We couldn't believe that the girl didn't walk out in the middle of the shift. It now makes sense why they are always looking for help. We usually go there several times a month with a large group. However, after watching that, we will take our "friend nights" somewhere else. No one really wants to spend money watching a boss bully and abuse an employee.

Then $45.00 was for storage charge for storing my car not evan for 2 hours. I would be charged $45.00 a day to have my car there. This blows my mind, since it is illegal to drive while drinking. They have no problem taking our money for the alcohol drinks that we got from them. Which makes me not legal to drive. Then not Evan give me 24 hours to pick up my car. This is not ethically or morally right. This owner does not care about the safety of his community or the people that come to his bar.

I, who usually just nibble and pack leftovers, was completely taken by the grilled cheese sandwich. Imagine a perfectly fried grilled cheese - it's as good as it sounds! I devoured the entire meal in one sitting, a rarity for me. Their menu had more to offer - the curly fries were crisped to perfection, and the bread twists, masquerading as cinnamon rolls, were a delightful surprise. But the highlight, especially for my daughter, was the sugar-free banana cream pie. Finding a dessert that fits her no-sugar diet and seeing her enjoy it so much was the icing on the cake. Butter Burrs is the place to go when you want to experience good food and good service done right. The atmosphere feels like going home. On a visit to our home town of Pocatello, we decided to have an impromptu family reunion. Butter Burrs won the poll for the venue. We all ordered from the menu. Everything was delicious. The service was over the top pleasant. ZERO let me repeat ZERO errors. When we received the bill we were in shock that 20 people ate for $200 total dollars. That means everybody ate and drank what they wanted for an avereage of $10 per person. Add to this we have eaten every meal save one for the four days we were in Pocatello. Butterburs is a great place for family and friends it has been a part of our community for 34 years now and I personally believe and hope in another 34 years I can go there with my family and still enjoy the delicious and inexpensive food that is butterburs as a member of the community I find that the talabit's have done a great job with this restaurant and one day this very fine place may even be ran by our own good friend "Drew Dahlquist" and by this remark I feel that we should treat this restaurant and its occupants with greater respect and loving care just like our good friends the Talabit's have for over 34 years and counting. read more

This place is my absolute favorite!! There is one of the managers there who is always so kind! I'm a usual here and have been going to Butterburrs for almost a year. The breakfast menu is wonderful and it's great to have such kind waitstaff. There are a few hiccups here and there but the food is always good and the relaxed atmosphere is wonderful for spending time with friends or family. read more

I don't know what is in the Butterburr bread and rolls that's served in place of the hamburger buns that make this a must eat at place! Amazing!!! The service was also above and beyond with three different waitresses asking if we needed anything else or for our drink orders. read more
