I never write reviews and wish I could leave zero stars / be partially refunded . Dan was aggressive and rude from the start today and constantly complained about how much work it was and that he should be getting paid more (I don't make his rate ??) Argued with me about a stair fee when we had an elevator at one of the places and was told as well as is advertised on their website (attached photo) no stair fee / no hidden fee Made rude comments throughout the entire experience about not appreciating hard work and even commented that my industry gets paid too much (restaurants ?) At the end , I tried to tip them 200 on a 975 bill (over 20%) simply because his helpers were nice despite him lagging after being frustrated about the step fee dispute and he literally throw the money back in my face and said we don't need tip?? Then proceeds to come back and knock on my door and has the audacity to ask for 300 instead of the 200 he threw back at me ?? Craziest / rudest experience ever and I feel bad writing this as the other two are great but brother , please get some help I wouldn't treat a customer like this on my worst day . I gave you that 200 back you originally didn't want simply for your friends .

Highly recommend BZ moving company!!! Our family moved from Southern California to Northern California and it was little over a 7 hour drive. When setting up our move Ryan, the sales manager, always responded promptly and gave us such a fair price for our long distance move. Ervin and his team worked quickly and efficiently! We really appreciated how they took their time when handling our fragile items or how they took extra precautions in moving our furniture. Long story short they are highly rated for a reason! Ryan and his team were amazing in helping us move. They loaded our entire 3-bedroom house and storage unit in less than 6 hours and helped us transition from living in Los Angeles to our new house in the Bay Area. They were extremely professional the entire time and not one single item was broken, damaged, or lost during the move. Move from LA to Vegas, we had a mover from OC that canceled on us 1.5 weeks before our move date. I remember I had gotten a quote from BZ so I contacted them and luckily they had that day available! Ryan was very thorough with the details and very responsive. I let him know we're going from a 1 bedroom apartment and had another storage unit in Anaheim that I needed to pick up more stuff from-- he let me know what the price will be with the best of his knowledge after reading through my emails and texts. The day of the move, Ryan and his associate came on time and they were very fast but gentle with all our belongings. We tried to stay out of the way and they didn't once complain or be rude to us. Same day move is no joke especially out of state move. When our truck arrived in Vegas it was around 6:30pm-7:00pm and they worked through 10pm or 11pm because they actually assembled and installed the furniture and appliances for us. None of our belongings were damaged or broken and everything came in great condition. I honestly don't want to move again for a VERY long time but if we ever do, I'm calling BZ Moving! I highly recommend this place and I really want to thank Ryan and his team for doing the best job ever! I'm so glad those irresponsible movers canceled on us last minute, it was meant to be! Quality moving company, they do everything you ask for and with a professional attitude. Used their services to move from one apartment to another in the same building and they took barely two hours in which to do it. The men moved super slow everything was boxed and wrapped up ready to go and it took them almost 5 hours to move a studio to a 1 bedroom that was 2 miles from each other. Oh did I mention they crack my television and dinning table and the door to the balcony (new place) when I called management they told me their insurance only cover .10 center per square feet of the television table etc. this moving service is a joke and I did report them to the better business beaural please VOID AT cost read more

We moved into a three story three bedroom house thirty minutes away. All of the crew worked so hard to get all of our possessions into the correct rooms, and all of furniture reassembled. It was a very complicated move: the fridge didn't fit on the stairs or through the doors, the beds were at the very top floor, the dining table had to be reassembled, we had a piano too! The new place had a shared driveway so they had to be flexible and it was 100 degrees outside. They somehow managed to get the entire move completed in 8 hours, 9am to 5:30pm. We had dinner in our new place and slept in our own beds on the first night. Our kids really really appreciated that and so did we. They were very upfront on cost and were responsive to our requests throughout the entire day. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Sergio and crew! I've moved 22 times in my life. This was the 23rd. Fantastic service! No exaggeration. Ryan worked with me for an easy to understand package. Straight forward, no hidden costs. El and his crew were polite, professional and efficient from the get-go. I had a couple of heavy pieces, one that usually takes 4 people to haul. They had to get my things into a cottage. No complaints. They figured out a way. Honestly, the best! This was a local move, 20ish miles so I packed some things myself. One tip from all my experiences moving is to pack, label (room to go into), and stack boxes. It made moving more efficient. Highly recommend these guys! read more

Ervin and Pedro were amazing. They were really efficient and handled our belongings with care. When we hit a snag with our couch not fitting through the door they instantly thought of lowering it through the balcony which was very impressive! Once we got to our new home they took the time to ask where every single item should be placed and helped to assemble everything. The only thing I would suggest to the company is specialized moving boxes for plants because those got a bit smooshed. That being said, I would highly recommend BZ Moving for anyone looking for a seamless transition to their new home! read more

Gregory, our onsite lead, was responsive, well organized, and his four-person crew worked very hard. My advice to anyone moving is to be realistic about how much stuff you have. I got three quotes. One company estimated one-and-a-half 27-foot trucks, while Royal and another company estimated one 27-foot truck. My move-out apartment was 895 sq ft with a large patio. Before moving day, I made two 10-foot Home Depot truck trips myself with the delicate and bulky items: my electric bike, Peloton, and other things that don't stack well. Royal filled a 27-foot truck with everything else, efficiently using all the available space. We did go a little over the estimate because of rush-hour traffic. The only part I didn't enjoy was the payment app prompting for a tip at checkout. After a long moving day, that was one unnecessary stress point because I never know what's considered an appropriate tip for professional movers. Fortunately, I had already planned ahead with cash tips and cold Gatorades for the crew throughout the day. I highly recommend Royal Movers. They made a difficult move much easier. I also gained a whole new respect for my son, his friend, and my old girlfriend, who helped me move the last time. I also ended up picking up the car earlier than expected and they had my car ready within the hour and I got to keep the car cover and battery tender I bought for next time. These two movers were not only incredibly professional and efficient, but they were also very friendly and easy to work with. They took the time to carefully wrap and pack all of my fragile items, and they even double-checked to make sure that everything was secure before loading it onto the truck. Fantastic! My roommates and I needed to move from LA to OC again, with so many moving companies out there -- finally found a company that is highly efficient, responsive, and professional. No doubt BZ Moving lives up to its five star rating. Through their website, we sent the move details and received a quote quickly. For a 2 bedroom move scenario, no deposit fee was required and they scheduled us in on the requested day. It was great to communicate with Ryan, he was able to answer all questions and ease my concerns when there was a change in amount of items moved. On moving day, El contacted us with an ETA, then arrived exactly on time. Appreciate how carefully and quickly El and his team worked to wrap items up, place them in the truck, and before we knew it, they were ready to head to the storage place. Pavel and Sergio arrived promptly at 8 AM--right at the start of the 8-10 AM window we were given. They were incredibly nice, professional, and worked at an impressive pace. They made what could have been a stressful move feel effortless and smooth. While unpacking, we noticed a few items and boxes were missing--turns out they'd been left inside the wardrobe box. I reached out to Ryan Slam, who immediately got in touch with Pavel and Sergio (who were already on another job). They confirmed the items were still in the truck. BZ Moving made my move from La Mirada to Downtown Los Angeles absolutely stress-free. The two movers (both originally from Kazakhstan and fluent in Russian) were phenomenal--professional, and fun to be around. The three of us spent the ride swapping stories and laughing, which made the move feel more like an adventure than a chore. The driver navigated through the chaos of Downtown LA like a true pro, threading a moving truck through packed streets with ease. Once we got to my 112-year-old building, the real challenge began: using an ancient double-door elevator that looked like it belonged in a history museum. Somehow, they handled it smoothly. And in one satirical moment of pure strength, one of the movers went full Arnold Schwarzenegger, carrying three heavy boxes up the stairs like it was nothing. We were so impressed by the work ethics of these two young men (Mike and Rus). They arrived on time, extra quick with service, very careful with delicate stuff, and easy to communicate with. We had them initially when we moved out of Bellflower and were amazed with their impeccable work. Then, we set up an appointment to have them again when we transferred to our new home. Both of them made us feel safe and secured. They're so kind, polite, and well trained. No damage was done even to the smallest furniture/kitchen supplies we had. He scheduled a free in-person estimate for the next day. Having him actually come in person and see the inventory eased my mind that I wouldn't have to worry about fitting everything in the truck. Ryan's crew was great! Unfortunately we had to spread the move across 2 days because the move was last minute but Nadir (day 1) and Sergey (day 2) made it happen as quickly as possible. They held our belongings safely overnight and delivered on the 2 hour estimate the next day despite the rain which I didn't even know about until the job was done. Everything was neatly organized in the new office and locked behind them. Thankful for a very hard working team. I couldn't be onsite but Nadir and Sergey both had great communication over text and cell both days. Sergey was even kind enough to wait for Uber to pick up our keys to return. Honest, Fast, Very very strong, very careful and attentive to detail like wrapping everything, not doing any damage to the plaster/paint - and very very affordable. Team Ervin, Francisco and Pedro arrived early and did a tremendously great job. I felt so bad because I was nowhere near ready but they were very reassuring and calmly helped me with some last second packing (with help of those large wardrobe boxes) and were very obliging about getting all the large furniture that I wasn't taking with me down the stairs. okay so my first review was cognitive bias because the movers, waited for me to send the review before they would leave. the movers were good but I missed most of the loading so hopefully nothing was broken or damaged (i'll let you all know), biggest complaint was they wanted a tip above the $350...so what does the $350 cover?? I mean, they did the work for the 3 hours so I'm paying for that service 'why tip?' so over $400. MAKE SURE TOTAL FEE IS FIRM!!! Very good with communication. Followed up the night before with an email reminding me of my time. Showed up in their window and even slightly earlier. Earvin and Francisco we're very polite, quick professional. Wrapped everything with moving blankets and plastic wrap. Took care of my stuff like it was their own. Asked me where I wanted stuff.
