11/27/18 7:45am. I ordered 2 for 4 breakfast sandwich. The bacon was not cooked but maybe a minute. I tried to fix the sandwich at work, but it was so greasy and I was worried I'd get sick. I tried to call but the phone was busy. I will go into the talk to them on my lunch hour. Not just the food. The person at the drive through window. Dark hair lady. The service is terrible. Came here on a Sunday evening there were 2 cars ahead of us in the drive through sat in the drive through for 25 minutes. Would have left but there was no way to get out of the drive through line. The food was good. The bread on the burger was good usually it's stale on whopper jrs. and the fries were okay. I really wanted the Addam's family themed meal to be great.First bad sign was the shake machine was down. I thought I was safe, lol only McDonald's has the broken machine lol. I would leave a negative review if I could for what one of their managers has taken upon herself to do to the other local food establishments, along with the treatment of the staff at this location. Not only is she disrespectful to the employees at her location but she goes to other places and goes out of her way to belittle their staff and then criticize their food. It is one thing to be a secret shopper and find ways of improving your business or team. It's another to continually harass other eateries trying to get them closed down or a loss of revenue. If you read local reviews of other places in the area, I'm sure you will see who it is!! It has been several years since I have purchased food at Burger King. On this occasion I went through the drive-through and ordered a double cheeseburger and a small Diet Coke. How disappointing. It was cold. It didn't have the great char boil taste that Burger King used to be noted for. The bun was cold, and stale. Finally, the attendant at the window had an ugly black mask on.You could not understand what he said, and he said hardly anything at all. Finally, there was no napkin in the bag. Haven't been to a Burger King in over 5 years, but after a 12 hour work day and grocery pick up, Burger King seemed like a good idea... and it was right there next to Fred Meyer's. It was a bad idea - I ordered 2 value bacon burgers, onion rings, and Fish sandwich meal with fries. EVERY SINGLE ITEM, except the fries, was essentially cold and inedible. The burgers were not only cold, but tasted like they had been produced for the lunch crowd and had been sitting under lights for hours until they gave them to me at 7pm. It seems to me, in a fast food restaurant that only has drive through service, it shouldn't be that difficult to serve burgers that are cooked at least a little closer to the time they're ordered. I have been here many times... 2 stars is about where it averages out. What keeps them from 3 is just getting 3 basic things correct. Those three things are decent wait times, friendly and helpful staff, and order made correctly. Occasionally, they will get these things right... not stellar, but just correct. These folks are decent most of the time getting you meals out quickly, both inside and at the drive thru. There have been times where the wait has been excessive, but mostly they get the food to you quickly. Customer service is sketchy at best. It really feels like you are just rolling the dice with the staff. I have experienced interactions ranging from surreal to surly... I don't need my order read back after every item I order and I don't think asking for ketchup packets at the drive thru should be met with contempt. But this is not uncommon. Food Quality/Order Correctness is perhaps the worst area... normally I like consistency. But this BK consistently gets your orders wrong... and we aren't talking they forgot to leave the ketchup off... I'm talking about completely different sandwiches... forgotten items... and this is very common for over 8 years. FWIW - I have even tried multiple times to contact the ownership group to no avail. And I have never felt compelled to contact "corporate" for any food spot. With all the unfavorable above I will note this, there are occasional spots of sunshine. The inside facility is exceptionally nice, and the managers appear to be very competent with customer service and knowledge. I wish I could say it was better, but it consistently isn't. read more

I've eaten here about 5 times and the food at this particular Burger King is the best Burger King food in the United States in my opinion. #1. And I've tried ALOT on both sides of the Mississippi. I like the location, but the service needs help. I ordered an original chicken sandwich add mustard and tomato. The person who took my order was very polite. After waiting in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes, I finally received my Original chicken sandwich which had no tomato with added onion. The sandwich was dry and not what I ordered. I have had this happen several times in the past and I've had to spend more time walking in to get my original order completed correctly.
