When Tam took our drink and app order, everything came out fast and delicious. We had 2 house margaritas, everything pretzle knots, and loaded tots. This order came out fast. Once she arrived with the apps, we placed our dinner order. My son's order of 15 wings came out 5 mins later. The rest of us got ours 10 mins later. Very odd since they should have all gone in together. Everything taste wise was good with the exception of the boneless lemon pepper wings. Recently dined in after shopping around Broward Mall and it was surprisingly not that packed for a Friday afternoon. My server C.J. was so kind and wasn't overbearing. He knew when to check on me and reminded me to let him know if I needed anything. I had the Teriyaki traditional wings with fries on the side. The fries were a little overdone, but not enough to write a bad review. Bad fry days happen ‍. We watched 6 people standing around. Went there last night. 6pm on a Saturday but not busy. Party of 8. Slowest service ever. 30 minutes for drinks. An hour after ordering food starts coming out. A plate of stale fries and some tater tots. 5 minutes later 1 person gets their food. 5 minutes later another person and some more fries. 2 hours there and 2 people never got their food. Asked for manager. Never saw one. I've been there 2 other times at off peak hours and they are super slow then as well. Went once with my son at like 2 pm. No other customers there. The first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings and I'm hooked. One opened up in Rhode Island but it was always packed so we never went. I'm glad this place is not as packed when we decided to eat here. The service is good but on the slower side. The food has been consistently good. I like to get the large order of wings and get 3 different flavors. I usually never finish but always have leftovers for the next day. My favorite sauces are the mango habenera and the garlic parmesan. The batter is so good on the boneless buffalo wings. It's like they double fry it. The wings remind me of Korean Bon Chon wings from the northeast which were really good. Whenever I'm craving wings, this is the first place I think about. This place is disgusting. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came out raw so I sent it back. They brought it back and gave me something else that I don't eat then I asked what kind of oil they use and they said vegetable oil, Then when my son went to go eat it, he got sick and they said oh sorry we use peanut oil. There is a new business in town and it is a wing place! Just what we needed....another wing place! Although I am really not too enthusiastic about another wing establishment to join the hordes of existing ones in the area, it seems the rest of the community is, as evidenced by the crowds here less than a week after this Buffalo Wild Wings opened. I know this is a chain and I had not eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings before. My kids were very excited that one had opened nearby. The place is one large room and very loud. Some sports bars have a little bit of an ambiance (i.e Geronimo's in Davie) but this has no ambiance at all. It is more like a school cafeteria environment. Kudos to the staff who were very enthusiastic and friendly. Our server brought our drinks immediately. I am always impressed when the server actually brings tons of extra lemon when I ask for extra lemon with my iced tea. The "captain" also jovially introduced himself to us and described his duties. He was very friendly and gave us some food and wing sauce suggestions when prompted. He was also very gracious about catering to the game channels we requested. We ordered two appetizers which were the best parts of my meal: The Garlic Chicken Flatbread was crispy and tasty. I loved the soft pretzels. Three large pretzels came in the order and they were hot, fairly crispy on the outside and soft & doughy on the inside. These pretzels were better than many I have eaten on the streets of NYC! They came with mustard (which none of us ate) and a cheese sauce, which was kind of like cheese whiz but it still tasted like really good junk food! My 10 year old son & husband ordered the boneless wings, some with Parmesan Garlic sauce and some with Barbeque sauce. The Boneless Wings taste like really crunchy chicken nuggets. The Parmesan Garlic ones had a nice flavor and the BBQ was a little too tart, but this type of wing was way too deep fried for me. My 11 year old son had no complaints about the pulled pork sandwich except that the sauce (on the side) was very spicy. There were a few tempting salads on the menu but when in Rome.... Since I was in a wing place I felt I really had to try the wings (and when I eat wings, its traditional style!). I got a small order of Spicy Garlic and Asian Zing Wings. I have had better sauces and better wings. The wings were too "soft", missing a level of crispness a good wing has. Perhaps ordering them "well done" as Frank B. suggested when reviewing the Coral Springs location, might have helped. The sauces were fair. I liked the Asian Zing more than the Spicy Garlic but both were pretty weak in flavor. I don't even think I finished half of my wings. I hate to sound redundant as I know I have mentioned both places in reviews before, but if you are really going for the wings, go to JT's in Pembroke Pines or Billy's in Davie. Even Bokamper's wings are better than these. I would not be adverse to giving the place one more shot if the family wanted to go. So I am pretty surprised on how lowly this Buffalo has been rated. I came here with my friend while I was in town for travel and I had a pretty great experience. I got seated promptly and our server was super nice and attentive to our needs. She came around often to check on us, which is all I can ever really ask for from a server. The food was great. The wings were at a good fry, not too much not too little. The thin kettle chips we ordered as a side were good. The sweet tea was just sweet enough. Overall, I really enjoyed myself here. If you're reading this, please don't let the low stars dissuade you from coming here. On a side note, the interior of this place was great. It's one of the new models with the fake brick on the walls and there are way more TV's than the old models had. There isn't a bad seat in the house if you're here to watch sports. read more

I have been coming here for 3 years straight at least 2-3 times a month. With the recent covid and their reopening it seems the asst manager Or lead Danni has a bad attitude. Not pleasant and no customer service skills. The General manager Clarence is amazing. It seems his staff doesn't follow suit and lost all customer service skills. Have to be honest and tell you that while driving here, I managed to sneak a peek at a few reviews while waiting for a traffic light and almost decided to choose another place to eat with my son. Besides the several sub par reviews of this location and my personal experience at the Southland location in Cutler Bay (totally disgusting and very dirty), I truly began looking elsewhere. With my son encouraging me to stay and as we were already pulling into the parking lot at the Broward Mall, which is where this B.W.W. is located, I acquiesced, parked and we both went in. Upon entering, I noticed this place has more TV's than any other location I have been at and actually rivals any sports bar I have ever been to. This place was packed!! I forgot about all the Sunday football games, including the Dolphins and Patriots that were playing (I stopped watching anything having to do with the NFL since the league has decided to appallingly turn a blind eye and allow players to take a knee during the playing of the National Anthem). I also noticed how clean the floors were and how clean the tables were on the way to our table. Service was good, food was even better and my couple of trips to the restroom to wash my hands were freakishly enjoyable all due to the surprisingly so very, very clean restroom. I honestly thought I was at another restaurant. If ever there was a moment where one can tell the difference a manager can make, this was the moment. Accolades and applause go out to BEVON BRAHAM, General Manager of this Buffalo Wild Wings and on duty today. I saw him moving about the floor and providing much needed support to his wait staff on this very busy football Sunday. He came by our table, asked us how everything was and made sure to refill our drinks without asking. Give this man a raise!!! He certainly deserves it!! I have been to 4 different B.W.W. in the past year. 1) Bradenton; 2) Southland Mall (Cutler Bay); 3) Pembroke Pines and 4) Broward Mall (Plantation) On this day, there was absolutely no comparison. I love BDubs, but I think the management of this location affects the experiences of patrons at this location. Training staff on attention to detail would go a long way in improving the 2 star rating of this location on yelp. The last time I went here, they were out of bloody mary mix! How does that even happen with a decent food and beverage manager? Proper inventory checks are important! Especially when you have a new special drink on the menu which requires the mix! Other attention to detail issues include staff standing around and chatting while a dirty bar or floor is in plain view. Twice in the last month I have received piping hot sour cream with my quesadilla. Obviously, the food sits under the heat lamp WITH the sour cream, lettuce and tomato. This should not happen. I know this is not a 5 star restaurant but this is a chain which represents the brand name and this location is damaging the brand. My problems are added to all the other 2 and 1 star reviews.
