This location does not require its employees to wear masks. I spoke to the manager about this. The employee that is bagging food is wearing their mask under their chin and did not want to answer questions about masks. I chose not to purchase food from this location of Burger King. The manager of this location said she is not allowed to share with me the owners information. So there is no way I could ask about their policy. She did say they are required to wear them they just don't have to cover "all the way. I made the mistake of going to Burger King.. We walked in about 9pm, 2 managers just sitting at a table, no one at the counter.. after standing there for about a minute and no one helping us yet, one of the managers yells to the back from someone to come take our order. That should've been my first queue to leave.. after another couple minutes someone finally shows up. They apologize for the wait, and explain they were just relaxing taking a break.. don't know why the to lazy managers couldn't have just taken our order in the first place. We place our order. My kids love chicken fries so that was the main mission.. they close at midnight, so I didn't think there would be an issue.. I was wrong again. Fryers were off. No one can figure out who shut them down so early. Employees blaming manager, manager, still sitting at the table, yelling to the back blaming one of the employees. I'm told they can't do chicken fries. Since that was literally the only thing I went in there for we just left. Poor management, poor service. I would be embarrassed to work there, I was embarrassed to even go in there. I think it's time for the Burger King (self proclaimed) to be overthrown and an actual good restaurant put in its place. We ordered 2 whoppers and a large fry... they would not let us get the 2 for $5 with 2 whoppers, even though the ad says "mix and match" so that is deceptive. The gal also said the 2 for $6 deal was over.... so it ended up being over $15 for our order! Then since one whopper was ordered with mustard only and the other was ordered regular, of course that was too difficult and both came with mustard only. When I brought mine in to get a new one, I waited while they sold a gentleman at the counter the 2 for $6 whoppers. Finally I just left without my whopper because they kept waiting on other people and the gal even blamed the mistake on the machine. I don't work at BK, but even I know that if you have separate requests on a burger, you have to put it into the machine separately or it will tell the person making it to make them both alike. My bf started to go back through the drive through wanting to get me my burger, but then the gal was argumentative again about the situation and us being charged more than the other customer in the store... she clearly did not care about customer service... so by then I felt like I didn't want to risk having my food compromised by people who are not professional so we just left without it and went to Taco Bell. While sitting at the drive thru window, I witnessed one of the male employees mixing Milkshakes. He didn't have any kind of lids on them and was using his hand on top to keep the ice cream mixture in the cup while mixing. He would then wipe his hand off on his pants and start a new one. If the cashier would have told me that they were either out of tomatoes or too cheap to purchase them, I would have ordered something else or asked for a discount.
