We ordered for pick up and the food is so delicious and super authentic!!! We got the house special pork ribs, balacan string beans, stir fried Manila clams and steamed chicken with scallion oil. Everything was so good. I am excited to try more dishes especially the lobster noodles and Dungeness crab fried rice. You can also eat there now they set up a few tables. Just note you need to order a few hours ahead for pick up. They also offer a service of cooking your live seafood in several styles. Happy to have this place nearby!!

A tiny cute restaurant. Max group is to fit 8 people maximum. They used to sale fresh fruit and seafood and now they also make amazing dishes! Everything we tried is super flavorful, sooo good! We got crispy tiger prawn, signature crab fried rice, Manila clam, beef chowfun and xo sauce cuttlefish. Portion is on the smaller sides compare to other Chinese food. If you have more than 4 people to share a dish maybe get a 2nd plate. But everything is super fresh!

So, wifey (Taiwanese), her work-wife Elaine (Chinese) & myself (basic white-guy) could not wait to visit this place in Plano (driving in from Downtown Dallas). It used to be a fresh seafood shoppe, Then? They offered people to cook their seafood for them. Then?, they added tables, Then? They invited a very famous Chinese chef to cook for them. Now? The small shoppe is always packed with a 30 minute wait-time. Good selection of menu items including vegetarian, beef, chicken, pork (but no goat or lamb). Mostly Chinese/asian clientele so it must be very close to NOT "Americanised" cooking style. Who needs all the sweet not sassy or spicy sugar-laden unimpressive dishes anyways?. Round shell Clams - tasty, not salty, pudgy-clams!! Long shell "Razor" clams - Black-pepper beef-uh (Medium) very tender, good meaty portions. Mapo Tofu - FIRE ON A PLATE (not too bad for the white-guy: I love it! I just had to get extra napkins for my sweaty brow) Belacan string beans - (me) how is it?, (wifey) "sooo good, the best!" Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 Reservation Varies by time / day Noise level Quiet, easy to talk Group size 3-4 people Recommendation for vegetarians Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings Not sure Vegetarian options Very small place with limited but always crowded seating. 5 - 4 seat tables 4 2 seat tables. Hopefully they expand to bigger place soon. We arrived at 1:30pm & was informed it would be a 30 minute wait. Dietary restrictions I would NOT come here if you have dietary restrictions. Parking space Not sure Parking options Free parking lot Parking Just park in front of the cleaners they're pretty militant about their parking spaces. Kid-friendliness As long as the kids are well behaved, there's no issue. Wheelchair accessibility Not too sure

I came here for authentic Canton food, and that is exactly what I had. Every dish was wonderful. They are a small, busy establishment, so I would encourage to visit during the weekday if possible. If not, be prepared for a long wait. They only have few tables, so I would recommend a reservation. It also took a while for the food, so perhaps, call to order ahead. This is the best Cantonese food in dfw and beyond. I tried house special curry (fresh seafood and tofu), choy sum (cooked the old-fashioned way), clam in black bean sauce (very fresh and meaty), pineapple pork ribs (crispy and well-balanced). They were out of tiger prawns, but I'd like to try that next time. They were super friendly and kept apologizing for the wait. It is so nice to have them here and hope they'll stay consistent through time.

Crab fried rice. Saw my friend bought crab fried noodles $55 and we wanted to try it. Taste was great .. so much black bean that we had to pick them out one by one. Also the rice they gave out .. really they could improve and give more rice. Would have given 5 stars if they had given out more rice.. and rice isn't expensive either. Next time gonna ask them not to use that much black beans.

The things that are more expensive you truly feel like they are good quality and a decent value. They have a lot of produce that you wouldn't see anywhere else. The bakery is legit and has awesome cakes and breads. Snacks and dried goods imported from all over the world. They have a really nice selection of flowers that they'll beautifully wrap up for you. Plus the cafe has really good food. We always get pizza and it's great quality for a great price. They also have a playground for little ones. Shopping at Central Market is truly a one of a kind experience and I always leave feeling excited about the new and unique things they have. They frequently have special events and themes too. I remember a few years ago they did one on Portugal and had a bunch of imported Portuguese items and they made Portuguese bread and pastries in the bakery. It was amazing.

Once you walk in, it is kind of sensory overload. There is a "food court" right up front with several options. Hamburgers, tacos, pizza, sandwiches, sushi, gelato, and more. Plenty to choose from. I also went back to the bakery and checked out their assorted baked goods. I was underwhelmed. They looked phenomenal but they were average size, etc. But the prices were outrageous. More expensive that San Diego prices which kind of surprised me. I ended up getting a hamburger. The chef was very nice, friendly, made me laugh. He built me a fantastic bleu bonnet burger. It was tasty, flavorful, filling. It was cooked a little more than I would normally want, but still yummy. the Brioche Bun was good, but did fall apart a little bit. Maybe warming it on the grill had something to do with that. I went with a combo that included a drink cup for the help yourself drink station. The drink station had interesting flavors I have never seen before, and some old standards like coke, diet coke, sprite. The combo also included crinkle cut fries. They were warm, golden brown, delicious but they were a little overdone. Definitely needed some ketchup to help eat them. The staff at the checkout lines were smiling, laughing, friendly, and when they had to check out one of their coworkers, you could see the strong camaraderie amongst the employees. It looks like a fun place to work and the team works well together. I got dessert at another place in town. Enjoy the photos.

***Update to reply to management: Consumers should be able…read moreto make informed decisions about what they're purchasing especially with the recent Cyclospora outbreak affecting produce. My issue is not that the berries are repackaged nor is it about whether berries are in season locally. My concern is the lack of transparency. To me, the presentation and lack of labeling/pricing feel misleading as a customer. For example, if commercially grown berries (such as pesticide heavy Driscolls) are repackaged into open fruit baskets and sold in a store called a farmers market with no labels, pricing, signage, or disclosure of their source unless someone specifically asks, a customer could assume they're locally grown. (I'm using Driscoll's only as an example as again, I have no idea what brand you actually sell.) There's also a food safety concern. Repackaging produce into unlabeled containers removes Traceability customers rely on. If a specific lot was recalled because of an outbreak, how would customers know whether the berries they purchased were affected? I don't work for the Texas Department of Agriculture, so I'm not claiming any of these is a violation but the lack of transparency could raise consumer protection concerns. At the end of the day I simply believe customers deserve clear information about what they're buying. I hope this helps. * Original review: Super disappointed to find out the berries on the table by checkout are not local farms but instead Repackaged Driscoll or local Walmart strawberries / blueberries / raspberries ): what the heck! They're in open plastic bags in cute little baskets

My parents lived in Garland so I'd visited the Walnut Hill & 75 location over the years and liked it, other than the fact that they're not allowed to sell hard liquor which is a BIG BUMMER but not the store's fault. I went to this location around 2pm on a weekday and it was BUSTLING! The selection was pretty good and just about everything on my list was in stock. The store is super clean and well stocked by happy, helpful and smiling employees as always. There were even plenty of shopping carts and baskets available which is never the case in downtown San Francisco. The lines were very manageable even though the store was packed with shoppers. My cashier informed me that this is the busiest location in the DFW area, but I'd argue that the Walnut Hill location is just as busy. I was thrilled that the lines don't snake around halfway down the aisles like those for a theme park roller coaster as they do in SF.

I only gave it three stars because the only two customer service people I came in contact with were not friendly at all. For example, when I checked out, the cashier handed me the receipt, made no eye contact, did not acknowledge me in any way. Major pet peeve of mine. Having said that, the ketchup flavored potato chips are amazing!
