wings, as they were BOGO, and everyone agreed they were hard - like rocks with sauce drizzled on them. The inside of them seemed ok, but the outside was dry and crunchy (not a pleasant crunch) they were not generous on the sauce either, which didn't help. The cheese curds and potato wedges were okay, but very much tasted like something I bought from the frozen aisle at the grocery store and heated up in my air fryer at home. I was pleasantly surprised with our recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. We had a huge group of about 27 people after a football game. We did call ahead, and they were still working on getting the tables set up, but given the size of our group, that is understandable. We have been to other BWW locations and had very slow service, so I was braced for this possibility. But the waitstaff worked together to take care of us, and it was honestly the best service I have had from any of the BWW locations we have been to- which is at least 5. The food was good. We started with our family favorite the cheddar cheese curds. For my entree, I tried something new-street tacos. I was looking for something on the lighter side since it was about 10:30pm when we arrived. They were very flavorful, and I will definitely order them again. I can't believe this happened to me, but an UberEats driver took my food and cancelled my order. {food was excellent btw} Brady (the manager on duty) absolutely handled the situation with excellent customer service and a sincere apology. This place gets a 5 star rating due to the very nice layout, seating in main area, however I was more impressed with bar area and patio area. Me and wife don't smoke and it wasn't smoky as most Buffalo Wild Wings around the area, had great ventilation to combat the smoke from others, so many TV's with a 10ft projection on bar, you can't miss a game or your favorite sports in here. Food is 3 star, service was okay, could've been quicker but giving the circumstances that this place just opened, it will get better. Service was friendly but again seemed overwhelmed due to a lot patrons but overall I would recommend. Nachos suck so be forewarned. read more

I think there's something wrong with the kitchen here because every single time I've ordered food from here I've had my order wrong I would order 20 wings are we get 15. Horrible Service for a Monday! When we got there the only 2 "supposably" serves on the shift where sitting by the entrance just chilling. We finally got seated got Our drinks, no straws and never saw the server again. We waited for 30 minutes and the server was still no where to be found. I don't really mind coming here, and for the most part everyone is really nice. We live really close so we stop by often with our friends, but there was a gap in which we didn't really come visit for a while. I guess within that gap they hired a new waitress called Rebecca, and omg she's literally the worst. Like personally, my friends and I try our best to be good customers and we always make sure to leave a nice tip, since most of us also work in food service, but every single time we've gotten Rebecca it's honestly so hard to to leave a tip. First of all, she's really rude for no reason. I understand working sucks and especially if you're working late nights, but it's literally your job to be nice, there's no need to be rude for no reason. She'll just stare at you and give you snarky remarks, and it makes things so awkward cause it catches everyone off guard. She's also really bad with taking orders I've noticed. One of our first times with her she literally took a good 40 minutes to even put our food in after we had already ordered. We had to get a hold of the manager to ask her if she'd put our food in for us. Another time she ended up adding an extra item that no one had gotten, said we didn't have to pay for it, and then proceeded to charge us anyways for it. She'll also just straight up stare at you or sit next to you (like literally right next to you on the booth as if she were a part of your party) while you write down the tip. I guess she thinks it'll make us feel bad if we don't tip but like, leave us alone, gosh dang woman. She'll also just ask super personal and random questions, like how our relationships are going or about personal things like if we had a bad childhood or something and it's so weird ??? Like, I guess she's trying to make conversation, and that's cool and all, but why ask such weird and personal questions. Again, just makes things awkward for everyone involved. I'm not sure if she does this to everyone, but she also pushed one of my friends out of the way when she was setting our drinks down. And it's not like he was necessarily in the way, she was just behind him and came up out of no where and basically shoved his body away with her hand as she was putting the drink down. She's also told two of our other friends on different occasions to shut up, because "y'all are going too fast, please shut up." ( she literally said this :///) She's just horrible overall, and I hate being sat down and discovering that she's our waitress. It's like, the worst feeling ever. I never leave reviews, and like I said, my friends and I all work or have worked in food service, so I understand it's not the best work environment, and sometimes the shift just seems too long. People can be rude, and sometimes you just get really crappy customers and ruin your whole day. We came in on a Thursday evening at around 520. It was really, really busy. The place is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have so many T.V.s that it takes a minute to look at all of them. Literally, there's not a one foot space on the wall that is not touching a TV somewhere. It's wall-to-wall TVs so if you want to watch the game or play trivia this is your place to go. The food was pretty good. They have a few kinks to work out, but since they only opened a week ago, there is room for grace while they do so. The chicken in my buffalitos was dry, and I had to send the wedges back because they made them wrong at first, but it was quickly fixed. That's why the four stars, but I plan on coming back soon and anticipate adding that fifth star. My husband really enjoyed his meal and DEVOURED it. I saw a few drinks I might want to come back and try on the lengthy drink menu. I am glad they are here and plan on being here often. I hope it stays nice and doesn't go the way of the BWW in Moore. The last 2 times I tried them I left without even placing an order. Our servers were pleasant enough though not very well bww versed or customer service aware (refilling drinks, checking on food). I get there and place my order, yes they are very busy. I don't get all my change back because they don't have any at the register and instead of waiting I just tell them to keep it because I didn't want to hold up the line anymore. You need more people. This is always the issue with you guys. Also train most of your employees better. Some don't acknowledge people waiting until they finally get helped by other servers.
