What I didn't expect that they had a salad bar with fresh veggie and mushroom with two tasty dressing. They also have two kinds of soup: seaweed and miso. In short, you come in, select a bowl: regular or hot stone (it's burning hot until you finish your meal), pick your rice: white, brown, stir-fried with veggie or kimchi, add your meat: several choices with pork, beef, chicken and tofu with different marinations, then finalize your order with toppings to your likings.
