If you're not worried about your waste line, I say go for it! For me, I had to skip fries or onion rings for that matter. Shakes, though it was ok, was not my favorite and I don't think I'll get it again. Best burger restaurant in town! For me to regularly eat at a restaurant they need 3 things: great food, always very clean and a focus on customer service. Ive been eating at this restaurant for years and while the food has always been amazing it's the other 2 areas that lacked sometimes. Well this restaurant has proven to me that those areas are of the utmost importance to them. Not sure if it's new management or just better employees but people including myself have noticed the improvements. My latest trip here was stellar. David, who has always been very nice to my family, recommended the coconut wops hops beer, great choice! I'll be back for another soon. Also the urban fries are amazing, once you go urban you never go back! Try it some time! And the custard is worth the trip alone. Please bring back concretes as my mother was distraught they weren't on the menu. However my cashier bronson made her the concrete of her dreams!. I have taken my 95 year old mom to eat here in the past. She loves the burgers. On the last visit a manager asked if all was good and I told him it was. I told him I live in Italy and wished I could be with my mom more to take her to lunch. He offered to have someone deliver to her in the future too. His name is Solomon Kearse. Best burger and fries!! Everything tastes so fresh (because it is), portions are good and price is right for what you get. Huge bonus is the customer service, it's one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The staff is so friendly here, especially LaKeita! She always goes above and beyond for us. I love the way she engages with my 3yo, it's really nice. It is not uncommon for someone to help grab a high chair for you, or grab a tray from you when you're done with your meal. Lakeita and the staff do a great job of making sure sure everyone is happy and everything is to perfection. I'll drive out of my way to enjoy a meal here. I was very disappointed! Ordered onion rings, when they came to the table they were cold and on the tough side. We return them and then we waited. After about 20 minutes we want up to the counter and they had completely forgotten about the onion rings. There were more people working there then eating. It was completely unorganized. Burgerfi is up there Shake Shack if you have had them. Great burger if you are willing to spend the money. Had the vegefi burger here made with quinoa and it was the best veggie burger I ever had. Fries are natural cut and taste good only if they are fresh though. Love how they have all natural, antibiotic free beef and chicken. They are on the expensive side, about $13-14 for a burger, fries and a drink. Don't think it is worth all of that. Clean establishment and very friendly service with indoor and outside seating. Manager came up to our table to check on us as well. I have tasted the beef burger as well and I could tell it was fresh.
