was really excited to come to this restaurant because it went viral on Instagram so came for brunch a couple of Sundays ago with my friend and we were really stoked to try a couple of things on the menu. We had the fried burrata which not only lacked flavor it came out cold with no bread on the side so when we cut into it, it was just a thick lump of cheese and it was not ooey nor gooey to say the least. tbh all of our food came out lukewarm. We received the potato frittata smoked salmon, which would have been good if it had salt and pepper or any seasoning for that matter and the potato was remotely heated up. something that also threw us for a loop was that all the food came out at once so we had our appetizers and entrées which was four different meals come out for two of us all at one time. since it came out warm already it was cold by the time we were able to try most of our food. We were really excited for the peach cobbler French toast - that was very dry and also lacked flavor and sweetness, and we tried the prosciutto sandwich which was very chewy. Best thing on the menu where the fries that came with the sandwich. our drinks, we got the aperol spritz that we had to send back because it did not have any alcohol in it, and the basil lemonade tasted like it was a fountain drink not a crafted mocktail. Service was nice, but the bar took 20 minutes for our drinks which we ultimately sent back and the kitchen forgot our bread which we never got until we asked for it. Our server was very nice, kind and sweet. There was nothing he could really do to help the situation. will not be going again until they work out the kinks of being a new establishment.

Butterface sits in a location that has been a couple things including a BBQ restaurant. The inside is well appointed, nicely done. We didn't have many issues with the service other than a missed-step on one of the items, otherwise she was very nice. What works here? The ambiance, very welcoming inside and at the bar. What doesn't work here is unfortunately the food. First, they carry only one type of vodka which is uncommon for a full bar. We ordered the whipped ricotta which had really good flavor, but served with bread straight out of a wrapped loaf. Wrong bread, not toasted or even warmed up. So that kinda ruined what could have been a strong dish. The breakfast sandwich was like warm, very little bacon, and an abundance of arugula. Couple that with non-toasted soggy bread, and it is not really edible. Served with that sandwich was shoestring fries which maybe could have salvaged the sandwich however, they were undercooked. I've run into thin shoestring fries being overcooked many times, not sure I've run into soft undercooked ones before. Lastly was the eggs in purgatory. It consisted of 3 eggs, the same bad bread, and way too acidic marinara sauce - code for out of jar. It also had to be remade as we ordered without goat cheese, but the first batch obviously contained it. That is not a $24 dish by any stretch. We really wanted to like this place especially since we're familiar with the history of restaurants in this location. First impression when arrived was that it was going to be a winner, but unfortunately not for us.

Service 9/10 Front desk 1/10 Food 8.5/10 Make sure you have a reservation or the front desk will treat you like a pariah. Arnold saved this restaurant. He was overwhelmed and they did not have a designated server for the patio. But he treated us like royalty. He earned the fourth star for this restaurant. The food is delicious. We all agreed. A party of 6 seems a lot for them to take care of. We saw 2 couples come in an hour after us and get their food and drinks before us. We didn't get drinks for a half hour. Not Arnold's fault. He was getting things to us as fast as possible.

We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened on June 18th. We ordered the Prosciutto Benedict and Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes. The Benedict was delicious. I wish I could say the same about the pancakes. The drizzle was wayyy potent. The pancakes were undercooked in the middle. We brought this to the attention of the server and he had the pancakes remade. They were still undercooked in the middle. I presume it was the manager that came over next and offered for the kitchen to make regular pancakes. They too were undercooked in the middle. Weird experience for sure. Was the batter days old? Bleh. This review is for how staff handled the hiccup. Everyone was super polite and really wanted to find a remedy.

Okay, talk about a hidden gem! Butterface is one of those places that you are unsure of because of the quirky name, but let me tell you once you walk inside. Any doubt you had will be swiftly swept away. For starters you walk in and you immediately feel underdressed. But that is definitely not the case. This place has a very cool, swanky and elegant vibe to it without being overly stuffy. It's super comfy, very casual, but everything is top notch. Our waiter Arnold met us at the door and escorted us to our booth. The place had some very nice ambient music playing, and we had a great view of the entire place. They do have a couple TVs up by the bar in case you want to keep up on sports or a movie, and that did not take away from the Elegance of the place at all. We ordered the peach and goat cheese bruschetta, and I am so glad we did. Dare I say that this was the best bruschetta I have ever had in my entire life! Now I've had bruschetta, but this one absolutely steals the show. The Christmas and sweetness of the peaches combined with the balsamic vinegar and goat cheese is absolute heaven. Do yourself a favor and make sure you ordered this! The next thing we had was a salmon on a a bed of potatoes... It was more like a potato nest, but holy cats. That thing was off the chart. I wanted to keep eating it but I was already full and did not want to overdo it. It was absolutely scrumptious and you would do yourself a disservice not to try it. I have to brag on Arnold for a minute. Having been a waiter at multiple restaurants, I know the importance of customer experience. Arnold absolutely nailed it! He was super friendly, just chatty enough, and always checked in on us but not being overbearing. I have to say he made the meal even more enjoyable which is a rare thing to find. In this day and age where where customer service has thrown out, the window, butterface delivers in spades! They are top notch. They were on it and you feel like you're in a very elegant restaurant. Bottom line? I will absolutely be coming back. The one complaint, I'll be at a small one, was they were out of the lemoncello tiramisu. I loved her massoon was so looking forward to it. I told Arnold how sad I was that there was no tiramisu and he brought me a small glass of their lemoncello from the bar. That to me is customer service. Seeing the needs and wants of the person you're waiting on and meeting them above and beyond expectation.

First time as it was suggested by my friend. Loved the decor and friendliness of the staff. I ordered the standard breakfast . The eggs had to be sent back to get some more time on the fire. The potatoes were very tasty. The peach cobbler French toast was incredible! The cinnamon mascarpone was home made and it was not too sweet. They do not carry regular granulated sugar packets.

I can certainly say this restaurant deserves 5 stars, in fact it is a 10. .A truly pleasant experience from the chic ambiance to the service. The food was excellent, the omelet was so tastful. how eggs used to taste, so fresh. The patio dining was perfect, on a perfect day, on a perfect timeline. Gia, thank you for such a fine establishment an experience that will be a favorite in my book along with my time traveling co-writer that was also impressed.

This place is very cozy. We liked our food, i tried the prosciutto benedict, yum!!! Along with latter which also really good and a sage truffle fries that felt bottomless, big serving of fries that it looked like we didnt even touch it tho we been eating it. My friends loved her rigatoni. Chicken and waffle is okay, might not get it next time. Our server was nice, did his job well and very attentive. This place is worth a try.

Cute spot we decided to come for Mother's Day! Can't wait to come back for more of their drinks and the French toast! Food: We ordered quite a bit! I had the chicken and waffles! The waffle was so fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. On top was a perfectly seasoned sage fried chicken! (Maybe they can consider using tenders next time?) And it was finished off with powdered sugar and hot honey! The rest of the table had: Mom had Porchetta Breakfast skillet, Lola had 3 egg Omlette, husband had Vodka Chicken Parm, Dad had Italian Classic, and our sister had prosciutto Benedict. The best out of all the dishes had to be her Prosciutto Benedict. The rest of the dishes were just okay. We would order differently when coming back here. Maybe trying more of their dessert breakfast options. Drinks: I had the mimosa flight! The strawberry sorbet was the best one! Mom had Pistachio Martini and she said the flavor was very good! And sister got mob wife! She said she loved the gin flavor with blackberry syrup! Service: Our server was very tentative to all our needs. He was funny, personable, gave good recommendations and always filled our water when he saw it was empty! He did a great job in serving us especially on a very busy day as it's Mother's Day today! Ambiance: The decor gives modern brunch aesthetics with warm Italian-inspired touches, It creates a space that makes you feel like you aren't in Vegas but a cute Italian inspired escape. I also appreciated all the natural light that pours into the dining room!

The interior space was welcoming and mildly upscale. - Service was gracious and intentional. - My Eggs in Purgatory were delish -- good balance, perfect serving size, warm and lively spice. - My wife's Peach Cobbler French Toast was gorgeous to behold. But alas, the chef had thrown in a bit too much of the mint and/or lemon zest, probably meant to offset the inherent sweetness of such an undertaking. I appreciate that attempt, but the resultant flavor profile felt busy and over-composed.

Butter board... did not meet expectations

This place is way bougie than the name portrays. My friend chose it based on the name alone and we were all a little surprised when we showed up. Prices are on the high side, which isn't a problem but it does raise expectations which I don't think were meet. Some nitpicks; -no kids menu (we asked) which is not unusual but not even a suggestion from the waiter of off menu options (a side of 1 pancake or single egg or something) and I got the impression the waiter was annoyed I even asked. Definitely a missed opportunity because there were many families with children in the restaurant. Stuff we ordered; Butter Board --so sad; because of the price ($18) I had high hopes of a beautiful butter board like the kinds I've seen on Pinterest. And what I got was two piles of butter and 6 pieces of bread. And the butter wasn't delicious, whole thing seemed like it was haphazardly put together. Charcuterie Chips ($14) -- I don't know what this would be but it's potato chips with prosciutto, some shredded cheese and a few clumps of goat cheese topped with some honey. No olives, fig jams or pistachios like the menu said. I feel like the chips were store bought and if there were no chips it would have been a sad sad charcuterie offering. Silver lining the kids loved the chips. Mini Breakfast Calzones ($15) -- these were delicious! Super tasty. Served with marinara which was odd and little unnecessary. Definitely a favorite! Some other items my group ordered -Chicken and Waffles (teen said it was good but not $29 good) -Breakfast sandwich (good sized portion, looked delicious) -Butterface Breakfast - 3 folks ordered the all said it was good but nothing special -Peach Cobbler French Toast (probably the best entree ordered, very pretty tasted good; but I think the graham crumble is literally just crumbled store bought graham crackers! -Biscotti Parfait (nothing special just Greek yogurt and some fruit, way over priced for what it is) All in the all it was a nice basic experience, the service was okay, the food was good. In my opinion it's not worth the price and you can likely find the same kind of food cheaper elsewhere or even pay the same price for more unique options somewhere else.

Yelp Review 2026 #33: I remember the old saying (and very cringe mostly uttered by insecure balding rotund men) "everything's good butterface." And I'm hoping the name of this place has nothing to do with that. My cousin wanted to try this place for his birthday brunch and so we went. It's an Italian-inspired brunch restaurant with plenty of both sweet and savory delights. The place was packed! Good thing we had a reservation. BUTTERFACE BREAKFAST: Two eggs, sausage or bacon, roasted potatoes, sourdough, jam. If you're wanting something safe, this is a good option. It's a big plate of food! 4/5 PEACH COBBLER FRENCH TOAST: Mascarpone, grilled peaches, graham crumble, powdered sugar, maple syrup, mint, lemon zest. Dessert for breakfast? I love that for us! Just the right amount of sweetness. They use fresh peaches, not the canned ones. Eat this right away - it's way better when it's hot. 4/5 BREAKFAST SANDWICH: Two fried eggs, bacon, mozzarella, heirloom tomato, red onion, arugula, basil lemon aioli, focaccia, roasted potatoes or salad. Another safe choice if you're not an adventurous eater. 4/5 SMOKED SALMON POTATO ROSTI: Crème fraiche, smoked salmon, capers, red onion, cucumber, dill. You got different flavors, textures and temperatures. Warm potato rosti, cold crème fraiche and smoked salmon. It looks small but it's heavy! It will definitely fill you up. 4/5 The space is quite tight in between tables. Service was ok - maybe because they were slammed, drinks, sweetener or anything we asked for took a few follow ups. The server said they're a lot less hectic on weekdays but they're not open at night.

Chicken and Waffles soggy and undercooked breading

NEGATIVE 100/10. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place! The aesthetic is gorgeous, and the atmosphere is busy and lively without feeling overcrowded. We didn't have a reservation, so we were seated at the bar, which was completely fine. The menu looked promising, but it's definitely priced like an upscale brunch. Steak & eggs is $36, chicken & waffles is $29, prosciutto Benedict is $26, and the "Green Goddess" juice is $9. The juice was especially disappointing when we watched him pour the Naked juice brand Green Machine over ice into a small cup. HA! Here's where everything went downhill: We sat at the bar around 10:50am. We placed our order at 11:00 a.m. By 11:40 a.m., we still hadn't received our food. The couple sitting next to us had already finished their meal and left. No one checked on us or acknowledged how long we'd been waiting. We finally asked about our order, and the bartender went to the kitchen. When he came back, he said, "It'll be out shortly," then quietly told the waitress that they never received our ticket. After waiting 59 minutes from when we put in our order, our food finally arrived! 11:59am... Unfortunately, the food wasn't worth either the wait or the price. The arugula on the prosciutto Benedict looked wilted and far from fresh. The English muffin was soggy and completely soaked in butter or sauce. The biggest issue was the chicken & waffles..the breading on the chicken wasn't fully cooked, and the waffle was soft with no crispness at all, just drenched in syrup. Our bartender/server, Zane, made the experience even more disappointing. He never noticed we'd been waiting nearly an hour, never apologized for the delay or the kitchen's mistake, never checked on us after our food arrived, and we had to flag him down just to pay our bill for the atrocious experience. Keep in mind, we are sitting at the bar, so he was literally just ignoring us. $69 for 3 items on the menu...$84 (cause we still tip no matter what) later for 3 things, and I'm left upset and still hungry. $84!!!!! That's a lot for some people. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, there was no sense of urgency, accountability, or customer service. Between the hour-long wait caused by a lost ticket, the mediocre food, and the lack of service, I won't be returning and I'm definitely telling everyone I can NOT to even try it out.

As a self described brunch connoisseur, one of my favorite activities is trying new brunch places. Butterface under the radar for me, but this might just be the best brunch in all of Vegas. Food so good I had to come twice just to make sure I wasn't being hyperbolic. In regards to location, it's lowkey and tucked in a shopping center with a few other businesses and is easy to drive by if you don't know. The interior is clean with a minimalist design and the bar in the corner. The staff was nice and attentive, ensuring that my mimosas were never empty when I did the bottomless and helpful when I was racing thru the menu. The star of the show is the food. The items I got to try were: Chicken & Waffles: these I'll give a 4/5 loved the waffle, the chicken could've been a bit juicier, but the waffle more than made up for it. Peach cobbler French toast- normally I'm more of a savory rather than sweet but is a 5/5. The grilled peaches and mascarpone blend well. There's a nice texture on the French toast. Some places have their French toast come out soggy, but not butterface Peach Bruschetta - 4.5/5 this dish is just short of perfection. The different flavor profiles all mesh well. If you're a fan of bruschetta, I think it's an experience worth trying Breakfast sandwich- the breakfast sandwich is the star of the show 10/5 stars. This sandwich is so good I'm voting it for mayor. This sandwich should coach the raiders, that's how good it is and I fully support it doing anything. A well made focaccia, eggs and perfectly cooked bacon, the aioli. Brunch at Butterface in SW Las Vegas was a hit. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the porchetta breakfast skillet and it was divine -- flavorful, hearty, and perfectly done. My sister and wife ordered the smoked salmon potato rösti and both loved it, and my brother-in-law completely devoured the breakfast sandwich, which says a lot. I also tried the mimosa flight and wow... really good and very sneaky definitely got me a little tipsy. Service was okay overall, and the decor is really nice and welcoming. Can't wait to come back and try the lemon pancake (and more). This place is officially on my brunch rotation. read more

Went to Butterface for the first time this morning and really enjoyed the overall vibe. The green velvet seats were especially comfortable and added a nice, stylish touch to the space. The menu offers plenty of choices, which I appreciated. I'm a big eggs benedict fan, so I tried the prosciutto benedict. Flavor-wise, it was solid! the peppers paired nicely with the prosciutto and everything worked well together. That said, the benedicts were on the smaller side for the price. I wish either the English muffin/portion size were larger or that a third benedict was included. One downside was the egg yolk, which was fully set rather than runny like a classic poached egg should be. Overall, good flavors and a pleasant experience, but a few tweaks would really elevate the dish. read more

Long review. Takeaway: No, thank you. I left hangry after an hour wait. There is always a better brunch restaurant. My family and I are feeling adventurous and wanting to try a new restaurant instead of our usual spot down the street. Based on their menu and pictures on their website, we were so excited, but man, that was not a good decision. We arrived there on a Saturday afternoon, plenty of open seats and got sat down relatively quick. Browse through their regular menu and Easter specials, we've decided to go with their regular menu items. I forgot what we even ordered and I'll go into more details! I stepped out of the restaurant for a good 15-20 minutes with my kiddo in hope by the time I return some food items may have arrive on our table. Nope. Which is fine. I ordered a drink after I've returned to the table as we continue to wait for our food. During this time, I saw management attending to another nearby table apologizing, which foreshadows what's going to happen to us. I drink the drink, FINISHED the drink (which is a mediocre drink) AND OUR TABLE STILL EMPTY. Mine you, I was babysitting the drink for a bit. At this point in time, we have been sitting ducks at the table for a good hour. This whole time, we didn't even get checked on, no water refills. We saw the whole family that got sat after us receiving their food and finished their food. Kids are hungry, the adults are starving and frustrated. My husband finally decided to ask our server what's the deal, which in response, "let me check, your food is almost done." NOPE. Not at all. We overheard the back kitchen telling the server how he DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ORDER. What? An hour later, what do you mean? We are about the get the check and walk out. We got stopped by management and trying to explain the situation. At the point, you can do all the explaining you need, I'm not up to sit there and listen to your excuse about how your order didn't print out. They refuse to have us pay for the one drink that I order, the only item that actually made it to the table. Thanks for taking care of the drink but dang, how horrible is the service from this place. An hour for nothing. I don't think that apology even fill my stomach full. Best of luck to anyone trying out this restaurant. We went back to our usual brunch spot down the street, 4.4 stars, full house, super busy yet friendly and GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE. From food order placed to table 15 minutes. read more

My husband and I love to try out new brunch spots! He found Butterface on Yelp, and we went on a Sunday around 1pm. The restaurant is in a shopping center, but it's nice inside once you walk in! It was fairly busy - busier than we thought it would be from the parking lot! We ordered a few things off the menu and shared everything. The fried burrata was pretty good, I just wish it was seasoned a little more. The lobster ravioli was delicious! It tasted like ravioli in lobster bisque. The chicken Caesar Milanese was by far the most surprising and delicious salad! It was seasoned perfectly, they gave us a generous piece of the chicken Milanese, and it all went so well together. We've been talking about going back, JUST for the salad. I wanted the sangria for the bottomless drink option , but they told us they were out of the red. We ended up going with aperol spritz's that were alright. The restaurant closes at 3pm, and beware - most places might do last seating just prior to closing and continue to serve you after closing- not here. They started cleaning up around 230/245 and packing up the bar, so unfortunately we felt pretty rushed. I think we'll be back, we'll just get there earlier so we have more time before closing. read more

Came here for lunch on a Tuesday. Great vibe, great look, very chill. Felt bougie-casual. Hostess and waitress/bartender were super friendly. Made sure to chat us up and just be friendly. I had the breakfast sandwich with side salad. Amazing champagne dressing. Sandwich was messy, fresh, and delicious. She has the summer salad with chicken breast. She said the chicken was too dry but everything else abi it the salad was excellent. Two minor dings for the dry chicken and it's pretty spendy though I get why. They're trying to elevate the experience and be better. Definitely will be back. read more

The good - out of the 4 items we ordered, only one is worth the price. Chicken cutlet was delicious but not amazing. Lemon poppyseed pancakes - where's the lemon? Spicy rigatoni was ok and finally the Quattro fromaggio pizza, was the worst of the 4. Crust was a bit burned and the bottom crust was disintegrating, I almost choked. The price - a bit pricey for a brunch place. Service - not sure if the servers were trained properly or overwhelmed but they kept passing our table. My group of 23 went for our Christmas brunch and one of the ladies in my group didn't get her food until we were almost done eating. Our rigatoni didn't have a serving spoon, we kept waiting for someone to come but our food was cold by the time we got someone's attention. Ambiance was cozy, clean and well roomy, all 23 of us had plenty of room. read more

This is my second review for Butterface, and I'm honestly disappointed that this visit isn't a 5-star experience -- especially because my first time here for Sunday brunch was absolutely great. This second visit was for a lunch business meeting. The menu is solid, and the patio weather was perfect. But the timing and execution of the meal were off. My guest's entrée arrived before our appetizer (the Burrata), and my order -- a Caesar salad with chicken milanesa -- never made it to the kitchen. The head waiter checked on us and explained that the waitress in training hadn't submitted it. My guest's pasta (from La Limon) was great, but overall this visit just didn't compare to my first one. Walked in Saturday for brunch while visiting family. We were sat and looked over the menus before getting greeted. They weren't too busy but service was kind of slow. Once our serve came to introduce himself we decided to order just in case he took a while to come back. Food took a while to come out and he had forgotten one of my mom's drinks. Came here on a Monday, which wasn't busy in a good way! Interior is very nice, clean, and modern. The ambience was relaxing to enjoy breakfast this morning. Amy was our server and made our visit pleasant. She was always attentive checking in with us while we were there. Other team members checked in on us as well. What an enjoyable lunch! Love that I can get brunch for lunch. We arrived at 12pm and plenty of parking in this plaza. There's patio seating, inside main section, a semi-private table for 12ppl and whole section / room that can fit about 70ppl. There's also a bar. Plenty of seatings for sure. Restaurant is only open to 3pm. Hopeful they would extend into the evening as we would love to have dinner here. I'm eyeing that semi-private wine room table. Service was great. Alecea was sweet and attentive. She checked on us during our meal a few times. Drinks/cocktails on the menu are great prices. The cocktails are good too. Our food was good and plentiful. Presentation is on point for our food. For it being open only 4 months, I think they are running pretty well with no hiccups at all. read more

I was immediately turned off to this place because there was no one there to greet us. Even after me yelling "hello" and my daughter calling (we heard the phone ringing and it went to voicemail) we couldn't get a response. I finally caught the eye of a worker/chef in the back who came out looking for the greeters/servers. Then called the bus person who finally found them sitting outside at a table. We had seen these two women sitting outside enjoying a beer so we thought they were customers. Ooopppss. They weren't. So we were seated and when the rest of our party arrived we did enjoy friendly service and great food and drinks. I had the Bloody Mary which was very good but small for the price of $12. I had the prosciutto Benedict that was very good. The rest of my party enjoyed their food and drinks with the exception of one. They got the steak and eggs and claimed they were under seasoned and had no flavor. Atmosphere was good, service was good when we finally got it, and most of the food and drinks were good. Butterface, excellent Italian brunch and beautiful setting. This location has hosted several restaurants before, one of my favorites being Andres Bistro. The food there was excellent, and I'm glad to say Butterface is just as impressive. Too bad we only got to try one entrée because the other never arrived. Ambiance: (5/5) Beautifully designed for a local brunch spot. I love that they have a patio area, and the large table by the wine cellar can easily fit around 12 people, perfect for group gatherings. Service: (3/5) It would have been a 1/5 if it weren't for Theresa and Geo coming to the rescue. Our waiter seemed either overwhelmed or inattentive during the brunch rush. We had to ask multiple times for different items, and after receiving our first entrée, we didn't hear back for a while. After 20 minutes, we followed up about our chicken and waffles. The waiter returned, saying something happened in the kitchen and the dish was never made without a single apology. We asked for the manager, and thankfully Theresa (who was running the bar) came over, apologized sincerely, comped half of our entrée, and treated us to dessert. Later, the owner Geo personally stopped by to check on us. She was friendly, genuine, and made the situation right, turning an otherwise disappointing service experience into a positive one. Food: (5/5) We had the Prosciutto Benedict, perfectly done, and the Lemon Tiramisu, which was light and delicious. Despite the service hiccup, we'll definitely be back to try the chicken and waffles. read more

My avo toast was missing ingredients so had to send back and they fixed it, but it didn't look like the photo the business posted on Yelp so that was a disappointment. Service: the saving grace was our sweet waitress. Ambiance: decor is cute. One funny thing is they have a weird decoration on the table - fake plants mixed with real stale breadsticks. Don't eat it!! Love that they opened near me and had to check them out! We started with the mimosa flight, butter board (a crowd fave!), summer salad and mini breakfast calzones. The salad was good The lobster ravioli is a must try. We also had the Porchetta breakfast skillet, Lemon poppyseed pancakes and Prosciutto Benedict. Not too much of a fan of the breakfast skillet, the potato was cut too big for me. The lemon Meringue cocktail is a dessert in itself. It is so sinful. Overall, we enjoyed our brunch and there is a crowd by the time 11am hit. read more

Tried out Butterface today. As much as I really wanted to like it, it fell short in a few areas. Ambiance - Nice decor. The bathroom floors made me dizzy but overall nice aesthetic. We sat out side which was nice. Food - just didn't cut it. The plating was beautiful. The bruschetta was very good. Maybe even too much cheese which is a rare thing for me to say, but overall very good flavor combo. The wedge was not great. We got it with ranch instead of blue cheese and the ranch dressing just wasn't very good. We he avocado was not ripe and the Porchetta was not good. Not much flavor an a lot of really chewy pieces of attached fat. I don't realize what I was eating but the texture was rubbery and had to discard. Drink - The latte was decent. Not very sizeable for the price and just not a great presentation (seems like it had been sitting for a bit before they brought it out because it had a coffee film along the inside rim. It tasted fine but not like a well made $7 latte. Cost - we got some of the less expensive items in the menu (split a salad and app and a coffee) and dropped $50. Most of the menu items seemed way over priced (e.g. $21 to a breakfast sandwich, $20 for the wedge). We couldn't bring ourselves to order anything else because it didn't seem worth the high price point. Happy to see so many higher reviews. We may come back again from others feedback but just based on today it was just ok and too pricey for us. read more

I wanted to try this place after seeing it on Tik Tok! We went on a Sunday around 12 pm & it was super busy (as expected)! We were told it would be an hour wait but we were seated in about 30 min. I ordered the mimosa flight & spicy rigatoni a la vodka w/ proschetta. My bf got the fugazi mary (w/ tequila) & eggs in purgatory w/ proschetta. The mimosa flight was bigger than I thought & it was such a good price! I really enjoyed all the flavors. The rigatoni was not spicy at all but still really good! I came across this cute little restaurant that is open 8 AM to 3 PM for breakfast brunch and lunch. It is an Italian inspired restaurant that has delicious breakfast plates and tasty looking lunch plates along with great cocktails. I ordered the three egg omelette with roasted potatoes and My husband got the breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious. I also ordered a lavender lemon drop martini, which was very tasty after that I tried a pineapple mimosa that was not as sweet as I like, so I won't be ordering that one again. The service was great and we seated immediately. The restaurant has regular seating, seating for large parties, and you can also sit at the bar. On weekends reservations are recommended especially if you have a large party. Overall, it was a great experience and we will go back. read more

I have been seeing the restaurant multiple times on my feed and finally got a chance to check them out. I walked in around past noon on the weekend and the place looked busy however there weren't people waiting to be seated. Our party was seated quickly. The seats were very comfortable! The dining area had many large parties and everyone around seemed to be enjoying the place and food. Our server was quick to attend us and get our drink orders. He sure was busy but never felt like we were not on his radar. He kept checking in until we were ready to order. I was debating what to choose and asked for his feedback and he suggested he would go with the Chicken and Waffles. The food was definitely delicious! The chicken was juicy perfectly battered and cooked. The waffle was nice and fluffy with a touch crisp around the edges. Our food came out at a good time. The only downside of the location it only has one bathroom for each gender. The times we had to use the restroom we had to wait for the restroom more than 5 mins. read more

My family and I came to Butterface for breakfast after seeing it on social media. The restaurant looked beautiful, and the food looked absolutely delicious, so we had to give it a try. We ordered the Bottomless Sangria, the Mimosa Flight, the Breakfast Skillet, the Peach Bruschetta, and the Breakfast Sandwiches. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service from Arnold. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, he always made time to stop by our table to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. This place opened last Saturday, so happy one week anniversary to them. They had pretty flowers at the entrance from family and friends congratulating the opening. There was no wait when we arrived at 9:30 in the morning. The bathrooms are very clean, the decor is cute, and the seats are comfortable. I ordered the Butterface breakfast and substituted potatoes for fruit, which came with strawberries and blueberries, and I substituted wheat bread. They serve homemade raspberry chia jelly on the side and it was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the overnight oats and felt the oats were still a little too firm since she prefers them softer. The menu mentioned peanut butter, but it was only a thin layer on the glass instead of a generous scoop, so if you really like peanut butter it is worth asking for extra. My other friend ordered the breakfast sandwich. The prices are a bit on the higher side for the portion sizes, but overall it was a nice experience. We had several staff members check in on us, which is usually a good thing, but since we were just enjoying conversation we kept it brief. When I am in the area, I would definitely come back. read more

As much as my friend and I wanted to like Butterface, it was unfortunately a letdown. The atmosphere has a cute, fun brunch vibe, but the service really missed the mark--it took over 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge our existence after we got sat, and we only got acknowledged because I had to wave someone down just to get a glass of water. We felt forgotten and had to constantly track someone down for basics, which made the experience frustrating. I asked so many servers for a coffee refill and didn't even get it. You know it's not great when you have to put in a lot of effort for someone to just take your money at the end. The food was okay, nothing terrible but nothing memorable either. Everything needs improvement. The waiter got frustrated there was nine of us. He got frustrated. He was argumentative about things we ordered. The food was disgusting. Terrible stakes so tough. Couldn't even cut it on the picture It showed the steak cut up so a couple of ladies asked for their stakes hole. Only one came cut up. We had five steaks and we turned all five of them. I ordered toast. They just brought me out bread with soft butter not toasted at all. Drinks were water down just service was terrible. The manager came over and wasn't very helpful. We paid for our drink when we left won't be returning and won't recommend it to anyone. It wasn't even worth one star!!! read more

WOW! Saw this place on Instagram and didn't know what to expect coming in. Let's start with the appetizer... We ordered the breakfast calzones and the peach bruschetta and my family and I lost our minds. The flavors they managed to pair in those things were delicious. Now let's go to entree... we ordered the pesto mafaldine, spicy rigatoni a la vodka, lobster ravioli, and we could not stop passing our plates around to eachother. They were all unique in taste which made it impossible to even pick a favorite. Lastly, we ordered the peach French toast for a little sweetness at the end and it brought a tear to all of our eyes. I tried this place a month after it opened, then again for Mother's Day. The first time I went it was ok. Food wasn't anything special but it was fine. Everything came out in a timely manner and service was standard. Granted - there were maybe 3 tables at that time. Fast forward to Mother's Day lunch and it was insane. I understand it's a holiday and things were busy but the service was absolutely atrocious and they were definitely not trained or staffed properly and not ready for the day at all. We had a reservation at 1:45pm. Got there on time and couldn't get checked in until 1:55pm because the host was running around and helping everyone else. We finally get checked in and sit down to wait. We see multiple parties come in after us and see some tables starting to get cleaned up. It's 2:05 at this point and we were thinking we would definitely be seated next. The host sees us, then goes to sit the other two parties that came way after us. As she's sitting the other 2 top she says to me "I'll get you guys next - just a min they're cleaning it up." Another 10 minutes goes by until we are finally seated. She's basically helping everyone else except us. We sit and wait about 20 minutes, trying to flag down a server but everyone is running by and totally ignoring us. We don't even have water at this point. Finally, a passing server saw us sitting there with no water and no food and asked us if we would like water. He felt bad and ended up taking our order even though he wasn't assigned to our section. We then realize that the host never assigned anyone to our table which is why every server was completely ignoring us. We order and only my mom's food comes out. The chef comes out and tells me my food is sold out. They say I can replace the waffles with something else, I asked for french toast, they said cool we'll go check. By this point I'm starving as we have been waiting almost an hour so I just start eating my mom's pasta with her. The chef comes back to tell me the toast is also out and I can only get pancakes, so I just cancel the whole entree. My mom and I ended up just sharing her pasta and we had to wait another 10 minutes to try to get a server to get our checks. We appreciate Dago, the server who stopped to help us, for trying to make things a little better for us and catching that we didn't have anyone helping us. Everyone else was acting like they couldn't see us the whole time. It was honestly the worst lunch I've ever experienced in Vegas. I sincerely hope they can better prepare for another holiday brunch because this was just sad. read more

I hate to leave places a bad review but when I'm searching for a new spot to try I appreciate an honest review to help me decide where to go. I was so excited to try Butterface after seeing all the hype on Instagram. The photos are beautiful, and I was looking forward to treating my mom, my daughter, and myself to a special girls' brunch. Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in until we left, it was one disappointment after another. The first thing we noticed was a funky smell as soon as we entered. I tried to overlook it because you walk in through the back of the bar area (which is also strange) and I really wanted to like this place. Then we were seated in a dining room full of dirty, un-bussed tables, and even our "clean" table was missing silverware. Our waitress apologized saying they hadn't had time to clean after their busy hours. Again at this point I tried to be hopeful and understanding giving them the benefit of the doubt. We ordered several dishes to share. The mini breakfast calzones were just okay, slightly chewy and nothing memorable. The strawberry toast looked pretty, but the bread was so mushy that it couldn't even support the toppings. Next came the summer salad and the famous lemon poppyseed pancakes. The salad was supposed to be an entrée but tasted like a bland side salad with almost no flavor. The lemon poppyseed pancakes were by far the biggest disappointment. They were so dense and rubbery that we literally had to use knives to cut through them because our forks barely made a dent. The texture reminded us of reheated frozen pancakes rather than fresh, homemade ones. There wasn't even any butter, just a lemon glaze that wasn't particularly special. Considering the prices, I expected so much better. The service didn't help the experience either. My mom ordered an iced tea and didn't receive it until we reminded our server after we had already finished our first course. Our drinks were never refilled, and we had to ask re-ask for knives because our table wasn't properly set when we were seated. Everything here seems to be designed for Instagram, but pretty presentation can't make up for mediocre food, poor service, and high prices. All three of us left agreeing that we wouldn't be back. It was such a disappointing experience because we had been genuinely excited to try it. read more

My other friend raved about the chicken pizza especially the very fresh mozzarella cheese. We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant, but it was disappointing from start to finish. The food looked much better than it actually tasted. We ordered a variety of dishes hoping at least one of them would stand out, but unfortunately every single one fell short. The restaurant lacked any real ambience, the service was not great, and there was an unpleasant odor that made the dining experience even less enjoyable. To top it all off, the prices were incredibly high for the quality of the food and overall experience. There are far too many great restaurants to choose from in Vegas to justify returning here. Our server was very rude , our food wasn't good we ordered 4 steak and eggs no flavor and steak was tough , we requested new dishes but the server stomped off , we as a group didn't feel he deserved $35 gratuity. My daughter's boyfriend, who lives in Los Angeles, researched, found this restaurant, and made reservations for us here. What an amazing restaurant! Beautifully decorated and their menu is truly outstanding. We were seated in a special area that was fit for a board meeting so if you've got a party of 10, this is the place to go. I was craving an eggs benedict and they have a Prosciutto Benedict that is a work of art. My daughter had one of their January Specials, mattina smoked salmon, with scrambled eggs, crème fraiche and spinach. It's not on their regular menu so hurry while it's still there. Mediocre food, terrible service. After being seated, my party of 4 sat for 40 mins with not even a glass of water. Armando, was our server and I don't know if his behavior is typical or if he was having a bad day, but he had an attitude for the duration of our entire experience. He had no recommendations on drinks or food and did not know the menu at all. When our food did come out, it was missing several elements to the meal as a whole, which obviously had a huge effect on the entire experience. They were out of several menu items that were actually needed to complete our meal, but we weren't made aware of this until we actually requested these things. Our server just failed us honestly, We tried to give him the benefit of doubt and asked him was there a reason why our service had been subpar and his response was shockingly rude, "well this is just how it is when you're waiting on multiple tables" I found that to be extremely disappointing. The owner came out to speak to us and she was equally disappointing as she made no effort to make it right, rushed our concerns and was very dismissive to her employees behavior, but she did send us a new sever to just bring us our check because out table had already been cleared. Teresa (who is the bartender) approached our table with a smile and a great attitude. I wish we would have had the pleasure of her service from the beginning. An order came out without 1/2 of what it was supposed to. They charged for something they never provided and said they would remove from the bill. That never happened. The service was less than desirable. Spilled coffee on the table with no acknowledgment. Rude when asked for cream and sugar for the coffee . Had to ask numerous times for water or condiments. Not sure if it will be a place I would recommend because of these issues. read more

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

We love this brunch spot. The esthetic and atmosphere set the tone as soon as you walk in the door. Staff is attentive and sat us right away. What really made our experience great was our server Arnold. Arnold was fast and efficient and communicated well. He took into consideration we were a small party while he was taking care of a large party and never forgot about us. Kept drinks and water full and checked in regularly. He even brought the chef out and introduced us! Food is amazing and flavorful, you can taste the quality of the food in every dish. We'll be back soon, especially for the soon to be dinner menu. A great deal of money was spent on the restaurant improvements. Every detail was guided by someone who knew what concepts were required. We have been looking for the quality that we found at Butterface. We have been back twice. Okay service, great food and we love the name! Can it make it with Breakfast and Brunch only? Great food, great service. Very beautiful and clean inside. I got the breakfast skillet and my girl got the prosciutto benedict. We agreed both dishes were fantastic (we shared a bit to make sure lol). The mimosa flight was very fresh and unique flavors. Guava and the raspberry were the best. Zeppoles were great too.
