Chicken pita with fries
Gentry N.

Pretty good, but nothing extraordinary. The falafel was soft, but fine. The chicken pita was absolutely loaded with chicken, but prices still seem a bit high for gyros. Service was friendly, but not overly attentive.

People rave about the fries here so I had to try them. I was curious so I asked the waitress how they prepare the fries and she said they come frozen they tasted ok but I don't understand the hype. They taste like they have a very light batter on them that increases the surface area to make them more crispy (but also more oily). The falafel salad costs like $17 but they only give you 4 little falafels! Might as well get the meat! I get that inflation is rampant but does this salad look like it's worth $17??? Only giving it 3 stars for the nice waitress who took my takeout order.

Souvlaki kabob platter with a side of hummus.

Service was super quick. I came on a Monday around 4PM and it's pretty slow. Waitress was friendly. They will sit you first. Parking was easy lots of spaces. I was looking to relax but the cooks/workers were watching videos on their phone loudly and it was very distracting Feta on the rice was a nice twist. The size was pretty big I had leftovers. I ordered the chicken Souvlaki kabob platter. The chicken was juicy and seasoned nice. Waitress was so nice. She kept checking up on me and just had a really nice demeanor. The restaurant is very open, a lot of natural light. I saw someone working here which I would agree would be a nice place as long as it's slow and the workers on blasting their phones lolol.

Great food. The only thing I would watch is the feta. A little is tasty, but too much and the dish will just taste salty.

Much better coffee available around town. Espresso martini: 5/5 very dark. Great place to work with colleagues or alone. People seem to like to meet up here and talk vs work though. The electrical outlets are SPARSE. More about community than an extended office.

The bar almost resembles something you might find in a small European hotel, which may suggest they are aiming for a slightly upscale tone, though it never feels pretentious. The seating is varied, with small tables and retro chairs that seem intentionally chosen rather than bought in bulk. The spacing is better than most coffee shops, which makes it easy to settle in without feeling crowded. The back area opens up even more, and the soft drapery adds a touch of personality that appears to hint at events or just a bit of flair. The staff continues to be the standout for me. Everyone I spoke with was kind in a way that felt natural, and they knew the menu well enough to help me navigate dairy free options. I usually order the avocado toast on focaccia because it is consistently fresh. The bread looks oversized at first but is airy and soft, and the avocado and radish topping feels simple in the best way. The matcha made with water has also become a go to since it tastes smooth and well-bodied without that chalky, thin finish some places have. My partner and I visited during their Dia de Los Muertos weekend and tried a few themed items. Everything was good, and they were quick to suggest dairy free choices. Prices seem fair, even with the general bump everywhere lately. The only thing I wish they had more of is outlets. It is still a nice place to work for a couple of hours, but coming with a charged laptop helps. The overall vibe is calm with just enough energy to keep the space from feeling sleepy. It works well for coffee dates, casual catch ups, or solo work, especially for anyone who prefers a relaxed atmosphere without too much chaos.
