I had higher hopes for this nail salon. The atmosphere and ambiance was great, but the quality of the work was not. I got a gel manicure last Thursday (5 days ago) and three of my nails have lifted, which has caused me to peel off the rest of the polish (it was annoying and scratching me). I have never had gel polish peel off so easily and abruptly. The quality of the polish while it was on was horrible. There was color on my skin and cuticles, as well as lines and uneven coloring on a few finger nails. In between my pedicure and manicure, I had to wait 15 minutes and no one was telling me anything. The rest of my party was getting their nails done while I just sat there. Will not be returning. read more

My sister and I came to visit this salon 2 days ago. At first, everything seemed appealing: essential oils, massage with hot stone, and variety of nail polish colors. However, manicure itself (the reason we came) was terrible. And "terrible" sounds like an understatement. A guy who did my nails used too much of a nail polish and there were bubbles. He also did a terrible job cleaning my cuticles: he cut two of my fingers. Although it was terrible enough, my nails turned out better than my sister's. A girl who did my sister's nails was not confident enough and clearly was learning how to do nails. She asked the guy who did my nails to show her how to do certain things. When I asked to do it a little faster she switched with that guy and started doing my nails. This guy continued to do my sisters nails and cut her finger too. It couldn't stop bleeding for 20 min. Although they apologized and offered a $15 discount, I payed $150 for 2 manicures and a pedicure. I'm glad my pedicure did a nice lady and it was okay. However, I'm not happy with their service, the way they apologized, and the amount I payed for such a terrible service. I was tired enough, so I didn't pressure them to do something about it which I regret. Sadly, it was our first visit to this salon, and impression that we got there was absolutely negative. I wish I had a different person do my nails there. I'm glad my pedicure was okay and the lady who did it was nice, so I could calm down and enjoy at least some of my time there. read more

My friend made us an appointment for pedicures before the wedding. Our appointment was at 5:00. We arrived on time and waited for a nice relaxing pedicure. An hour later we gave up and left. I don't mind 15 min or so if I have an appointment but an hour is ridiculous. This should be a walk in only salon. They clearly aren't respectful of clients who take the time to schedule an appointment. I will never go back there again. read more

This salon is beautiful and the staff is very nice. The pedicures are pricey but completely worth it due to the time and natural ingredients they use. The reason for me only giving three stars is for a few reasons. First,my pedicure comes with a relaxing body massage that I did not receive. I unfortunately didn't read the description of the entire pedicure service until I got home. It was then I realized it was included. I saw a customer with wine but I wasn't asked if I wanted something to drink. Lastly, my toes were not all filed the same. Some toes are longer then others and not all are straight. I would still come back because it's relaxing, comfortable and very clean. I will make sure I ask for wine, request an upper body message, and take a good look at my toes before they get painted and after. read more

My wife and I have visited this nail salon over the last couple years 6-8 times. Last Wednesday was the worst. The accommodations are fantastic. There was a older lady getting her nails and talking on her phone, there was only 3 people in the place, so was so loud. Management should of said something. We come to this place to relax. Now for the service. The employees that helped us said they're FILLING in for someone that was going to some conference. They had no idea what they were doing. I had the worst manicure ever. She didn't even know how to buff my nails. Picking at my cuticles and not cutting anything. There is no way these 2 have licenses. The gal that was working on me was related to the owner. I went in and got my nails done (dip) which is supposed to last for a few weeks. My nail specialist was taking breaks in between to play Pokemon Go and was not fully paying attention. Within 2 days, one of my nails fell off. Then after another 2 days, another nail fell off and my other nails were also getting loose. I called about 2-3 times within the week I got my nails done but nobody picked up. I called again just over a week after I got my nails done, and explained how I wanted a refund for my nails because majority of them did not last within a few days. Tia told me she could not give me a refund because it has been over a week, but she said they could redo them, which I did not want to do because I knew it wouldn't last long and it would further damage my nails. When I tried explaining to her that I called within the week I got my nails done, she kept telling me I did not call. I understand if they don't give refunds after a week, however I told Tia a few times that I called within that week and she kept saying that I did not, essentially telling me I was lying, and she called me unreasonable. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I screenshotted the proof of my call and messaged it to Tia but no change in mind. I really wanted to support this business during COVID and spent $50 with tip. But Tia made it very difficult for me to support them, and I won't be coming here again. Not because of my nails falling off within a couple days, but because she dealt with it very unprofessionally and rudely. read more

Beware buying a gift card here. My husband purchased a $65 pedicure for me for valentine's day and accidentally threw my card away with the gift card inside. When he called to inquire about a replacement he was told they do not track their gift cards and there was nothing they could do. So if an accident happens or your GC is misplaced, you are out of luck. Money down the drain. Definitely will not give them business again. read more

Went here by myself and was so happy with my experience that i bought a gift card for my mom and her friend to go get manis/pedis and drink some wine for my moms birthday. They were not that impressed. They were greeted poorly, were never offered wine and didn't know what pedicure they were getting since they didn't even hand them the menu with the options. I live in loomis and would not have sent them all the way there had i known that would be their experience. I know we all have bad days so maybe this was an odd day for this salon but I'm very disappointed. Hopefully if management looks at these reviews they will improve upon experiences when guests come in. I have been to this nail spa several times and up until my last visit things seemed good. However right before Christmas I treated my entire family to mani/pedis. All seemed ok until one of the male workers Kevin cut my youngest daughter's fingers not once but several times. At the time I thought it was just one cut. He drew blood but he wasn't concerned in the least. Didn't apologize, nothing. The other workers stepped in to make sure her hands got disinfected. Her hands continued to bleed after we got home. She refuses to go back. When I complained to the owner I inquired as to the protocols for cleaning tools etc. since after the event I had heard there wasn't a shop protocol, everyone did their own thing and it was likely that Kevin didn't clean his tools well. This concerned me because of my daughters injuries. I never heard back from the owner regarding protocols. Some of the workers are on top of things but you need to be careful who you get! read more

Four of us visited today and all four are thrilled. Two pedicures, a full set and a gel manicure, and all are gorgeous. The spa (it truly is a spa) is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and clean. All products are 100% organic and non toxic, so much so that the salon doesn't need ventilation at each station. It smells delicious in there. The utensils are individually sealed and cleaned packets, so you know that the files and trimmers are just for you. The prices are a bit higher than I'm used to, but it's well worth it considering not only great hand products, but a neck and shoulder massage, hot towel, and aromatherapy. I live 25 minutes away (our friends met in the middle) and all will gladly make the drive to go back. Plus, you can buy a glass of wine! Does it get better?? read more
