Been here a couple of times and once again it did not dissappoint. The burger was very tasty and the fries were just as good. The food came out nice and hot and the wait wasn't long at all. I got a decent burger today, but it wasn't a $10 burger. When it came out it was in a small basket with barely enough paper lining to contain all the burger grease. Had lunch there today and noticed it's the cookie cutter setup like Smash and Elevation Burger. Come in and wait in line. The Cashiers were very slow and struggling to finish sales.A bunch of employees running around serving food out of the kitchen.I was asked how my food was from 6 different people which became annoying. I got the basic 101 burger, fries and a fountain drink.$11. and change.I think too expensive for what it was in my opinion. This place is new and only 1/2 full for lunch? Disappointed they do not currently have the Impossible burger which I wanted to try but I'm sure I'll find it elsewhere. I just went with a standard cheeseburger. Bun tasted fresh and was soft, but didn't get mushy. I like that you can order fries extra crispy. Onion strings were a bit of a greasy tangle. My sister & I came here today for the first time. We both got the chicken tender basket and a fountain drink. The chicken tenders are definitely the star! They taste like they were breaded in panko crumbs - they are so yummy! The fries are also quite tasty. I always love these cool high tech fountain soda machines! I got a cherry coke & my sister got a raspberry Fanta. The inside is very nice and modern - marble table tops & big wooden floors. The booths are really comfy & spacious. The prices here for the chicken tender basket is fantastic! I believe it was less than $7 for each of our meals. The staff was so friendly. Great new option for our family when our sons are in the mood for burgers. FOOD: Burgers are juicy and cooked to your liking unlike Five Guys. The bun is brioche bun and very good! The fries are not super skinny, but crispy. Our entire family love them. I'm not a fan of burgers, but the burger salad I had was actually very good. My son loves the Oreo shake here. They have several options for condiments although I have only tried ketchup. They have sofa machine where you can select one of very many Coke products. SERVICE: You order at register and they bring food to your table. Service has been prompt. Once in awhile a person would walk by and ask how we are doing. ATMOSPHERE: Bright and spacious. Place has never been so busy the times we have been there so never had issue with finding table. COST: More expensive than Five Guys. Still reasonable enough to be a good option when you want to try a different burger place. read more

I've been to this location a few times. The food is great, the atmosphere not so much. Please ditch the awful elevator music, we don't need it or want it. It's that awful unasked-for dinner companion that sits down at your table with you and helps themselves to your fries. In particular the bathroom. They placed the toilet roll holder right next to the toilet so you have to sit cross-ways in order to use it and it requires a curling-backward-dog-with-head-in-ass maneuver to get the toilet paper out. I also appreciate the hand blow dryer, but some paper towel would be nice too... in particular once you've used their cheap toilet paper and shoved your hand into that rather dirty location between your legs... it's nice to dry off afterwards. Great fries and hamburger though. read more

If I could give no stars I would. We frequent the Ashburn location and were thrilled to see one opening close to our house. Went in tonight to get food to go. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a salad with the seared ahi. Food took way too long to come out, when it did, the employee has it on a tray and when he attempted to package it to go as ordered, almost dropped it on the floor. He put the cold salad in with the hot food and looked perplexed as to why we wanted more than one small dressing for an entree sized salad. Once we got home and opened the food up, we found the chicken was not grilled, it was an over cooked hockey puck of ground chicken. The seared ahi which we paid extra for was a fried patty as well. Service was horrible. Food was not even edible. We will not be back and will caution others to think twice before going to this particular location too. read more

Their service is fast and friendly, BUT the burgers take a long time to come out which would be fine except they're overcooked at the same time. Also, the fries are good at the restaurant, but they don't travel well at all. I live a literal block away from this place and by the time I get home they're soggy and lame. The dipping sauces are awesome, though! They have ten kinds of aoli for your epicurean exploration. These past few weeks I have been finding it harder and harder to find a restaurant that delivered good food and good service. My fiancé recommended trying this place, we drive by all the time and always say we need to try it, and we finally did! I loved the interior of the restaurant, very new and modern clean looking. They have a coke freestyle machine and an ENTIRE BAR of sauce, so they stole my heart with that! The service was great and ordering was easy. They have 20 burgers on their menu and the 21st is always their "special" which I really thought was fun. Personally I ordered the buffalo chicken burger, and it was excellent! My fiancé got their special "Korean burger" and he loved it. The buns they use are amazing and I highly recommend getting the split share fries (half sweet potato bald regular fries) and using all the dips! They even have a sweet toasted marshmallow for the sweet potato ones! I am so happy we finally decided to try this place, we will be back soon I'm sure! read more

Stopped in on a rainy afternoon since sightseeing wasn't going to happen... Had the Tex Mex Haystack burger (minus the guacamole) and it was one of the best burgers I've had while eating out. Great comfortable, cozy place to sit with friends and family and enjoy a decent burger. The burgers along with the other items are a bit pricey but you are also paying for quality food. I ordered the classic beef burger, thought the meat was cooked well but lacked seasoning. You have to pay for additional items, cheese and fries are extra. In addition to the burger I also ordered a strawberry shake and it's nothing special and a bit overpriced. There was also a variety of sauces and some of them were quite interesting, like toasted marshmallow. Overall, I thought the pricing for the food was sort of high but it is pretty high quality food. This place is fairly new around the area. I had the cheesy bacon and my boyfriend had the shrooms. They both tasted very good and juicy. We also got the half & half fries of sweet potato and french fries. Their staffs and managers here are very attentive and caring. Overall, very good. read more

Shake was great food was ok. Not nearly good enough to beat other burger restaurants in the area. Unfortunately we won't be back as we witnessed unsanitary conditions on more then one occasion. On the last visit the young man filling up the ice machine for drinking cups, picked up the bucket full of ice off of the floor and used the BOTTOM of it to push down the ice into the machine - unbelievable. I guess we were there on an off night. Food was very slow and the server occasionally appeared from the back to apologize. Burgers finally came out without fries. Bizarre. Then, the fries came out and were nice and hot but had no salt on them. Salt shaker at table also empty. Burgers were just okay. Service was terrible. The table behind us asked for a Manager because their order was so botched. This was a Saturday night - you would they would be a little more prepared. This is a great place to get lunch. You have the option to dine in or take to go. Both times I have had burgers from here they have been amazing. The first time was the Tex Mex one and the second time was the Cinco. The second time we dined in. Food was brought to table in a reasonable amount of time. They have the Coke freestyle machines. I also noticed a variety of sauces. I got Chipotle mayo and marshmallow cream (highly recommended) as dipping sauce for my sweet potato fries. All the fries are super thin cut but have a great flavor and are not too crispy or too soggy. I also tried some of my boyfriend's onion straws which were really good too. I had a free birthday shake that I got to go with my lunch and it was delicious. The consistency of a frosty from Wendy's but with a delicious rich chocolate taste... Definitely would get again or try one of their fancier ones like cookies and cream or chocolate hazelnut. Today.... I ordered the OMG burger and paid extra for it. It was supposed to have 2 patties on it. When I got it back to work I found it had only one but I was hungry and had no desire to go back and wait. This is a disappointment. Yes mistakes are made and no it wont prevent me from going back but if something like this happens again I will very likely strike this off my list of places to eat. Its probably annoying like someone walking out without paying would be to the restaurant. The burger was delicious sans the extra patty. The floor was no longer slippery. Went for dinner last night. Not really a fan of cafeteria style restaurants, if you want a second beer, you'll have to stand in line again.
