First and foremost I would like to give a shoutout to my server Bruce! I normally start my reviews in a different way. Great service should always be recognized along with other factors of the restaurant. Bruce was amazing in every way. He was helpful, cool, chill, smart and knew his job very well. Also welcoming and professional. Being only 19, he can even become the manager. He's got potential and that's for sure. Walked in yesterday around 5pm and stood there for like 10 minutes & no one greeted me since there was no hostess. After 10 minutes of waiting I had to get someone's attention and it was Bruce once again. He took me to my booth and was ready to take my order. I ordered their smash burger that came with 2 patties, 2 slices American Cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, asked for no mustard and easy on the mayo. Got a side of fries and also asked him no SALT on anything. That's exactly what I got. I also got their Espresso Tiny Caramel Signature cocktail drink & water. Food was made to perfection and was very delicious. So was my drink. Shoutout to Olivia who made my drink. Restaurant was somewhat clean and what I have noticed is that Bruce was doing everybody's job since it was a slow night. Later noticed few more employees popped up out of nowhere. Big, lots of booths/tables all around with a full bar! They also had a nicely sized patio. There were too many TVs all around which was a bit distracting to me. Sports, sports & more sports. Great music from the 80's playing overhead. It wasn't crowded until I was getting ready to leave. Conveniently located inside the Sherman Oaks Galleria and has an underground parking shared with so many businesses. Food was a bit pricy for the portion and the size of the cocktail. Paid $30.72 not including the tip. I will definitely stop by again to try other things that they have from their HUGE selection of menu options!:-) Must try their wings.. I ordered takeout online: a crispy chicken sandwich and tater tots. I like extra mayo on my crispy chicken. There is no place to add notes in your online system to request this. When I picked up the sandwich I asked for sides of ketchup and mayonnaise. "Oh, we don't have mayo." I replied, "But you are putting mayo on the chicken sandwich." "Yeah, but we don't have 'sides of mayo.'" At that point, I gave up. You sell many sauces. In fact, I purchased a ranch sauce with my order. So you have the little cups for the sauces. And you have mayo. But you can't or won't put mayo in a cup and place it in the bag with my order. The employee could have sold me the mayo for the 60 cents that you charge for sauces. That would have been fine. At least then I get the extra mayo. This should not be mission: impossible. read more

The service was so slow, which was surprising because as you can see in the picture, most of the tables were empty so they weren't overwhelmingly busy this Friday evening. After being told it would be 5 minutes to be sat at a table, it took 15 minutes before I had to go remind the host at the front that we were waiting which prompted him to take us to a table that was open the whole time we were waiting. No one came to check on us to offer a cup of water or take our order for the 10 minutes we were sat until I honestly grew impatient and left as I saw no employees in sight. Okay first things first I haven't been to B Dubs in a long time. It's always busy and last time I felt like my wings were overly drenched in sauce. Today I went with some friends. Our sever Dominic greeted us and apologized for the wait. He was incredibly friendly and so whatever little wait was there didn't bother us. I have been in this industry for a long time and we could see how busy he was. He came over and took our orders and everything came out fast. We only had to wait for a few sides and a lemon pepper sauce but it was no real inconvenience. My chipotle bbq traditional wings had a great flavor but I will have them with blue cheese next time. My wife's naked tenders were perfect for her and our friend. My wife being keto and our friend who can not have gluten. Came here before seeing a movie and since there wasn't a local game on it wasn't as busy as it usually is. The classic chicken sandwich was just okay and hardly ate the fries that came along with it. This restaurant is in an outdoor mall with both indoor and outdoor seating and I sat indoors as it was hot even at 6:30. Bryan was a decent server but even not terribly busy it seemed as though there were very few servers. First time coming to this location and we enjoyed our experience. Memorie was our server. She was amazing. She was the only server when we got there and it got quite busy because of the All you can eat wings deal. Andy the manager was also helping out and she also provided great service too. The ambience is great, loved being able to watch the Dodger game on the screen. I also love that they have a full bar. I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings because of an employee named Ash. She was extremely disrespectful and had a rude attitude the entire time. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable just trying to order and enjoy my food. Customer service should never make people feel embarrassed or disrespected. But, Jim G. has parking in the structure and it seemed like a great place to watch some football, so we ventured again. While it's certainly not a gourmet outing and the service isn't outstanding, we did have a good time here with very friendly and helpful service from Evelyn, our server, and Andres, the manager. The sound was on loud for the game and the energy was good. Drink prices were surprisingly good: $4.00 for 22oz Goose Island, $5.00 for 22oz Bud Light, $9-9.25 for 22oz craft beers, $4 for Fireball shots, and $8.25 for a mezcal. The wings are pretty expensive, but the pricing is better as you order more. We ordered 15 for $29.49 and were able to have 3 different sauce/rub flavors. We enjoyed the Desert Heat Dry Rub, the Asian Zing, and the not-at-all-messing-around Blazing Hot. During the game, they also had Two-Minute Drill Specials (end of first half) and we got two pint-sized Bud Lights for $2 each and a tasty Queso Dip appetizer for $4. Great deal! Evelyn wasn't around when it started, but I overheard another server talking about it and we managed to sneak our order in. BWW is still a good place to go when you and your crew want to watch a game or the games with other fans with good energy. Food is good if you ever get seated. There no one at the front and when you look into the floor the servers and bartender sees you but won't welcome you or even ask what you want. Take out forget it, I waited a good 12 minutes along with 3 others before I was told by the female bartender that she will send someone to take my order. I finally spoke to someone and was told it would take 15min. Nope more like 25 min. I'm a bit annoyed since now I have to rush eating my meal before heading back to work. Very similar to what everyone else has been saying. The service is horrible. I get being understaffed, times are hard. I'm a server and bartender myself. It's tough. But this place doesn't even attempt to be better. You're a million dollar company.. be better. Hire more staff. Every time I've gone in there, we stood at the front for anywhere from 5-20 minutes before even being greeted. One time we got there with a party of 6, there were plenty of tables, and we had an hour wait... why? Half the restaurant was empty. When we got served it took over an hour to get drinks, and food ordered. None the less food out. We had issues with app. Which isn't the restaurants fault, but they said they've been having issues for months. Specially their location. Maybe fix it..? Another time there were 3 of us. We sat within ten minutes, but took another ten to even be acknowledged. Meanwhile we saw staff standing around just talking to each other. This last time will be my last going. It was just me and a girlfriend. 5pm on a Tuesday. Place was dead. Three tables occupied. It took us ten minutes to get sat, yet again. When we did, it took awhile to be acknowledged. We had Bruce as our server. I will say, he was training. And he was friendly enough. But none of the staff seemed happy to be there. The girl who was training him, Lisbeth, seemed nice at first. But when we started asking questions (about happy hour, the menu, etc), she seemed extremely annoyed. We then took out our apps because that's what we usually use to pay and order and we have deals on them. She seemed annoyed by that because we had offers. Food came out semi fast. That was delicious as always. But then the check came and the servers didn't ask if we wanted to split. Or use our points. Or anything. We are used to paying separately on our app, so I brought that up and they said they've got rid of that. Maybe say something before ringing us out? Especially since we brought up the app. So then I asked to be split down the middle. She said she couldn't do that and had to apply certain items to certain people. I've used that POS system. That's not correct. Also, my check was wrong. And she seemed agitated that she had to fix it. By the time we left I was so frustrated. The restaurant had filled up too, for sports games. When I entered this place, everything started off fine. My boyfriend and I got assigned with the waiter named Glow. It took a while for her to give us the menu, but wasn't too long. My boyfriend and I were having a good time, the food was great. Yet, Glow asked me if I wanted a refill, I said sure. Why was my past cup just sitting there at a random table for over 30 minutes? I was left without a drink and had to drink my boyfriends water. Glow did not check on us at all, i'm not sure if it was because we were younger and shouldn't be as prioritized as others, but her service towards my boyfriend and I was absolutely horrible. It took over an hour to get the check, I had to call someone to give it to us. Thankfully, a young man helped us quickly. Until, when my boyfriend went to go pay the check, Glow saw him walking up and decided to now prioritize us and help us with the check. Would never want someone to have her as a waiter, seriously. The second time was this Sunday and Yvette was the server. Both of them were visibly intoxicated and unfit to be working. It is hard to believe that this would happen, let alone twice!
