Went tonight during the NBA FINALS, sports bar btw, and waited 45 minutes for a table when there was 10 open tables and I'm not exaggerating. Ordered a Long Island, which I usually get, and is on the drink menu, to which they told me they "didn't have the necessities for it" and was somehow out of Ultra (it was the first quarter). Ordered bottomless apps, which they are known for btw, and literally never got them when we ordered during the first quarter. Ordered bone-in wings that I waited 30 minutes for to be brought out boneless wings and had to wait another 30 minutes for the next order. Saw our waitress maybe 3 times the entire night. Never got refills on water, but she made sure to refill my titos lemonade. Check wasn't split between my friend and I even though we were the only ones at our table. Luckily I checked my order before I left. I was missing my drink, fries, and two orders of wings. The second waitress helped go back through my order and made sure all the orders items were in the bags. My order was to be ready by 2:50ish and I arrived on time however the food tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The fries and fried pickles were soggy. Unfortunately, my order has been incomplete the last few times I've ordered from here. How exactly do you forget to include the one thing you don't actually have to make (cheesecake).... twice?! It isn't clear whether GrubHub drivers are hangry or if those rolling out the take-out bags are responsible, but the restaurant will always bear the brunt of that blame (and will ultimately suffer the consequences). Taste is consistent with how you'd expect a BWW meal to taste; I'm never disappointed with the quality of the food, but with the fact that I wish I could taste everything I ordered.
