Then on top of it they have very limited seated. Split up my party of 5. five. Again, very un pleasant. The dipping sauce for my mozerlla sticks was terribly disgusting. This place is quite mid. Although all the times I go is at night. There are no hosts. It takes a while to get seated. The servers see guests up front but really do nothing about it. Tonight we went around 10:15pm, we got our food and It was cold, like it had been sitting out before being served to us ( boneless wings and mac ) Our server Jules was nice, however the only interactions we had is when she took our order, and us flagging her down for requests. It would have been nice to be checked on and ask if we need refills you know. The service is the bare minimum. She did help us with the bill which was nice. Just looking around, it feels like servers are mainly focused on side-work than the guests themselves. I didn't see anyone get checked up on. I only eat the burgers here and they are very good. Usually eat in since burgers n fries don't travel very well, in my opinion. But the last few visits we have gotten the food to go. (My husband likes the wings and doesn't care if his food is lukewarm.). I couldn't believe how good the burger was at home. Still warm and tasty. Hats off to David in the kitchen for cooking it perfectly and packaging it so it was still great 15 min later. I was not going to write a bad review about this person but after hearing one of my friends have an issue with her recently, I now feel the need to. Couple weeks back I went to this location with a friend we got there early for the LAFC soccer match and later on the UFC Main event. During the soccer match we had wings and couple beers total bill came out to almost $90.00. After the soccer game my friend and I went out for a smoke and stretch out for a bit before staying for the UFC fights. It was a 25-minute break we had. When we came back, he decided he wanted a beer and I decided on a water. Within 20 minutes of us sitting down "HILDA" the manager came up to our table aggressively and for some reason she decided to point me out asked me "Are you going to buy food or drinks?" & I told her I had just ate an hour prior and was going to drink water before I order another beer. Her reply was "You need to order something to drink or food if you want to stay here..." all mean while she was talking to a group of gentlemen who she approached multiple times through the UFC event to have couple laughs with, who were also sipping on water NOT a single beer or food was on their table. I let Hilda know that my bill was $90.00 so why would I need to keep ordering more food and drinks?" her reply was "That's it?" as an if my bill amount was not enough to stay in the establishment? so my reply was "Yes that's it, is there a limit I need to spend to stay here?" and she began to literally YELL at me, telling me not to be rude?! so after her and I going back and forth at loud in the middle of a UFC event.. I couldn't help to feel embarrassed and almost harassed by this so called "manager" extremely unprofessional and rude! I am a GM at my company, so I know a good manager when I deal with one and she was NOT it. Very hard to understand what she says, becomes frustrated fast, poor customer service and rude. C'mon people, it's Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm always a fan of BWW's wings, and venturing too far off the menu from there is to be taken at your own risk! (Although I do also like their crispy chicken wrap where you get to choose your own sauce, too). For example, my friend and I decided to also try the pretzel with queso at our last visit here on Sunday while watching Giants vs. Cowboys. I was as disappointed in the way that pretzel tasted as I was in the performance of my Gmen. (The queso had some good flavor though) Our service was very good - she was not very quick at bussing the table but she checked on us a lot and we were never without food or drink, and we hung out there for a while since we were watching the football games. Not once did the girl who answered let me know they would do last call at 9:30pm and were only doing to go orders. So we went in to this surprise. We tried to order online and it didn't let us. So we called to do a to go order and apparently because they close in two hours (it's 10pm now) they only have a tray of wings couldn't serve us all flats because they were closing in two hours! I'm not the biggest fan of their food. I no longer eat chicken so whenever I go with friends I usually get a side salad and side of fries. I recently went with a group of friends and noticed they have cauliflower wings. I was hesitant to try them but I'm glad I did because they were sooooo good! Anyone who is vegetarian I highly recommend trying these. They bread them just as crispy as their chicken and you can put any sauce on them. Bar tender would wait on her friends at the bar and eventually get to the rest the customers. While at the bar I noticed a couple get so upset of their wait that they left without eating. I am a huge fan of BDubs. That being said I can't help but be absolutely disappointed with the kitchen. I don't know whether that are just understaffed or inept. I'd say that more then 50% of the time I have been disappointed with their delivery and/or attention to detail. I usually order mine well done or extra crispy and the majority of the time they come out still gamey. Tonight they came out gamey still and cold. In fear or retribution I decided not to send them back. The service was fantastic. We got there before the rush but it certainly picked up while we were there. The server was doing double duty and still remained attentive and compassionate about the kitchens service. I have no complaint there. If this was an isolated event I wouldn't take the time to write anything, but because this has happened more times then not, and especially since I continue to come back because of my love for the food and the franchise, I felt I had to write something. When they delivery, they really deliver and the wings are second to none. Went here for a birthday, waited 45 minutes for a table when there was more than ample space and wasn't close to busy. then got seated and proceeded to wait an additional hour or more for our food and drinks. Once the food finally arrived it was not good at all. My girlfriend couldn't even finish or eat more than half of her spicy garlic wings. Don't order delivery from this place. They notified me of receipt of my DoorDash order at 7:57. It is now 9:29 and I have no food. My doordasher has called and apologized; he is just waiting, and says they keep putting him off. When I called to speak with someone, first I ended up being told "no one is available." I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but our party of four had a terrible experience last night. Our server took our order and then came back quite a while later and said she needed to double check the order because she didn't put it in the system yet because she had to rush to the bathroom. We should have gotten up and left then, but we were all sitting there kind of stunned and repeated the order. It took forever to get our food, and nothing came out in the correct order. Then... We went this past Sunday morning for footballo and had been previously about 3 weeks before for a Sunday football morning... Neither time was it a good experience.... First time, our wings were cold and as if they had been sitting out for a long time. We didnt return them, however we figured maybe it was an off day. However, this same day there was a bar patron that was continuously walking around BAREFOOT in the restaurant!! He went back and forth from the bathroom many times, one time even with toilet paper stuck to his foot. We had mentioned this to our waitress a few times and it took management over 30 mins to address it and ask the patron to put their shoes on. We were not the only ones who witnessed this either... I personally did not want to come back after that however we decided to give it another shot this past Saturday. Let me first say, that our experience this time was NOT related to service. Our server, she was great and she was much better than the previous service we got before. This is the 2nd time we had received COLD food. The inside of the chicken wings were 100% COLD. Since this was now the second time that happened, this is obviously not a one time cook issue, this is a recurring issue. We told our server this time, showed her, and asked her to tell the cooks "well done" just to reiterate that we wanted "HOT" food. She did take them back and we got a fresh set, however they were not HOT. warm yes, HOT no. We had ordered a little later a order of boneless wings and those again, were NOT hot... the center was luke warm. And they weren't even tossed in the sauce. Sauce was just lightly poured over them so the bottom portions were just breaded chicken. Not to mention that the breading was OVERLY salty. We couldn't even eat them. When we received our bill, the original sets of wings were never removed from our bill. We had to ask the server to remove them as we had only ordered 1 set of wings. Not once did a manager come over to apologize, talk to us, etc. To top it off, the power went out towards the end of our visit... everyone looked like a deer in headlights. When we left, the hostess mentioned to her co worker, "How do we know who paid and didnt pay if they are leaving".... We had paid right before the power went out, but obviously all staff needs some better direction on what to do in situations like that. And the kitchen needs to be re taught was "HOT FOOD" is.
