Don't order on the app here. In fact, I wouldn't even come here. Getting your order on time or right? Nope. Large chips in your order? They won't be in the bag. And when you ask about your chips, they'll tell you they are out of chips. When you say, "Uh, I already paid for them, can I get a refund?" They'll tell you that you can only get a refund online and close the window. Now you tell me how I can get a refund online? I've been trying for two days now. The level of filth at this restaurant was alarming, to say the least. Literally disgusting, food all over the floor and counters, unhoused man with his dog standing where people were picking up their food, hounding them to give him some. Sign on the door read "out of chicken and steak" upon entering. I was picking up an online order for my husband and immediately threw the food away, it did not feel safe to eat. Another woman had just picked up an online order and was returning it because it looked like someone had opened up her bowl and mixed it all up already. Truly gross. There were probably a dozen people waiting for online orders, it was chaos. This place needs a health inspection stat read more

I have to say my chicken rice bowl wasn't bad. But the server seemed clueless and there was a 20 min wait for the white rice. Oh and the protective glass casing along the food line was filthy. Then when we went to find a place to sit, there wasn't a clean table to be found. Definitely needs better management. read more

The best way to order is not by mobile order but by waiting in the regular line. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the mobile ordering is far behind times promised. We were promised our order would be ready at 5:20 and it was actually ready around 6:00. Management needs to figure out how to properly staff the restaurant and not overpromise on order times. On another visit, they were completely out of rice and veggies (just after noon), so I just left. The first visit was fine though when we waited in the regular line. read more

All of the whiney, bit*hy customers that are complaining about the lines, there's a small crew and they are still hiring. There isn't enough crew to accommodate for all the people who love chipotle in redmond and surrounding areas. The portion sizes, I have gotten huge portions! And I've noticed people who are still new are learning how to add better portions. This location hasn't been open for a month and it's extremely crippled at the moment on resources and workers. If you dont like it then fu**king leave and don't come back. It makes the line shorter for loyal customers like myself and others who understand that this location deserves a lot of grace. They have been kicking butt on making due with what they have. Their food is made fresh every single day. This store seems to put online orders ahead of customers in store. A new employee building burritos. She was trying but slow at her newly learned job. Busy line with the dinner rush. The online order assembly side had 3 employees working quickly to fill orders. This was not fair to the new employee working by herself or the in store customers. read more

I've gone 4 times and really want to like them. But, I've had stale chips every time. The food has always been just like warm. The rice has been hard twice. They need an experienced adult manager to step in and train the employees and help them get an efficient system down. I feel bad for the employees as there is obviously a failure of leadership. read more

Two stellar experiences. It is very good food, top of the fast food chain in my book. The order board is simplified--four basic options, and you get to point and nod, so to speak, about the details. Both times we went, delicious. We just noticed there is a proprietary hot sauce, so that's on our list for next visit. As we watched the building construction, we mused about whether it was going to be a bank or fast food, both having drive-up windows. We have enough banks in Redmond, but there was no Chipotle. I should have figured that out before it opened. They don't roll coins, but they roll a good burrito. The bowl, however, is the heart of the menu on this foodie's valentine. The crew is cheerful and welcoming. Give 'em a go. read more
