AMAZING! I came on a business trip but this place was definitely 10/10. I had the Lamb shack and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. I wish I got a picture but the food looked so good it was already gone before I could. Our server kept our water glasses full and it's very beautiful inside. Edit: I was convinced to get the FLAN best flan I've ever had the picture doesn't do it justice. We also had a free shot of port wine. Wonderful place. I almost forgot to mention live piano music.

Let's start off with the ambience. I love that when you walk in, someone is playing the piano and you can see that the inside is designed to be a Mediterranean atmosphere. The lights were beautiful and I just love how quiet and chill this place was. The service was great! The waitress was really nice. Appetizer: Chips and salsa - the salsa can definitely use a little spice (it was not spicy) chips were not salted but I definitely love my chips not salted (: We also got the Gambas Al Ajillo as an appetizer. This was my favorite dish out of all of them! It was a buttery/creamy shrimpy dish and well cooked! It came with a side of sliced bread as well. The Calamari was what you would expect at a regular restaurant - it had some sprinkled Parmesan on it. I got the Mariscos saltando and it came with scallops and shrimp cooked with Peruvian sauce and it went well with peppers and onions in the dish. The only thing that was kind of off was the fries that was inside the dish. The dish also came with a side of beans and rice. My overall rating is definitely more based on the food vs the service. I thought the service and ambiance was a 5/5 but the food definitely could have used something more. The waitress was very nice here and packed up all of our leftovers for us!

Picked this place to have a last minute dinner on our way back home from Ocean city. We tried to avoid the restaurants at the beach and ended up here after a quick search on Yelp. We were not disappointed. Restaurant had a nice, serene ambiance not to mention friendly staff/server and best of all our food was very good.

Food was very good. I'm still trying to figure out if the restaurant is Mediterranean or Mexican. Overall, my review is average.

We were seated on the rooftop and had a great view from our table. Immediately we were greeted and brought water and had our drink order taken. Our waitress explained the menu and we decided on all Tapas. The street corn is something I could eat for breakfast lunch and dinner every day so 10/10. The crab dip was delicious as well but not super strong crabby taste which made it about a 7/10 for me. I'm not a huge mushroom fan but I did have one and I enjoyed it a lot! The crispy calamari was a 10/10 as well and the chipotle aioli that came with it was the perfect pairing. The Gambas Al Alijo was also delicious! Perfect amount of seasoning. We also got the flank steak which was very good but we did ask for it to be cooked medium and it came out more well done than anything but still delicious! We ended the night with a nice little birthday surprise tart, complimentary. A very cute touch! Overall we loved the place and I'll definitely be visiting again and recommending!

Great place for a date night or a group dinner. Located on the 8th floor of the Cambria hotel. Park in the red cement marked Spain Wine Bar spaces; blue is for the hotel guests. Delicious food with fun cocktails and wines. Here is what we had over three dinners: - Cheese and Charcuterie Board with Drunken Goat cheese (mild flavor) and Jamon Serrano. It came with olives, apricot jam, and mixed nuts. We ran out of crackers and cheese quickly, so I would recommend getting two cheeses and extra bread. - Roasted Beet Salad - lots of cold beet chunks and sprinkled with Valdeon cheese (white cheese similar to feta), Great way start the visit - Short Rib Bocadillo - really loved this - it was short ribs on a lobster roll (no lobster) and the onions really made the flavors pop - Coffee Rubbed Pork Ribs - not spicy - Mmm mmm good! - Flank Steak with green chimichurri - tender and delicious. It did have tiny ribbons of fat on some of the edges. - Patatas Bravas - good size of roasted potatoes, tomato sauce with a drizzle of garlic aioli - Jamon Serrano Croquettes (ham and cheese) - Lollipop chicken - really good fried chicken legs with lots of meat at the top - Pan Seared Blackened tuna with corn avocado salad and micro cilantro. This was tasty but not a lot of tuna for the price - Pistachio gelato - light pistachio flavor - Olive OIl Cake with vanilla bean ice cream - big enough to share. We enjoyed it and it was different. You don't taste the olive oil. It was a denser golden cake. - Flourless chocolate cake covered in a white anglaise sauce and sprinkled with cocoa powder We had the red sangria which was good and came with a dendrobium orchid. We noticed the amount seemed low, about 1/3 full, in the glass but the table next to use had more like 1/2 full in the glass. I tried the Tiramisu White Russian drink for a dessert, and I really did not love it but just drank it to finish it.

You reach the second floor via steep, narrow steps (about 30) with one hand rail. Assume third floor is similar. Not senior citizen friendly. Where before a breakfast was included each morning of your stay, you now are offered 15% off you breakfast, but more on that later. The dining area is a fraction its former charm, but still charming. The dinner menu is pretty good and both of our dinners each night of our stay there were excellent. For this reason I have given two stars. It would be impossible to say the same about breakfast. In one location, an 8AM breakfast opening was listed. Our Welcome Letter stated 830AM was the opening time. Neither time mattered, because on both mornings the Breakfast service wasn't even open. The entry to it was locked up like an after hours NYC Subway entrance. Saturday morning no human being could be found. We even went back at 10AM to see if it had opened yet, with no change. Sunday morning it was locked up, but there a woman behind the bar to give our key to as we checked out. On both mornings we had breakfast elsewhere. We stay at the hotel for special occasions, and this stay was no exception. Staying at the Charlotte Hotel and not having to leave it was always something we appreciated and looked forward to during the previous dozen or so times we had stayed there before. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be coming back.
