Came with the family and the restaurant is clean, nice waiters/staff and all. but the food is eh. I got a lemonade and it just tasted like water. No free refills every refill is $5 I myself ordered the linguini Alfredo with chicken and it was bland, didn't have too much flavor, and the chicken in the Alfredo was sweet/bitter. And a lot of extra unnecessary grease on the bowl as well! Not really good I must say. Now I'm not saying it's always gonna be bad but it was probably just a bad day for the workers I do not know. I'll try it maybe once more but probably not. And it's very expensive too, $28 for the linguini plate. Just be prepared for expensive prices haha. read more

I headed to Miami for Art Basel and was in need of some good breakfast food. As soon as I sit down I'm greeted with a sweet server. She recommended me some of her favorite plates as she should and made me feel taken care of. I can tell the restaurant was busy, I mean come on Art Basel and my food took 45 minutes to arrive. It wasn't the servers fault and she had apologized to me multiple times. But Finally, my food had arrived, it was delicious and it was well worth the wait. Although, I was disappointed that management didn't approach my table to apologize or speak to me when I'm a paying customer. I know what's good service because I work in the industry but I'm thankful for the server. Do BETTER management. read more

Charged non-happy hour prices during happy hour, bartender asked if we wanted a splash of bailey's in the espresso martini and charged an additional $15 for it on our check. Took about 20 minutes from the time we sat at the bar (it was practically empty) until we got the drinks, and the total bill was $58 for 2 espresso martinis, one with a tiny bit of Baileys, DURING happy hour. (There is a sign outside the restaurant that has a list of drinks for $6.95, on which there is an espresso martini. The bill had each one as $15). Absolutely the most ridiculous dining experience of my entire life and I could not recommend this place any less. Felt like a total rip-off and deception. READ: DO NOT COME HERE unless you enjoy getting ripped off. On top of it all, not a single staff member was following COVID guidelines with masks being worn as chin straps. read more

Food and drinks are expensive compared to the ones next to them and the quality of food was not good. Denny's and Ihop is better. Ordered steaks n eggs in med rare and over easy eggs. Got med well steak and eggs are over-hard. Wife ordered spicy shrimp scampi and kids orders linguini off of their kids menu. Both came and was similar in portion except my wife's 24$ Spicy scampi wasnt spicy and had 5 tiny shrimps and a piece of bread. Never got the fries for the kids meal. 20% Gratuity is automatically charged so even with shitty service, they get a tip. Probably why our waiter did the bare minimum. Had lunch at Cafe Americano on June 24th 2021 - food took almost an hour to come and was very disappointing. I had the Americano Breakfast Sandwich that had cold deli ham against warm scrambled eggs - the ham made the eggs cold. Served with deep fried potatoes that were horribly overcooked and dry. If I could have this restaurant a -5 I would. The service yesterday at 10:16am was HORRIBLE!!! When me and my friends walked in we got seated and waited over 5 minutes (don't remember the exact time) before one of us had to go get a server to get a drink... After that we ordered mimosas and they brought us water and one of them had lip stains still on it. When asked for another one we never seen it. Then we got our food before our actual drinks and one of our friends food tasted nasty. When requested for something else the server had an attitude for her not liking her food. Then she kept having an attitude. When requesting the manager 3 times he never came over all he did was look at our table and keep going. Me working at a a high caring fast food place I expect service to be easy for customer and when they request a manager that they actually get the MANAGER and not more attitude from the server. Our server was Veronica and she took forever to bring checks. When she brought checks she failed to even ask how we were doing checks. When corrected she had another attitude. I'm sorry you failed to do your job properly. If I'm spending over $80 dollars on food and drinks for just two people I expect my service to be pleasant and no attitudes from people who want high tips. read more
