Looking for good burger places I came across this place. Since the name is similar to jagermeister I knew I had to come here. Service was good. But the smokehouse burger was awful. A soggy burger, a burnt bun, chewy bacon, and to finish it off a terrible onion ring which was way too large. This place reminds me of that person you know that tries to do too much but fails miserably. I love the ambition but it just didn't work out. Would not come here again. Living in Brickell I was excited to give this establishment a try but sadly I had a very poor experience here and has led me to never return. The burger buns are ridiculously big and stale. My burger was overcooked, I asked for medium and it was past well. When I asked for it to be corrected the chef of the establishment gave me a hard time yet It wasn't the temp that I ordered. Burgermeister was on my list of places to try recently after a friend was raving about one of the truffle burgers. I decided to stop with a group of friends to try it out. I can not begin to tell you how delicious the food here is . I ordered the farm chicken burger and as the order came out my mouth started watering. I don't recall the last time I tasted a chicken burger with so much flavor. The avocado added on was just a cherry on top. I ordered the yuca fries which went well with this order. Probably best burger in Miami when it comes to quality and price! Good beer on tap, quick service, nice waiter. So the only thing that was a bit weird, almost everyone in our party felt uncomfortable with our eyes, I think it's from the smoke coming from the open kitchen, so if you'd like to avoid that try to sit as far away as possible from the grills. I am a burger enthusiast and have heard really good reviews about this place but I was vastly disappointed with both the service and food. I asked for no bun and was forced to pay $2 for a whole head of lettuce because no bun on the burger was "not an option". My boyfriend built his own burger and it still came out wrong, despite telling them no lettuce, tomato, or onions and was charged for all. The burger didn't have much flavor and overall was a 3/10. I'm a sucker for good pickles and they tasted like they came out of a container. The service was horrible. I had to waive over our server multiple times and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Its hard to know where to begin.... This place is simply marvellous! Its really nicely decorated and very clean with a lovely garden patio.... I was warmly greeted by the Manager who carefully and with obvious pride went over the menu explaining the options. I chose the mushroom melt single burger and a side of their excellent super hot crispy fries... I asked for chipotle mayo for my fries but I didnt miss it as their own house made spicy mayo was far superior anyway... They have some great local craft beers and the best strawberry milkshake Ive ever had full of big chunks of strawberries.....I wont be skipping this place in the future whenever Im here for another cruise..... try it you'll love it too! read more

I stopped by for an impromptu meal with a few friends awhile ago - it was pretty shortly after they opened. Overall, this was a decent place to grab a bite. As you can see from the pictures, the burgers are enormous - it's a bit overwhelming. It was good, but it was just a lot going on and sometimes less is more. The truffle fries were YUM. The service was a bit odd - the day we came they kept pushing mimosas on us as they had leftovers from an event? But multiple people came over to offer and we repeatedly had to decline. Just an odd experience. Overall, my Burgermeister experience was fine - but I'd be willing to try them again while selecting a different burger. read more

Stopped in at Burgermeister's Brickell location after seeing there amazing burgers on Instagram - For Saturday, they weren't super busy. We were seated quickly and our food was ready in good time. The burgers were absolutely HUGE - Exhibit A: The Smokehouse. Definitely coming back! Since it was a bit rainy, we did sit inside; however, they do have outdoor dining as well as bar, table, and booth options. Within walking distance of a metromover stop, too! There were only 2 servers for the entire restaurant which is not their fault but they still could have provided better service. The restaurant itself is cute but that's about it. Let's say me and my 3 friends heard so many great things about this spot that we decided to try it out so after our server told us about some of the menu items we ended up trying the Oreos and vanilla shakes which were so amazing was even better that they weren't made with dairy so that was a big plus so for the burgers we tried the hangover and smokehouse the smoke house was pretty good the hangover not so much but if you love onions then this is for you only disappointment was the cheese fries it was like they put nacho cheese dip on top versus real actual cheese to make it cheesy and stuff and also the food wait was pretty long for our food to come it would have been nice for the server to at least give us the heads up versus us just guessing or wondering what's going on with our food read more

While I do understand that this place is not a fast food burger, you had better have a good hour and a half (to be safe) to spend if you decide to eat here. Service is pretty awful. Nothing comes out at the same time. If you're a big party and the type for everyone to get their food before eating, expect your food to be cold by the time everyone gets their food. I have been ordering from a place called "Vegan Burger Miami" on Uber Eats for the past few months, and always LOVED the food. The fries would be so delicious and warm and not soggy at all, even though they were delivered. I wanted to go into the restaurant and discovered it was a secondary online storefront for Burgermeister. I was excited to go once I saw all the varieties of burgers they had available. We went on a Thursday night at 8pm and were sat immediately. We got a bucket of 5 assorted beers for $25. The servers were attentive and quick. We ordered the Truffle Fries, Bacon and Shrooms Burger, and Smokehouse burger. I don't eat meat so I asked for the Smokehouse with a vegan patty and without bacon. They did sub the vegan patty but forgot about the bacon and left it on so I had to pull it off. We also asked for chimichurri mayo on the shrooms burger but they brought it on the side instead. The shrooms burger was very good, but about halfway through the bun became so soggy it was basically like eating a wet napkin. The smokehouse was okay, the onion rings were very tasty, but I don't think there was nearly enough barbeque sauce, so it seemed pretty dry. The interior is very cute! And the service was quick and all the servers were great. I would give them three stars due to the mistakes with the order and the taste/issues with the food, but because I've had such positive experiences on Uber Eats I am going to keep them at 4 stars and hope to try again soon. read more

Wine as well as draft and Bottled beer served as well,with no beer costing more than $7! Our food was ok, the wings (Sweet Chili) were much better tasting than the actual burgers, the sauce was delicious. I came here with my girlfriend since we were in Brickell. I ordered a Bleu Cheese Burger with Yuca fries and she ordered the mini empanadas. Let me tell you...the size of the mini empanada were the size of a mini hot pockets. It's like they were taken to the washer and have been dried in a very hot setting and got those empanadas. Also, they gave me about 5 Yuca fries. I thought I was going to receive a good amount but 5 fries!? That's disrespectful at the price of 4.99. I could've gone to a Spanish restaurant and gotten way more. The bleu cheese burger was the only semi highlight. The burger was good and fulfilling. The service was a thumbs down. My girlfriend ordered a side of French fries afterwards, and after waiting 15 min, we had to get the waitress to ask where the order was. She looked confused and said "oh you ordered fries?" I want to like this place - it's a local chain that has potential but falls short, primarily in the food but exacerbated by apathetic service of people going through the motions. Don't be fooled by any of the specialty burgers - they are 12" tall, and impossible to eat without dislocating your jaw like a python or bringing your plastic surgeon to cut out all the extra filler and reassemble it. My patient, unfortunately, did not survive the procedure and died on the table. I didn't get to eat a bite before it was just a sloppy mess of meat scattered on my plate. I informed the waiter that it was too big to eat, expecting some kind of acknowledgement - but he was in a hurry to slowly walk away while looking at the neighboring table also perplexed at how to eat their oppressive burgers.
