Fresh off a red eye, my team and I just wanted a good breakfast. Unfortunately Cafe Americano did not meet the mark. The food was very bland.

Me and my friend Roland went to Cafe Americano for brunch. The hostess seated us right away and gave us menus. The server came as we are checking the menus and asked us if we have any questions and suggeste recommendations. We were not ready so we just ordered iced latte and iced matcha to start. I ordered the steak and eggs, pancakes and my friend ordered the shrimp scampi linguini. The food was good and delicious, the server was attentive and took care of us, the manager and the hostess were also nice and friendly. Casual ambiance and relaxing atmosphere, a lot of good items in the menu, hospitable staff, and great location. Check it out!

Food awesome! Excellent service. Romantic ambiance. We sat outside. Great romantic date on Halloween! All that we ordered was great but don't get the pizza. That's what we heard. So we got a Caesar salad, fried calamari, chicken parm, and cheesecake. All yummy.

It was a slow start here. It took a while for a server to come over after we sat, and it wasn't very busy. After the slow burn though, I really did enjoy this spot. It was a beautiful day and the seating outside is really visually attractive and lush. Once the server came, he bought the coffee quickly, took our order, and the food came out pretty quickly. My friend had the French toast was actually was the winning plate. It was very delicious. I had the omelette. I wanted them to add a couple things like tomatoes and sausage and they did. Once the server came, he was attentive after that. I'm a big breakfast and brunch fan and they have an all day option. The price is Miami typical. If you're ever around and in the mood for brunch, I would say give it a try.

Really enjoyed my lunch here! We got seated right away and after ordering, the drinks and food came out pretty fast. The food looked so good. This was my first time trying quesabirria tacos & they were very tasty!

Cafe Americano is a great place to visit if Service on South Beach. The service from Jose was excellent and the food was amazing. The price was reasonable especially for the area. The place also has a nice exterior design with indoor and outdoor dining . I recommend the watermelon Burrata salad. This was a unique salad and fresh from the veggies to the watermelon . The tres leches French toast is not your typical French Toast. It's accompanied with some strawberries, meringue, whip cream. The toast are cut in strips made with Dulce de leche rum sauce and cinnamon. One of the best French toast . Cafe Americano is the spot to be if you looking for brunch, or lunch . Most definitely I'll come back. When I am back in town, again.

Cute boho style outside seating. Service was on the slower side but waitress was attentive. Food was solid 3 stars- Cuban sandwich had some great flavors but needed a proper dipping sauce, fries were stone cold when they came out. Tuna appetizer was nice and fresh, needed more plantain crisps. Calamari were a bit underwhelming - good batter but needed more flavor. Oversized Bellini was pretty good.

Saturday at 11am. Not a breakfast person but my hotel reservation came with complimentary breakfast and coming from nyc where the weather the super cold , I took advantage of dining outdoors to enjoy the gorgeous miami weather as I watch passerby's go to/ from the beach , etc . It's a great place for people watching ! In addition to the ambiance, the service by Jarold was great ! He was attentive and friendly . I had the American breakfast, it's good , nothing special , it came with eggs , toast , potatoes and bacon and my friend had the same but substituted the potatoes with avocado . They play music which gives it that miami , party vibe

Cute patio, decent omelette... and that's where the positives end. We ordered a breakfast burrito and specifically asked for the mayo to be inside--not on the side. Sounds simple, right? Apparently not. They ignored the request, and when we asked about it, both the server and the manager claimed it "wasn't possible." Funny how they managed to put jalapeño sauce inside though. To make matters worse, the burrito was gross. The bacon and ham were barely cooked--chewy, limp, and borderline raw. When the waiter asked how everything was, we told him the burrito wasn't good... and he just walked away without a word. Rude and unbothered. This place is all about looks--definitely not taste or service. Wouldn't go back. Definitely not returning back. Update: they didn't end up charging us for the burrito but regardless still not a good experience.

Samuel was a great server and we loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. We wanted a reasonably priced, light lunch and this hit the spot. We had coffee, mocktails and started with the fried calamari. For lunch we had the Poke and the Chicken Bowl. Both were prepared fresh, tasty and would come back again. They serve brunch, a full variety of cocktails and the menu is diverse. Sit outside to enjoy the street views and the birds nibbling on crumbs.

What a lucky find as I was headed out for the morning! There's plenty of outdoor space filled with lush greenery to make this feel like a bit of an oasis despite being right on the main street. The hostess was kind when both the couple in front of me and I asked for a different table than initially provided (a small thing, but it makes such a difference!). My server, Giuli, was incredible. So friendly, checked in at just the right moments, and really made me feel welcome and looked after. Apparently, it was also her first day, so props to her and Cafe Americano for hiring her! The chilaquiles was delicious! The chips had a perfect crunch (not your regular tortilla chips, but the quality homemade stuff!), a plethora or meat, and an entire dish of the sauce on the side. Quite impressive and exactly what this Californian has been longing for after 2 years in the North East.

We stopped at Cafe Americano shortly after landing in Miami and checking in our hotel. The restaurant had nice outdoor seating, so we sat outside since the weather was nice. We all enjoyed our food and drinks and our waitress was very helpful.

Food was great, avocado burrata toast hit the spot! Service was fast, Samuel was my server and he was prompt and all around good vibes. Music was relaxing, great chill breakfast spot. Inside and outside seating.

First and foremost, do not waste your time or money coming here…read more As a Miami native, I was genuinely disappointed by both the food and the level of service. Unfortunately, neither lived up to expectations. We started with the "jumbo" wings, which were anything but jumbo. We received only flats, and they were some of the smallest wings I've ever been served. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were told the manager would take 50% off the order. However, when the bill arrived, we were informed that the manager had already left and the discount could no longer be honored. Instead, we were given only the $4 happy hour discount, despite being promised otherwise. For our entrées, we ordered the brisket sandwich and the half chicken. Neither was worth ordering. The chicken lacked the crispy texture it was advertised to have, and the brisket was bland and without flavor. The sandwich was also supposed to come with truffle fries, but instead we were served cold, plain fries. After mentioning it, the solution was to bring us a side of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese and ask us to mix it ourselves. The service was equally disappointing. We asked our server twice for drink refills, but she never brought them. We eventually had to flag down another server just to get our beverages refilled. Overall, this was a frustrating dining experience from start to finish. Between the poor-quality food, unfulfilled promises regarding the bill, and inattentive service, this restaurant fell well below the standard I would expect from a Miami establishment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the current level of food quality and customer service is simply unacceptable. and quality is embarrassing for miami.

We were seated right next to the pool, but our table happened to be directly in front of the spot where everyone stopped to take photos. At first it felt a little odd, but it quickly became entertaining and added to the fun atmosphere. We stayed in the Azure suite, Our room was stunning and was ready a few hours early, which allowed us to start enjoying our stay right away with a bottle of bubbly the hotel sent up. We changed into our swimsuits and headed straight to the pool. The next morning was my favorite part of the stay, since only hotel guests have access to the pool before the restaurant opens, it was much quieter and the perfect way to enjoy such a beautiful setting. The only downside was that the hotel is extremely loud at night. We knew what to expect from reading previous reviews, so it wasn't a surprise, but it's worth mentioning. I was also a little disappointed by the restaurant service, which felt indifferent and not especially welcoming. Despite those drawbacks, the beauty, history, and overall experience made for a memorable stay!

The berries stay whole and tart instead of melting into jam. That restraint is what separates precision from indulgence. The avocado toast comes with radish shaved thin and microgreens that aren't buried, just placed. The plating is considered, not theatrical. Big difference. The benedicts work. Hollandaise holds the emulsion, the eggs are cooked to the yolk, the proteins don't bleed. The pancakes (key lime, pistachio, Belgium ganache) are where they let personality show, but the base is always solid. The plain croissant is $5 and tastes like they're not cutting corners.
