I used street parking, there's some free 2hr parking just gotta look. Service was quick and friendly. There are some tables and chairs, nice and quiet. Got to read a bit too. Spam musubi sandwich: nice sweetness to the bread, egg was nice and fluffy, and you get some good pieces of spam in it. A little salty because I think the sauce was oyster sauce plus the saltiness of the spam. Banana latte: I thought the cream top was delicious and creamy. I'd get this one again!
My husband has been going here after client meetings in the area and he told me about how good their coffee and sandwiches are so we came back together so I can finally try their drinks and food! He got the black sesame latte and I got the banana cream latte. We also got the kimchi sandwich. Both drinks were good! I like that they were not too sweet. The kimchi sandwich was delicious, too! It was just the right size and I love how the kimchi didn't make the sandwich too salty. My husband said that the internet here is really fast so it's good if you're looking for a spot to work or study. Everyone was really quiet so it's good if you really need to focus.
Cafe Aloe is the ultimate cafe & place to find bolo baos in Bellevue! I love the variety (flavors and shapes) in their bolo baos. Their HK sandwiches using bolo bao buns are so good when I need a savory snack! Their baos are so cute & delicious as well - I especially love the custard and taro ones! I love the different cremas on the drinks here, which makes them stand out from the local cafes. I love trying their different crema lattes. The vibes here are always bright, open & such friendly staff working!
Such a cute little cafe! I visited on a Monday afternoon and found most tables occupied, so it's clearly a popular spot. I tried the Biscoff Gingerbread Latte, which came cold, and I really enjoyed the flavor--it definitely brought some holiday vibes! I also had the Musubi HK sandwich, which was a good size for $12. They offer free Wi-Fi in the cafe. Note: Parking is on the street.
Cafe Aloe is such a sweet stop! We came for some matcha to beat the heat. Their banana matcha tea is very good-it comes with dried bananas, and it is such a pleasant flavor throughout drinking the matcha. Their kimchi sandwich is an amazing blend of sweet and spicy-the pineapple bun and the kimchi create the sweet and spicy balance I did not know I was craving until I tried it. I love their ambiance-they have such a cute cafe to relax and take pictures in, and they are convenient to get to. I can't wait to come back!
I love love Cafe Aloe since the coffee is very unique and delicious which is important for a coffee shop. Secondly, their sandwich is flavorful and delicious as well. A good amount of seating with charging ports at every seat. The WiFi is very fast compared to most other coffee shops which is great for a little bit of work. The service is friendly as well. Parking can be a little bit tough though.
Located in downtown bellevue close to the former toys r us. Street parking. Tried a couple of their adorable pastries- Nutella bear and matcha mochi turtle. The filling was delicious but wish there was a little more filling to bread ratio. Will definitely be back to try other pastries such as the green tea egg tart and the sesame latte. Great bright place to hangout with lots of tables.
While here for my first time for a Yelp Elite experience, I bought a pineapple bun to go with my mocha. I got here shortly after they opened and their sign still said closed but I tried the door and it opened! I offered to turn the sign over to "Open" and they gratefully accepted. I was the first customer of the day so the couple behind the counter were busily prepping everything while I was there so I didn't get to chat much with them. I did learn they opened in 2020 and survived the pandemic which is saying something. I enjoyed the pineapple bun as it was just right - slightly sweet and crunchy. The cafe interior is very nice with some good photo ops and a large dining room area. The place is well lit with large windows facing the streets. Overall, this is a nice place for a beverage and a quick snack.
Bright neighborhood cafe with Asian/Hong Kong inspired food and drinks. I came a little after noon on a Saturday and they were all out of HK sandwiches, which was surprising, so I ordered the cheesy egg bun instead. The bun was a typical Asian style savory and sweet bun, but the scrambled eggs were really fluffy and done well. The taro piggy bun was good but I think the cute visual is the bigger selling point here. I really loved the black sesame latte and will be coming back for more. The crema was thick and done right unlike other cafes that are just hopping on the trend. Recommend it!
Cafe Aloe shares the entrance to an apartment building, but the little tucked away cafe serves some of the prettiest pineapple buns (as well as other cute animal-shaped buns, pastries, and drinks). Pineapple buns are one of my favorites-- they have zero pineapple in them and usually have a sweet layer of cookie-like sugar crust on top with a sweet and chewy Asian bread on the bottom. Cafe Aloe's version is extra cute and petite, and the crust was scrumptious (as well as very crumbly and messy) but their bread part was more on the dry and tasteless side... like a normal dinner roll. I also tried their sandwiches which use the pineapple buns as bread slices, and they were tasty. The creamy scrambled eggs were delicious and made everything meld together really well :) They are expensive though, $5 for a pineapple bun (usually $1 at a Chinese bakery) and $13 for a sandwich the size of my small fist, but they were fun to try at least! The cafe is clean and has several booths and chairs for seating, could be good for studying, but it was pretty empty both times I visited. Service was friendly enough. Even though they had signs for black sesame pineapple buns (!!), they weren't selling them. If you're down to splurge on a tasty sandwich or try some fun looking snacks, come visit!
This place is perfect when you're craving a small, savory bite. I got the kimchi sandwich with spam, egg, and sauce. It was SO GOOD. The flavors meshed so well together. The egg was fluffy. The pineapple bun added a sweetness that blended so well with the other flavors. The Vietnamese ice coffee was a tad bit more watery than milky in my opinion. It could also use a stronger coffee kick. It wasn't too sweet though, which I prefer. Overall, I would definitely come back to try the buns next time!
We came for the piggy buns, but left being impressed with the rest of the menu! We tried the spicy charsiu and the spam musubi sandwiches, which were both good. They had so many drinks to choose from, but we ended up getting the black sesame latte and loved it. We also ordered a side of har gow dumplings, which was good but not as good as some of the popular dim sum restaurants. The piggy bun was actually my least favorite thing that we tried, not that it was bad. I didn't realize how tiny those buns are! We also ordered some steamed bbq pork buns to go, which also were very tiny compared to other places that I normally order this from. On a Tuesday morning, it was pretty slow with only a couple other patrons in the restaurant. The service wasn't bad, but wasn't friendly either. As for parking, you can circle the block to find street parking or pay to park in a nearby garage.

It is dangerous living and working so close to this place! I usually get the same thing - coconut latte, iced, with piggy buns and the onion bun. Sometimes I'll add in the pork bun, or a crème brûlée custard. I also tried the featured NA mojito, which was passion fruit guava, and it was really refreshing. This is a good cafe to come work at if you need a break from the usual scenery, as there's plenty of tables and it's relatively quiet. Street parking is all around, though there's also a retail garage nearby. The staff is really friendly and able to answer questions or make suggestions if you need them, and quick to fulfill orders! read more

Came here for a yelp event, I got a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, shrimp dumplings and 2 egg tarts. The bread for the sandwich had a sweet crusted top which was perfect with the salty savory cheese and egg mix also the shrimp dumplings were packed full, soft and bouncy. The Cafe has a cute selfie wall, the atmosphere is relaxed and they have plenty of tables and wifi. Great spot read more
Good spot if you're in the area, but not mind blowing or something to go out of your way to get. Peach mojito was good, HK Milk Tea was pretty standard. Pineapple bun was pretty good, but the HK sandwich was something you can easily make yourself with the ingredients. Egg tart was also decent, but those from bakeries are better. read more
Super nice cafe with an Asian flavor. We ordered the sesame oat milk latte and red bean latte. We got a molten custard piggy bao and matcha egg tart to go with our drinks. The drinks were perfect to taste and the egg tart and bao were delicious. We were here for the donation event to benefit the kids nonprofits and charities. Cafe Aloe looked like a great stop - cantonese inspired items and coffees. I came for breakfast and got a few items. I don't think I'll be back for the food but will try the coffees. Hong kong sandwich: comes with sausage or spam, egg, and cheese on a bolo/pineapple bun. The egg was fluffy but slightly oily and had some green onions that were cooked in. I got the sausage and although the bolo was delicious (if they sell it by itself, then it's great), I couldn't get any other flavors like the meat. It was pretty one dimensional. Original egg tart: a very mid egg tart. It wasn't bad and was very light but just okay. Piggy bun (custard): pretty okay but the custard was pretty sparse. Also if the bun isn't eaten quickly, the ears of the bun gets really firm. XLB: the XLB's came already popped open and you could tell they were frozen. It was very reminiscent of XLB's you can get from the freezer aisle of your asian market. My partner got the siu mai which isn't on the menu but he said it was very processed and didn't like it. read more

An adorable cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating, good for relaxing or studying while enjoying the yummy food and drinks. The staff not only greet you with a friendly smile but also prepares and serve their food and drinks in a timely manner. My fiancée and I particularly enjoyed the crispy pork bun. We will definitely come back more often to enjoy this delicacy. read more
Cute shop with both indoor seating and outdoor seating (on a little patio) available. There's a little display on the counter with some of their pastries (e.g. egg tarts) on display. The service was quick (~5 min) as I was the only customer ordering at the time I came in. HK Egg Sandwich: The "pineapple" topping was lovely and very flaky. It was just a tad sweet and very much tasted like the pineapple buns I'm used to from other Chinese bakeries. The bread part was soft and light. The eggs were very fluffy, and I really enjoyed the hint of green onion, though would have loved if we had just a bit more of that. Overall, quite a yummy bite with nostalgic flavors. However, for a listed price of $10+, I did not expect the sandwich to be as small as it was. HK Milk Tea: Very rich and strong tea flavor, which was pretty good. The tea flavor was a bit too overpowering on the overall milk tea experience (than I'm normally used to from HK-style milk teas in general) though. read more

Good snacks and unique menu! I came here on a Saturday after preordering food 2 days prior to takeout. The ambiance was cute, the cafe had a clean trendy feel upon entering and a few tables with open space to sit and drink coffee. The cafe was fairly crowded for a Saturday afternoon, but has good space to meet friends or study. The service was slow. They had a family in front of me, but seemed to be a few orders behind. We ordered 10 items for 3:30 pm and when I arrived at 3:50 they weren't yet ready. However, the workers seemed to be doing their best and trying to keep up and the cashier was friendly. The food itself was good. The taro buns were hot and tasty with authentic taro, but I do wish there was a little more filling. The egg tarts were also good, the matcha tasted matcha-y, but I think the egg tarts were best original or bruleed since the egg flavor with matcha was a bit different. They also offer a variety of seasonal items and unique asian matcha and sesame lattes which I will be back to try. Parking was terribly full along the street so may be difficult, but it looks like there a good amount of parking the next street over if you don't mind walking. Overall, cute cafe with unique drinks and snacks. Would recommend a stop in for some snacks or coffee, but 4 stars for slow service and small filling in the buns. One of my favorite places to go for a Hong Kong inspired snack, with their pineapple bun sandwiches being my go to. Usually, I'll either get a pineapple bun with spam and egg, or just a plain pineapple bun with some butter in it. The tops of their pineapple buns are more crumbly than your average, while the bao itself is nice and soft, so it has a nice textural contrast. Despite the texture it is still able to maintain its structural integrity well even if eaten as a sandwich. This most recent time, my wife tried the new shrimp and chili crisp pineapple bun which was very delicious, blending sweet, savory with a little kick. The other items on the menu are good as well. I like their BBQ pork buns quite a bit, and have enjoyed their tarts as well, but the main draw for me will always be the pineapple bun sandwiches. One thing to note, the portions aren't huge, and they are definitely not cheap, so keep that in mind. Overall, a lovely little cafe that I enjoy taking the wife and dog (there's a grassy area right outside) to on the weekends. read more

Laid back cafe with yummy sparkling mojitos and BOMB spam musubi sandwiches made with crumbly pineapple bun Food came out hot and fast and the workers were nice I personally loved that my peach mojito had canned peach chunks in it, it was a yummy after snack haha~ Finding seats hasn't been an issue so far with both indoor and outdoor options, though it's not a huge cafe. My main struggle is finding street parking during busy hours or the weekends. Café Aloe is a cute family-owned beverage café that also sells Hong Kong style pastries in Bellevue. The son runs the business; he's super nice and helpful. His dad is the baker that makes all the food items, both savory and sweet pastries. The dad works in the mornings and makes the pastries of the day. When they are sold, they are gone for the day. I had previously read of Café Aloe, but my first time there was via a Yelp event. I have since introduced this cafe to my Hong Kong friends. Thumbs up! Drink: Salted Caramel Mocha, 16oz, $5.50 - 5 Stars This was delicious. The sweetness and the subtle caramel flavor are perfectly balanced. If there's salt, I didn't taste it, which is just the way I like salt in sweet treats. The Food: Molten Custard Steamed Piggy Bun, $3.25 - 5 Stars This is so cute! I didn't eat this immediately and lost some of the moistness when I reheated it. That's on me. The flavor of the custard is very good. Excellent quality. I am woofing this down at the shop during future visits! Matcha Egg Tart, $2.75 - 5 Stars This was very delicious. The matcha flavor is OUTSTANDING. The crust is cookie type (vs. flaky style). Reheating at home in the toaster oven was very successful. Definitely like this. Crème Brulee Egg Tart, $2.75 - 5 Stars This tasted more like a normal custard egg tart with a bit of toastiness. I suppose that's what brulee is. Regardless, the flavor is very good. I wish I have the original to compare, but they sold out. Crispy BBQ Pork Bun, $4.50 - 4.5 Stars The filling of this bun is AMAZING. It's one of the best BBQ pork bun filling I have had in a long, long, long time. This says a lot. I would have been happy with a regular baked pork bun top. The crispy skin was good, but it's a newer sort of gimmick thing. read more
Overall, I give Cafe Aloe a 3.5/4 star rating. I mean, they have piggy buns and that alone checks off my cute requirement for all things. Cafe Aloe features some familiar tasting Hong Kong style pastries and drinks. I wouldn't necessarily say the flavors were unique or it's the best place for pastries overall, but it's definitely a good place to catch up with friends. I appreciate the fact that it's owned by locals, there's convenient 2 hour street parking nearby, the staff is friendly, and they played some of my favorite Korean pop songs. One confusing thing about Cafe Aloe though is their main entrance set up - their entry is shared with a leasing office next door, so one of my friends initially couldn't figure out how to get in. We ordered quite a bit of food, including the signature sandwiches (HK and the Spicy Charsiu), piggy bun, crispy BBQ Pork bun, dim sum, all the tarts (matcha, original and creme brûlée) and a bunch of drinks, including the sesame latte. I'd probably next time skip the dim sums, the Spicy Charsiu (since it wasn't very spicy and the pork floss flavor was hard to taste) and only buy one piggy bun for photos. However, my favorite items were the crispy BBQ pork bun and the Hong Kong Sandwich. The pasty was light, freshly baked and the pork in the bun was sweet and matched the bread. As for the HK Sandwich, the salty spam paired very well with the fluffy eggs and the pineapple bread bun added a nice, unexpected sweetness. read more
I was drawn by the cute piggy buns! The black sesame latte had a creamy sesame flavor, but not too sweet. It's very coffee forward, but it was very good as I'm trying to gravitate away from too much sweets. The bbq pork bun was pretty average. The ratio of filling to bun was on the lesser side, but it was still a good snack. The piggy bun was very good! I loved how the custard oozed when you open it. They have several flavors of custard buns, and the molten one is the one with the runnier texture. The regualr custard piggy bun has a filling which is more like a paste. In terms of the ambiance, it's pretty tranquil with some light korean music playing. There are 6 small tables and outlets along the bench. A good place to work outside of home! read more

I want to start off by saying that I absolutely adore Cafe Aloe. The food is wonderful, and the cafe has calm, cool vibes. The HK sandwich is my go-to and is seriously one of my favorite sandwiches ever! I really enjoy coming here for a delicious meal and a fun trip into downtown Bellevue. The reason I won't rate it 5 stars at this time is because lately, the last few times I've visited, the employees seemed dismissive, like they were just going through the motions and it wasn't very friendly. In addition, the lack of seating inside is disappointing. It takes a bit of time to wait for the food (and the food is absolutely worth the wait!), but without hardly any seating, it wasn't as enjoyable. read more
Cute lil Hong Kong cafe tucked away in Bellevue! There's large tables and plenty of seating, and I saw a bunch of people with laptops out doing work here. I think I'll bring mine too next time, since the ambience was so nice. The food items honestly feel a little hit or miss. The steamed custard piggy buns were so soft and fluffy, with the perfect warm interior oozing out when you split it open. I also loved the egg tarts, with their flaky crust and slightly crunchy brûléed top. I thought the pineapple bun was only okay though. A bit of a dry texture, and the sugary crumble on top fell off super easily as you bit into the bun. I also didn't really like my Hong Kong milk tea, which had a weird aftertaste I wasn't expecting and didn't quite agree with. Overall, definitely interested in coming back to try some of their other menu items and drinks! Everything tastes homemade, both in a good and bad way, but with such an interesting and unique menu I'll be sure to check out other items. read more
First time to Cafe Aloe but I've been wanting to visit for a while now! Pineapple bun, egg tarts and gingerbread latte were great. Loved the latte! Not too sweet, which is nice. I want to try the black sesame one next time since I love black sesame. The pastries were really nice. I especially liked their egg tart. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. The space is open, good lighting and nice that it has a small patio for outdoor seating too. Location is convenient for street parking then we drove .5 miles to Inspiration Playground after. Ample and free street parking. read more
Molten piggy custard was delicious. Custard ooey gooey flavorful. It was a hot afternoon and I wanted something refreshing and ordered the passion fruit mojito. I would definitely get this again. Everyone was really nice. I also ordered other pastries the green onion bun was good simple. Bbq bun was tasty as well. Taro bun was nice as well. I did order a couple creme brûlée egg custards but unfortunately they forgot to put in my bag of goodies but it was ok. A little disappointed I didn't get what I paid for but I was already home and had plenty of other food to fill up on. Overall a really cute spot with tasty drinks and treats. read more
I love this place! It is great drinks, great service, great food (bakery pastry type, and great ambiance! I wish the prices were lower but it's Bellevue. I usually get hong kong milk tea and a pineapple bun. This special bun wit the shrimp filling is AMAZING! it can be a little messy but that's great because they fill it up! read more

I ordered a vanilla latte, piggy custard bun, crispy bbq pork bun, and matcha egg tart. I love the crispy bbq pork bun!! I will definitely order a few next time to-go. So good! The piggy custard bun is so cute and also good. I was a little disappointed with the matcha egg tart, just did not have a lot of matcha flavor and texture made it hard to eat. The latte was good! I do think the tables could be cleaner as there were a few open tables but none were clean. Overall, I'd come again if I was in the area to try other items on their menu! read more

This place is recommended by my Airbnb host. I m so glad I made it a try ! Love their Coffee Milk Tea, a very traditional Hong Kong style 1/2 Coffee 1/2 Milk Tea! I Also like their Pineapple Bun with spam and egg sandwich! I like to eat the bun, egg and the spam separately likes breakfast plate. So it work for me too. The service is amazing. I usually order hot drink they accidentally make it ice however they fix my drink immediately. So I m happy! This place is so cozy and clean. Perfect for work, homework or gathering. Parking is easy too. There are plenty of street parking around the cafe. I will definitely try other things read more

100% get the spam musubi pineapple bun!! It was soooo good. Soft fluffy egg, salty spam (in the best way), & sweet pineapple bun. The piggy bun was so cute and the custard made for a good dessert bun. The steamed bbq pork bun was okay but could use more filling to bun ratio. Sol got sea salt crema & I got the black sesame latte. They were okay. Strong coffee flavor and not very sweet. Good amount of seating, free WiFi, and free street parking. Overall, come for the pineapple hk sandwiches! read more

It's a cute cafe in the Bellevue Downtown area, just a block away from H-Mart. It's not hard to find, but before I even entered the cafe, I realized that it's challenging to find parking space in the area. Although there is street parking available, it's very difficult to find. I ended up using the parking at H-Mart, and I just went shopping after visiting this cafe. I was there around 2:30 pm, but all HK tea selections were sold out. (I was very interested in HK style tea.) I didn't feel like getting any coffee. (I don't drink coffee in the afternoon.) I ordered Seattle Fog and Matcha Egg Tart. The Seattle Fog is pretty much like Starbuck's London Fog, but a bit sweeter. The Matcha Egg Tart is kind of unique. It's delicious. The customer service was also good. There was a line when I was there, but the girl at the cashier didn't rush me. She was patient and friendly. The overall atmosphere was nice! The price is generally higher than other comparable cafes. My husband went with me, but he decided not to order anything when he saw the price. I agree that it's not cheap, but it's not super expensive, either. If I happen to be in the area without parking problem, I would still like to give it another try. read more

I don't get to the Seattle area often, with work. It's not my favorite overnight on the job. When at a new spot I'm always looking for local places. Cafe Aloe happened to be right across from the hotel. The sandwiches looked intriguing, and they had Vietnamese coffee!! Greeted by staff with a "hello", as you walk in is a nice touch. The line moved very fast, and they were quick to my order, with a smile. Even showing gratitude for leaving a tip. Very respectful, and professional. I opted to order the Hong Kong sandwich with Spam, and a Vietnamese iced coffee. I usually get the coffee from SFO, so each area has a slightly different touch, this one was about a 7/10, I like it a little sweeter. I'm willing to bet that had I asked in the future for a sweeter blend they'd be happy to change it. The HK sandwich was my first experience with this recipe.. Sweet, salty, savory goodness! It was really, really good! I was wanting a light snack before a long walk, but this sandwich was a solid meal. It's heavy, but it's really worth it. 9/10. Upon leaving I grabbed a peach mojito sparkler for the walk. Wasn't sweet, was very refreshing and worth it as well. 8/10. If you're in the area, place this cafe on your journey. Very polite staff, great food, and plenty of seating to enjoy your best selection. Thanks for making my trip enjoyable! read more

It's 2022, right? so... we need wear masks here too. We came in at 4pm on a Tuesday and it was super quiet. I'd love to come back to hang out with my friends here and get a mojito (non alcoholic). Lots of free tables . I wonder if gets crowded at lunch time (?) We even find a couple spots to park right in front of the cafe. It was kind of tricky to find the entrance, we had to go through 2 doors. But once you find it, you're gonna love it . My favorite decoration was their plant wall, love love love!!! The staff is super friendly and they can explain you the flavors and choices in case you're not familiar with buns and tea. Clearly their master peaces are the piggy buns and mini pies. We also ordered the steamed pork buns... SO YUMMY!!! I've heard green onion buns are the gem of the crown (have to come back to taste those) Aloa Cafe has lots of potential to keep growing. read more

The ordering process was easy and the staff helped for all the questions. Piggy Buns with Molten Custard - This was a beautiful cute piggy custard. It took a while to feel like cutting up a cute piggy! This was a delicious semi solid custard filling in a bun. Egg Hongkong Sandwich - This is the regular one without SPAM/Sausage. This was an interesting, awesome sandwich where the Egg was salty wheras the top bun on the sandwich had a sweet layer! They melt the cheese with a blow torch! Creme Brulee Egg Tart - these are cute, small egg tarts. These are small as they fit in your palm! Green Onion Bun - the surprise purchase and probably one of the amazing green onion bun I have eat. the bun was fresh and refreshing! read more

Super exciting to have a new Chinese bakery in the Bellevue area! My husband stopped here to get their special Lunar New Year treats - a tiger custard bun and mandarin orange egg tart. He also got the piggy custard buns and taro bun. My favorite were the custard buns, although I'd recommend microwaving them for 10-20 seconds for optimal eating experience. The egg tart was tasty as well although it wasn't mandarin orange infused like I expected but the orange on top of it was sweet and fresh. I also had the mint mojito iced coffee which I was hoping would be like the Philz coffee chain in California but it didn't come close unfortunately. Still excited to come back and try more items! read more

The owner was so sweet and patient while I was ordering and we tried two kinds of coffee (a rose latte, espresso), a piggy custard bun, a crispy pork bun, and egg tart. The coffees were impressive my husband said the espresso was better than a fellow coffee only spot in Bellevue that we frequent often. The piggy custard bun was delightful with an ample amount of custard and the crispy pork bun reminded us of Tim Ho Wan's version we had in Hong Kong. There was a Hong milk tea too that I neglected to see and will definitely try on our next visit. (The owner's husband is from Hong Kong, we were lucky to visit two years before COVID hit). What a tasty experience. My kids and I stopped in for a caffeine break and snack. And we just HAD to get a piggy bun! When we arrived the place was hopping! Cafe Aloe has indoor and outdoor seating, but in the winter months inside the cafe is where it's at. It's COVID in King County to be prepared to show your vaccination card if dining in. But this is a great cafe for getting some at home work done or have a study group because the cafe is quieter (people are talking but you're not competing over loud music). We got a variety of items: iced Hong Kong lemon tea, grapefruit mojito, Seattle fog, molten custard piggy bun, steamed bbq pork bun, and a sausage crispy Hong Kong sandwich. We recommend the piggy bun for 100% cuteness with the mojito for a sweet ice treat made with real fruit inside the cup. This location isn't downtown-downtown so street parking is easier and there a is a garage available next door. read more
This place is so cute. It's a Hong Kong cafe with adorable pig buns and hearty egg sandwiches. The sandwiches are to die for. I have found my mouth watering when I go by here. I think it's the best breakfast sandwich shop in the area. Everything is super cute, made to order, and feels healthy yet rich. It can take around 10-15 minutes to get your sandwiches since it isn't prepared beforehand but it's worth the wait and Instagram worthy :) read more
Cute and sweet locally owned cafe in DT Bellevue. It seems like a convenient place for people who live in the adjacent apartment building, but i was also easily able to find parking. Would be a cute place to study or work remote for a little for a change of pace. Had a matcha latte and piggy bun and enjoyed them both. The piggy buns are so cute that I had to bring some home to my kiddos and they thought they were to cute to eat. i saw this place all over my tiktok and instagram last year, and have passed by this cafe many times whenever i was in the area, but i was always afraid that it would just be another over hyped cafe. however, i am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and drinks that we ordered! food: they seem to make the pastries themselves! the pineapple bun was soft and the crust was perfect and crunchy, not too crumbly at all which i really appreciated! the classic bolobao flavor was there. as for the hk milk tea, this was the closest to what i've tried in hongkong in seattle. although it was a tad bit sweet, the hk milk tea flavor was definitely there. i am pleasantly surprised! as for the black sesame latte, i would recommend getting this drink out of everything i got! creamy and the right amount of roasted black sesame flavor. service: nothing too special, but they were quick with our order. ambiance: so cute but also sparsely decorated. there is ample seating area that is perfect for bigger groups. the space is also quite spacious, and i liked the photo wall! read more
