Stop serving customers old tasting wings! This is such a disgrace especially from a restaurant that's literally known for its wings. I am disappointed from the service I received from this location. I drove 30 minutes to pick up an online order and had to drive another 30 minutes back to return the wings that were given to me. When I first opened it I already knew what was coming. The wings were dry, hard and really small.. come on. It was very difficult to even take one bite. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it would only be one wing, but it was every single one!! Imagine the inconvenience of having to drive an hour and a half to get the order you PAID FOR, then having to return it because the wings weren't up to its standard. When I explained to an employee upfront about my current situation. I asked for the manager, and instead of coming out to speak to me directly, the manager had the employee relay messages. What kind of management is this? When a customer has to waste their time and gas just to go back there to resolve an issue your restaurant made, the least a manager can do is come out, apologize, and address the situation personally. I asked for any sort of compensation for the troubles I had to go through, and once again the manager had the same worker be the one to tell me that "there is nothing they can do." Again, I asked for the manager! Not for the same worker to apologize and speak on your behalf. If you're inchange, then take responsibility and speak to your customers yourself. The only person who tried to help was the employee at the front. The employee offered me a bag of carrots, ranch, or celery because they weren't authorized to do anything else. Ordered bottomless apps, which they are known for btw, and literally never got them when we ordered during the first quarter. Food was SO disappointing. I ordered the Pick 6 for $19.99, we both got burgers, with fries and wedge fries. The sweat tea was way too sweet. Unfortunately, my order has been incomplete the last few times I've ordered from here. How exactly do you forget to include the one thing you don't actually have to make (cheesecake).... twice?! It isn't clear whether GrubHub drivers are hangry or if those rolling out the take-out bags are responsible, but the restaurant will always bear the brunt of that blame (and will ultimately suffer the consequences). Taste is consistent with how you'd expect a BWW meal to taste; I'm never disappointed with the quality of the food, but with the fact that I wish I could taste everything I ordered.
