Oh man, the the western bacon cheeseburger was sooo tasty! The brioche bun was soft, and perfectly warmed and had just the right texture to match the crunch of the crispy onion rings inside the burger. Also, wife my wife got the turkey club sandwich (think it was a special that day because it was a little different than the classic turkey on the menu)...and damn that was just as good as the burger was. The staff here was also very friendly, with plenty of recommendations for us since it was our first time there - and they remembered our names from when we ordered every time they checked on us. It's in a cute little shopping area and you walk in and order at the counter, there's not a huge confusing selection on the menu which I love because I can never decide what I want to eat. I got the pastrami hash and soft scrambled eggs with Texas toast and the eggs were cooked to perfection, the toast was SO THICK biggest piece of toast I've ever eaten and so good too. The pastrami was the real magic though. Perfectly crisp on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside with the perfect balance of potatoes and meat. The side of breakfast potatoes were crispy and soft and perfectly cooked. My boyfriend got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and biscuits and gravy, the sandwich was approved by myself (I'm a Nashville native) but the biscuits and gravy were alright, not southern but they were still good. All in all I'll definitely be going back here to try more of the menu options in the future such as the soufflé pancakes and the avocado toast which I saw some people ordering and was almost wishing I had ordered instead because it all looked so good. This was the first time I have tried Brunt Crumbs. The fried chicken sandwich was awesome. Personally a little pricey for a sandwich but worth it. I also got a carna asada salad that was super small for the price...salad was not worth it. All in all the customer service was great. Food was good. But not worth the price. My friends ordered the spaghetti sandwich since it was a little different, but after taking a few bites, we were over it. The sandwich itself was good though. I've tried the Reuben and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich so far. Both are excellent, but I keep coming back for the Nashville Hot! Wow it packs a PUNCH! But I love my food super spicy, so it's always refreshing to see a place that is not afraid to make a sandwich that is genuinely hot. This place is quickly becoming a regular spot for me. Excellent food along with great service! Came here for lunch yesterday and it was pretty busy, there were a lot of people sitting inside and outside which is a good sign. Was greeted by the friendly staff upon entering and was given the run down of the menu and specials. Decided to get the chicken salad BLT, CALI burger, wedge salad, Mac & Cheese and French fries. All the food was so good, everything tasted fresh.. you could tell it was all made from scratch. My favorite was the BLT, it was a nice play on a regular BLT, the chicken salad was a tasty addition. Burger was delicious, loved the avocado spread. Wedge salad was refreshing and crisp, enjoyed the textures and brightness of the dish.. and the fries and Mac & cheese were great sides. All together had a wonderful experience at Burnt Crumbs, will definitely be back soon to try more things off the menu. read more

The fried chicken was amazing! Giving it four stars because I felt like they were a little stingy on the gravy and potato purée so the last several bites were quite dry between the chicken and biscuit. However the biscuit was top notch. I would like to go again and try something else on the menu. They had friendly service and they were very helpful in explaining menu items. Always love when there's a good vegetarian option. I was SO surprised. AVOCADO TOAST. Like, it's just gonna be some green goop on bread (I love avocado but how good can it be?)... so wrong. Yum! This is the ultimate comfort food hands down. It's especially tasty on a cold day. I ordered the creamy tomato bisque which had a hint of garlic. In fact, I'm pretty sure everything did which added to the yum factior. The serving size was quite generous and the soup itself was perfect. It comes with what they call sourdough toast, but is actually in fact a grilled cheese on sourdough with you guessed it, a hint of garlic. It was even better than the soup. There is an iPad at the cash register showcasing all of their unique delicious meals. (Some are seasonal- FYI.) the regular menu though- SO YUMMY. The staff is always SUPER friendly and make you feel welcome and at home. The food. Oh EM Gee. It's comfort food for sure and it's DELICIOUS. Lots of house made secret sauces. Had the spaghetti grilled cheese for take out. Based on that alone, 3 stars. Wanted to try it out, but probably wouldn't come back for it.

Unique hand crafted sandwiches. Tried the crispy pork and and spaghetti grilled cheese. The pork is made from pork shoulder and layered with a healthy amount of chicharrones. It's served on their house ciabatta and there's salsa verde and chili lime mayo for a kick of spice and zest. I didn't really like the bread because I thought it was too hard to bite through and cuts the roof of your mouth. The bread is also very doughy and heavy, which is needed to absorb all the juices and oils coming off the pork. I'd recommend drizzling some sriracha over the meat for even more flavor. The pork was really flavorful and very tender. It didn't melt in your mouth, but it wasn't tough to chew either. The crackling was extra crispy as well. The spaghetti grilled cheese is a carb lover's dream. It's literally carbs on carbs, with a healthy serving of fats from the cheese. The bread is a sourdough that's been grilled to make it crispy on the outside but still soft on the inside. The spaghetti is pressed together to make up the "meat" of the sandwich. The spaghetti is cooked to a nice al dente texture and has a good amount of meat sauce mixed in, but there isn't any actual meat. Fresh melted mozzarella cheese helps bind everything together and gives each bite a very nice and long cheese pull. Marinara dipping sauce is provided to make it even more delicious. The fries complemented the sandwiches nicely. These fries were fresh thick cut potatoes, slightly crispy and piping hot. The dipping sauce is a garlic aioli, which is really the MVP here. Make sure you ask for more of it because it's going to disappear fast. You could even use it on the sandwiches and it'll play nicely with those flavors. The service is fun, friendly, casual and attentive without being nosy or overbearing. I love their soda machine. It's got a flavor shot option in addition to all your soft drinks. You can opt for cherry, strawberry, vanilla or lemon to your soda. This enables you to create all kinds of fun and imaginative soda flavors that can't be found in any store. What's not to love? 2 of the most carbalicious comforting foods in the world all in one meal! The sandwich looked awesome and was massive. However, it was just pretty plain. The spaghetti was pretty bland and there was so much of it that it tasted like a bowl of spaghetti with some toast. If the spaghetti were not as plain, I would have loved the giant portion of spaghetti. It was a little heavy and overwhelming. Next time, I'd try the fried chicken sandwich or the pork belly sandwich. Everyone here is very nice. Great, fast service.
