Had the fried chicken torta which was good--chicken was slightly over-breaded. Service was very friendly and tea was good. Pancakes were pretty good though only got normal syrup when we ordered the maple syrup. Tomato soup had too much oil drizzle. Ambiance was casual and warm. Great place to stop if you're on way between Jackson and Bozeman. Wydaho!

From start to finish, it was a perfect breakfast! We were seated quickly by a friendly hostess. Water was brought. Waitress introduced herself and was just lovely! We ordered drinks. My fresh squeezed OJ was the best I have ever had! We ordered our food and it was brought fairly quickly. It was absolutely delicious! I cannot recommend this place more! We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Butter Cafe is top notch!

Butter Cafe is such a great little spot. The service was amazing, everyone was happy and attentive! I had the quesabirria Tacos that were phenomenal! It tasted like it had more of the Adobo flavor style than many Bierra I've had in the past and it WORKS! If you are in Victor, you need to get to Butter!

what a great place super cool food is amazing. It's a sleeper. Set back from the core of downtown. Amazing with gluten very focused on allergies. I will go here. I may actually just detour so that I can go for more food here. This is a great place you don't wanna miss it

The food, the service and adorable building and hometown feel is what makes this place special. The owner/manager and all the staff were so friendly helpful. I could eat here every day if we lived here. Very gluten friendly-loved their gluten free toast!

What felt like home!! If you're looking for a spot to fulfill at home morning breakfast this is your jam. Small and Versatile menu for all guest, Super friendly (family) staff and such an adorable location. Must haves would have to be the Italian Sammy (droooling), the breakfast tacos, biscuit and gravy and the carnivore burrito! The pancakes were huge and fluffy! If your passing by DO NOT sleep on this spot! Only disappointment were The beignets which were more like filled donut holes.

Small place in Idaho with the best Cowboy Taco. What an essential high protein breakfast to start before the hike. It has pompano peppers bacon, eggs and cheese. The portions were huge for three tacos. I highly recommend.

GET THE BREAKFAST TACOS!! SO BOMB AND DELICIOUS! Cute and cozy atmosphere and even though they were short staffed, they were kind and patient and still got our food and coffees out speedy! Would go back every time.

Great place for good food and lovely service. The French toast was amazing! The fresh squeezed OJ is a must for morning and they had vegan options! There's inside and outside seating. Nice casual spot with a relaxing vibe. Highly recommend the French toast, Buddha bowl and pancakes!

Oh this place was great!! It's very small inside so there will most likely be a wait but it's worth it. Highly recommend the Mac and cheese, even if it's to go. The burrito had a little too much egg but was still good. The Birria tacos were so good and stuffed with meat!

Great food and service! We had the chilaquiles, the cowboy bowl & the biscuits and gravy. All were delish! We also had "The dude" to drink. Excellent! There is outside seating so you can bring your dog too. 10 out of 10

Everything was spot on here! Biscuits and gravy were great! They come with eggs and crispy delicious hash browns. The tres leches French toast is a must try !! The cream on top tastes like a Texas Roadhouse butter! The service was even better ! One of our dishes took much longer than the rest to come out and they told us it was covered as they brought it out to us. Then later we accidentally broke a glass and the waitress told me not to worry about it and made a joke about it. You have to try butter!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences…read moreI've ever had. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely full, but it's a very small dining room with only about 10 tables. We only waited about 10 minutes to be seated, and after seeing the great Yelp reviews, we were excited to eat there. There was only one larger party of eight; the rest of the tables were small groups, so nothing suggested the kitchen was overwhelmed. We were seated at 6:10 p.m., ordered drinks, and placed our dinner order shortly afterward. Then...nothing. We waited so long that we ordered a second round of drinks, assuming our food would be arriving any minute. After finishing those drinks, we finally asked about our order around 7:30 p.m.--more than an hour after ordering. The response from the other server was disappointing. Without any real apology or concern, we were simply told it would be another 10-15 minutes because they "had lots of to-go orders." If the kitchen was prioritizing takeout over guests who had been sitting in the dining room for well over an hour, that should have been communicated from the beginning. Then 10 minutes later, to make matters worse, the other server to whom we inquired --not even ours--brought peppermints to the table to "help with our hunger." Whether it was intended as humor or not, it came across as incredibly insensitive given we'd been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes. At that point, we asked for our bill for the drinks and decided to leave. Unsurprisingly, our food appeared almost immediately after we asked for the check. By then, the experience had completely ruined our appetite. Our actual server did apologize, and I appreciated that, but it was simply too late to salvage the evening. I've eaten at countless restaurants over the years, and I have never experienced anything quite like this. Long waits can happen, but a restaurant should communicate honestly, apologize sincerely, and make guests feel valued. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. We left disappointed and I feel the need to warn others. I felt bad for our actual server (who we tipped normally) because she couldn't help the delay in the kitchen or her coworker's behavior.

This was probably the best meal we had while visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks…read more We had a day to explore the area and Grok (of all things/places) recommended visiting Victor and Driggs for the day. Kids had chicken tenders and the steak and fries. Both kids enjoyed their meal. The chicken tenders were huge and kid got 3 of them. The steak was about 5oz, which was a decent size for the kid. It came pre-cut, so the kiddo didn't have to handle a huge steak knife to cut it--which was nice. Both came with a generous serving of golden French fries. Fresh cut or frozen, these fries were good! Either a second ramekin of ketchup or a larger one is definitely needed for the amount of fries served. I had the burger. It wasn't fancy--just cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions--but it was a thick patty with fluffy bun with lots of flavor. It also came with a ton of golden fries. My mom had the BLT that didn't skimp on the pork belly. I wish the stores sold thick cut bacon like that. She said it was delicious. Hubby had the lobster roll. The kids brought the purple potato chips were the neatest thing (they were good, too). The lobster roll was perfectly dressed--not too much and not too skimpy--and tasted surprisingly fresh. This place is a little more upscale than some of the other places we've eaten at this week. We were welcomed as we were--shorts and tees. Other guests were dressed casually, not overly fancy. The adjacent museum was a cool place to visit, too. It housed 3 restored Navy planes that were neat to see. Since we're headed home tomorrow, we won't be back, but if we were staying longer, we'd make the ~hour long drive just to eat there again!

I can see why this place has a high rating. The scenery is awesome and it's cool that it's…read moreconnected to a museum with old warbird planes and the menu has a nice variety of food. However, our food experience was also mixed. We shared a soup du jour (potato bacon broth based) which was awesome. Parmesan fries app came as a generous portion and were pretty good as was our elderberry mocktail. The big disappoint was the tandoori chicken which the waitress recommended but we found to be very dry. It was described on the menu as having a yogurt marinate, which was already mixed into the dish, but we couldn't really taste it. The tabouli/rice that came with it was also dry and didn't have much taste. The waitress was nice and tried to get more sauce but when she couldn't, she brought olive oil and vinegar which was ok but at that point I would have just liked something different as it was pretty mediocre. Forage is a nice restaurant with some nice options but you should expect to spend a fair amount. I would expect the fine dining experience quality to match the price, but we had enough good food here that I would come back to try something different.
