Service was great! We came in with a party of 14, and they helped us get settled and stay together. The service from the servers was excellent--they made sure to check in and ensure we were doing well. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the chile rellenos, the rajas con crema, and many other dishes. Over rated and owners are way too money hungry. A lot of what you see on their tik toks or posts is not even available and food servers have a horrible attitude. They had a promotion of eat free on your 7th visit and I had already taken my family of 6. So they told me my next visit is free. So I thought I'd give them a 2nd chance. Went for my 7th visit and they still tried to charge me just because they were super busy and jam packed. Keep in mind it's like $30+ per person and the food is super mid grade quality. They were extremely hard. My mom had the posole & it was greasy. The place just seemed like a Roberto's Taco Shop with a larger variety. We saw this on youtube and wanted to check it out. First we're disappointed because for $25 per person we thought they'll be a larger food selection. We know the menu is not the same everyday but I feel like they should have more food selection even dessert option. The food however is good taste like your grandma cooking everything we had was really good but again we had pozole, tamales, taco which we highly recommend. The food is good tho but not sure if we will be back for $25 we can do other buffet with more food option. They only have jello and fruit for dessert. Once you walk in you have to pay which is reasonable, but how do they ask you to tip if you haven't been served yet. If you are wanting any guacamole for chips, you can't get that here. Apparently was only for tacos, and the taco server makes sure you only get it for tacos. The servers will only tend to content creator and you will be left with empty glasses. Food was ehh. Not a lot of entrees to select from and a server scoops your entrees for you. Gorditas didn't have much flavor. Al pastor tastes like salty pineapples. Would I recommend this place? No! Service - decent, they pick up the plates eventually and hopefully your dispenser has sufficient napkins, although good customer service, so it's odd. I understand the owners minimizing food waste, so there's a line, always, in which They Serve You. Starts at one end and you go down the single line, like if you're back at school. This process adds to the wait time, running out of clean plate doesn't help either. It could be run so much more efficiently, everywhere! Expect to wait, get there early or food runs out. We found this buffet on TikTok. We were in Vegas for the a long weekend. After reading all the reviews we decided to visit the restaurant before heading back to California. Our family was very satisfied with the food they have menudo, pozole, tamales, tacos, chiles rellenos, gorditas, a desserts bar, and fountain drinks everything was delicious and the service that was extraordinary. Everyone that works here is so nice and friendly. Our waiter was Jazlenn she went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it. We highly recommend this restaurant. We visited with the expectation of a breakfast buffet, as widely advertised on social media, only to find it was not being served. This was particularly problematic for us as vegetarians, given the advertised breakfast items were our main draw. While the owner offered to have breakfast items made to order, the dishes we received were incorrect (e.g., wrong chilaquiles, omelets with unwanted ingredients, no potatoes or pancakes). We felt our concerns were not adequately addressed, and a refund at our initial request would have been a more appropriate resolution. The orange juice was also notably artificial. We went on a Sunday because of all the TikTok reviews, for 4 people with a tip we paid $118, it's listed as AYCE but you wait in line and have no idea what the foods are and two really nice non speaking staff members places whatever you choose onto a plate, so you're kind of guessing. There was not much of a selection at all. There wasn't even tacos or burritos. There were two tamales to choose from, they were a fourth the size of a regular one. Horchata is considered a specialty for $8. The food that we got was good but just comparable to el super grocery store.
