I ordered an Impossible Whopper combo meal with onion rings, and my daughter ordered a Whopper combo meal with fries. We ordered through the drive through, and both employees were polite. Everything in our order was correct, with the exception of my drink. I received a Hi-C fruit punch, instead of the orange. Not a big deal. The Impossible Whopper was the freshest one I've ever had, and my onion rings were made fresh too. My daughter said that her fries and Whopper were very good too. Since we had a drive through order, I cannot speak to the ambience of the restaurant. Overall a positive experience and I would definitely order from there again. read more

The cooks in the back always screw up my order. When I received the Classic Melt the bread wasn't toasted the cheese wasn't melted only thing correct on it was the burger and the topping. Very disappointing and disgusted. Doesn't matter what you chose or do the cooks always do what they want anyway and make the food half assed. Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich ended up being just the chicken and the bun. LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE ON IT! AWFUL EXPERIENCE. DON'T even try to come here! I had made one order with two separate transactions bc some reason they can only take 2 coupons per transaction. However, as I get handed my food my fries were COLD & were not SALTED. It's like they gave me fries that's been sitting out for a whole day. My fries were soggy and dry. They require you to use the kiosk to order. That does work when you have a coupon or gift card. I asked 3 times for fresh french fries to be dropped. They told me they were fresh although I was standing there the whole time and never saw them add any under the warmer. The 2 large fries in my order were cold, greasy & over browned. The pop machine in the dining does not work and the tables are not clean. I would have preferred to give zero stars but they did deserve one star for being open. EVERY Sunday, I drop my girlfriend off for work and head to this BK. They like to play the timer game, and make cars wait to order, which I'm used to. But tonight, I waited 12 minutes before angerly driving off, only to see there were no cars in front of me. They guy with long hair at the window just stared at me confused. So I pulled up to the second window and waited, but nobody came....that is until I drove off. That is when I saw the hippie looking guy again making a gesture at me. I'm not saying that I don't understand that it's difficult working with three employees. What I'm saying is; why was nothing said through the speaker? Why do they need to manipulate the service timer to make it appear as if people are being served in a timely manner? That has got to stop. It is used to see if more help is needed. Walked in and stood at the counter for 2 minutes before someone said "I'll be right wth you." Meanwhile they are arguing back and forth about drive through orders. Running orders out to cars, and arguing about who is going to do what. Some older worker comes out from the back and starts asking the others who's drink is in the break room. I would give one star but the employees were pretty friendly.. i ordered an Impossible Whopper with a medium fry. They made me pull forward and the young man said it was because they were waiting on "fresh fake meat" ... i waited like 15 mins and finally get home and they had given me a chicken sandwich.. cold as hell and fries that weren't even filled , also cold but hey at least i got a few free burnt onion rings at the bottom that looked like they'd been through the fryer more than 5x... yeah i knew this burger king was bad but it's in the plaza of my work and my coworkers get from this location a lot and it seemed trustworthy. not again lol read more

Honestly, I would have rated this Burger King with a usual A-OK three stars, except that the staff was so cool that they were discussing Captain Jack Harkness of Dr. Who and Torchwood fame when I walked in. That alone has to give them another star. And even if that's not really worthy, the proximity to a popular movie theater for a quick bite before the show helps. The staff was also very friendly to me, but that might have been because I commented on the overall Capt. Jack-ness of the place. I found out my wait was because of technical difficulties and even though it meant breakfast was technically over I complained that my special needs son had been waiting for French toast sticks . The manager made the French toast sticks , was patient with my impatience and pulled out his own credit card to purchase !! I went there to pick up.a door dash order. The manager was distracting the employees constantly talking about personal things. After the time expired for my pickup I asked if they started the order after having to get his attention to even acknowledge me standing there. He said he had plenty of time. No rush. This is quite possibly the world's slowest burger king for service. The employees are always polite but the service and quality of the food is awful. The icee machines are always in "defrost mode". Burgers taste old and you have to ask for fresh fries or they will give you fries that have been sitting out for a long time. Pies are always melted and complete mush. read more

Had the unfortunate incident of our car breaking down. Parked it and went inside for a drink to wait for a tow truck. We were the only customers inside so they knew what car we got out of. i would give this burger king 0 stars if that were an option. they have never gotten my order completely correct -- not once. and any time i go there, no matter the time of day or how busy they are, i end up waiting at least 10 minutes for my food. and half the time my fries are cold or my sandwich is wrong. today my mother got food for the family at the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo. waited 15 minutes at the drive thru and came home to find mayo on her sandwich -- which she is allergic to. she drove back since we live across the street and the manager ended up telling her that it was HER fault for not checking EVERY sandwich in the bag before she left the restaurant. he checked the order receipt and although it was rang in correctly with no mayo, it wasn't their fault for making the food wrong, he had the nerve to say it was our fault for not checking every one of the 6 sandwiches in our bag.
