Was craving some sweets after dinner and decided to stop by. The store is small but offers variety of items. Donuts were really fresh even tho we came by in the evening after dinner. We got two twists, a tiger tail and glazed donuts. All the donuts were fluffy and had a good amount of glaze on them, even by the next day they still tasted as good!

This no frills donut shop has the usual donut offerings but what makes it stand out is their cute character donuts and holiday themed donuts! I love all the designs they make. If you want something more substantial, they also offer smoothies and sandwiches. Customer service was quick and friendly. Donuts were good. The parking lot is not great, and doesn't have many parking spots, so you may have to loop around if they are busy.

It's been 3 days since I've had a donut (so I'm way overdue for one, or two... ok three). I was in the area running errands and had to find a donut shop and found Bumblebee Donuts 2 on Yelp. The plaza is small w very limited parking. Bumblebee is not only a donut shop, it's also a water store that sells alkaline water and filtered drinking water. The place is small and there are only 2 tables inside. I was hoping to find Holiday donuts but the only ones left were gingerbread donuts. There wasn't very much to select from but maybe because I got there mid-morning? I ended up getting 3 donuts: a gingerbread, chocolate heart, and Hello Kitty. Now let's talk about the quality of the donuts. The texture of the donut itself was excellent! It had the elasticity and moisture of good quality donuts. The cream was a bit too sweet for my liking, but the chocolate cream was just right. The fondant on the Hello Kitty donut was good. Heart donut was kinda small, but still really yummy and would get it again. I really enjoyed these donuts and so glad I stopped by here. Water prices are great, too!! Alkaline water sells for $1.25/gal which is a lot lower than other stores. Regular water is $0.35 cents per gallon. Awesome water prices!! Overall, great donut shop!!

I stopped by Bumblebee Donuts 2 in Azusa through the TooGoodToGo app and my surprise box was filled with delicious donuts. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my order was ready for pickup right away, so the service was quick and easy. The shop has a cozy, inviting vibe with lots of donuts, bagels, croissants, sandwiches, and boba or coffee drinks to choose from, plus plenty of parking in the lot which makes this donut shop super convenient to visit. It is a mom and pop owned spot, so definitely support your local small business.

Very lovely family establishment nestled in a small shopping center down Route 66! We were welcomed upon entering by the lady who runs the shop with her family. A wonderful donut shop that stands out from the rest for me. The doughnuts are very fluffy and soft, I actually prefer their doughnuts over donut man. They have a wide variety of breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Service is good from the brief interaction I had. Sweet discovery! I'm so glad you finally found this donut haven. Sounds like they have a fantastic selection of both donuts and smoothies. It's a bummer they don't have durian smoothies, but I'm sure you found something equally delicious to quench your thirst. The soft and fluffy donuts are a great bonus! Amazing location! Great service as well. I ordered the day before and there was no issue at all. Great communication and the donuts are delicious! Recommend for all occasions! I also ordered on DoorDash recently and they didn't have a certain donut and gifted out order with 2 more donuts to make up for the inconvenience. My favorite donut location to go to! Ordered letter donuts about three weeks ago for my kid's first day of first grade. The owner said as long as they had about 48 hours notice, they could accommodate (wanted them at 6 am, though, so had to ask whether the baker could do it). Arrived 30 mins late due to an accident on the freeway (hope they are ok). I was super apologetic, but they didn't even bat an eyelash, kept reassuring me that it was totally fine, no worries. They even made the kid a special Elmo donut and wished him good luck! Brought them home and totally made the kid's day! Great start to the school year, wonderfully tasty donuts, and super sweet service. Would highly recommend and return in the future. Thanks a bunch! read more

I bought donuts from here like 3 other times. The donuts were tasty and I thought this was my donut place. I went yesterday to buy a dozen and I literally stood there in disbelief two flies were inside chilling with the donuts one flying and the other one resting on a donut. I didn't say anything I immediately left, and I regret not saying anything but it's not like they would of thrown the whole batch away and a customer was there. For some this isn't a dealbreaker, for me unfortunately it is. I can't stand flies, spreaders of disease and germs I was disgusted. Hopefully they can find a way to avoid this problem maybe a fan at the door or anything to avoid this problem. read more

Came around 7:45pm and didn't see a wide selection of donuts (as expected for the time of day). Was excited to come here for the cereal donuts because my bf has a donut addiction. We only saw donuts topped with Froot Loops and Lucky Charms. Ended up getting a buttermilk bar, coconut donut, cake with sprinkles, cinnamon twisty thing, and chocolate chip on chocolate. All the donuts were enjoyed, and I liked the buttermilk bar the best. It was moist and tasty. They also sell Thrifty ice cream, so I'll probably be back again! read more

We've just moved to the area in December so my husband and I have been trying to find every good eatery around town. Granted I love a good donut!! I hate that I don't have a picture but I just ate them up lol but their donuts are legit amazing!! So fluffy, never oily or greasy! I got donuts at 5pm and they were still like first light donuts. It's like this every time so I want to brag about them!! Even the Lemon filled which is a favorite of mine, they make it like a sugar donut split in half and lemon all in the center so you get the yummy goodness with each bite! I hate those donuts that fill them and you ate like 80% of it for just a tab of fill in the center LOL. If I'm going to stuff my face I want to stuff my face. I pick up breakfast sandwiches for a team meeting from this place a few times a year and I believe this is a family owned business because they are super friendly and make you feel right at home . The family is great and I enjoy seeing their smiling happy faces at 7 am on the Way to work. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give it more stars I would! My coworker and I stopped in to get a drink. We then realized we both forgot our purses. The Apple pay wasn't working so we told the lady that we would just come back another time because we had no cash. She asked if we lived close by we told her no, but we worked down the street she said "No problem I trust you You pay me another day". We of course denied but she insisted. So us knowing we're honest people we accepted, drove straight to work got cash came back paid her and gave her a generous tip. She was surprised and very grateful It made getting a simple coffee a great experience. read more

This place is the bomb dot com! Seriously so good! Everytime I come I get the bacon egg cheese crossiant omg delicious ! What I love is the fact that the bacon is crispy and the bread is so soft ! I ordered the birthday donuts for my boyfriend and it was such an easy process. They were able to accommodate me, they were patient with me, and let me change the color of the frosting. They were ready exactly when I was supposed to pick them up, and they were also REALLY good. Very fluffy and not too sweet! SO good and I will definitely order donuts from here again! The donuts used to be so good here. I don't know if they fired the donut makers, changed owners or changed management. Tried the donuts a few times hoping maybe we had hit this place on a bad day. We'll have to be on the hunt for a new spot but not the Donut Man (Glendora) too long of a line to get a maple bar (although I will wait for a seasonal donut). MY FAVORITE DONUT SHOP IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD. This place can not be beat, it's literally so delicious. They're donuts are one of a kind! They don't taste too fried and the chocolate and glaze is AMAZING. They also have a huge variety and not just donuts! True yes have breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and smoothies and boba and so much more. I love the staff as well, they're incredibly kind and so personable. They will remember you just after a few times of visiting. I know it sounds dramatic but my loyalty lies at Bumblebee. Just left this place and I must say we had a really great experience. The owner, or at least the lady that was helping us, was very nice and so eager to serve us. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was very yummy to my surprise. Donuts are very soft. I'm very picky about donuts. Only like Krispy Kreme glaze, but these were really good. Also got a Thai ice tea smoothie and my husband got the strawberry mango smoothie and they were both sooo good. She also seems to know the people from the community which is really awesome and makes it more personal. We will definitely be going back to this place!!!!! read more

I suspect this will be a huge success when students come back for school in Fall. These guys have killer breakfast sandwiches and are super cheap. Served all day. Also have plenty of smoothies and blended drinks, ice cream, coffee, all that good stuff. Definitely recommend ANY croissantwich. read more

I moved to Azusa recently and I guess filling up your own 5 gallon water jug isn't common anymore. Drove to multiple locations, but was left disappointed till I randomly drove past this location. Yay, finally a place I can fill up. Also, tasty donuts, lottery is sold and boba filled drinks are available too.... yum my favorite. The young lady at the register was beyond kind! Great customer service! Looking forward to more treats and water in the future lol. read more

I had planned ahead, and did the Crunchy Peanut Salad, subbed chicken with Tofu, extra Endamame, (I forgot to request remove honey peanuts), and asked if peanut dressing was vegan- Mike, the cashier, went back to check with kitchen, and yes, ingredients were only peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar & tamari! Perfect! The manager, Matthew, delivered our food to our table, and he said that Mike made sure the focaccia bread on side for me was wrapped separate, as it was vegan, yet in kitchen with possible cross contamination. Matthew said they are very conscientious if a customer is vegan or vegetarian to be mindful of their orders. I was completely blown away! Huge shout out to Mike, and the manager Matthew for the care that is so rare! I'll definitely be back more often.

I was told no repeatedly on the turkey pastrami. -First the Turkey pastrami is too expensive it's an added $50 I said that's fine and he continued to persuade me to not get it -Second because now it's too much work to put on a sandwich because you know The Colossal is pretty big. (Seems like the works too much for them) So at the end of the day I went with the big corporate sandwich shop because I got my questions answered, they weren't rude, actually tried to upsell me instead of telling me no it's "too expensive" Lesson learned: teach your employees how to talk to customers. The freshness of the veggies and the crunch from the bacon was perfect. One specific detail I'd have to mention was the cream cheese they use in the wrap. Bumblebee Donuts 2 is a pretty swell place. Strange name aside, they've got awesome fruit smoothies and shakes, and a good variety of flavors like taro and coconut banana and a bunch of other stuff. The portion size are always pretty great, bang for your buck it's definitely one of the best smoothie/shake places in the APU/Citrus College area. The woman working the counter when I've been there is awesome and friendly--I often won't visit for long stretches of time, but she always remembers me and details from our last conversation months before.
