When we told him to please fix the problem he treated us very disrespectfully. First he didn't want to give us the void receipt, because he said he already did it, and when we asked him we needed it to check that the return was actually made he started cursing. I ordered Poached Eggs with Kiymali for breakfast with hopes that it would be good and fulfill my egg craving. The dish wasnt just good, it was PHENOMENAL, even with it being a delivery. They set up a lovely tented outdoor space which surprising keeps you cool even in the sweltering summer months. I went to order a coffee and the classic egg on toast... to go, and waited close to 30min for it. Not once did the waitress that processed my order check with the cook that was literally 4' behind her to see what was the delay. Another male that appeared to be the manager walked past me a dozen times I'd say, and not once did he inquire if I was good, or what did I order that I was there for so long...as he checked on other patrons right next to me already eating their food! My frothed coffee was brought out fairly quickly, yet had I known I would've ordered the coffee on the way out so it wouldn't be close to cool when I got to enjoy my sandwich. Then another male that, also passed by me constantly brought me my order and made no attempt to offer apologies for the long wait as if I should just be glad I got my order. When I moved into my new apartment I was delighted to find this awesome little cafe right next door. The coffee is amazing and the food is incredible. Very interesting menu with breakfast, pastries and sandwiches with a Turkish twist. The owner and staff are so welcoming and friendly. By my second or third time visiting they knew my name! Wowoowowowow Excellent affordable food, delicious delicious coffee, and the donuts are mind blowing-- I think they have potential to shutdown the nearby Krispy Kreme Factory. the Choco hazelnut donut is not too sweet, and is delightfully fluffy. tricky thing is, they're new, so if you order to stay, it can take a while. Such a quaint cafe to spend the afternoon. I love this little cafe. It's only a few blocks from my apartment. My husband and I always walk past it, but we haven't gone inside until a few weeks ago. We came in for a late lunch, at around 3pm. Seating is limited, but the ambiance is great. It's so cozy and there's plenty of natural light. I could honestly sit there for an entire afternoon just reading. Their menu is very simple and straightforward. My husband ordered the poached eggs with kiymali and I ordered the avocado toast (call me basic all you want, avocado toast is awesome). Food came out pretty quickly, within 10 minutes of us ordering. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his poached eggs - it was gone within seconds. I barely got a bite of the dish because he inhaled it so quickly. I enjoyed my avocado toast. This is the first time I've had avocado mixed with apples. I wasn't sure how I felt about it when I saw it, but it made so much sense once I tasted it. The apples add crunch and are a great texture element. The sweetness was what really threw me off, in a good way. I didn't expect it, but it was a nice surprise. AMAZING! I went to Dolma yesterday with a party of three. We had the avocado toast, the tuna sandwiches (big blue tartine), donuts, iced green tea with mint and raspberry lemonade. My son got his raspberry lemonade first, he couldn't stop telling us how good it was until we tried it, and, man, was it amazing! just the right amount of sweet. Then the food arrived and we started tasting from each other's plate. The avocado toast was unlike any other, it had fine pieces of apple that made it just the right amount of special, surprising and, well, fantastic! I very often order tuna sandwich when I look for a quick bite and I am very rarely surprised, even more rarely pleased. This delicate sandwich was unlike any other tuna sandwich, it had caramelized cherry tomatoes, tiny capers, a little melted cheese, very subtle, fruity olive oil and a fluffy baguette. The donuts were so fluffy and tasty, filled with creamy nutella, like they should always be! Everything was very meticulous, made carefully and with love. The cafe was very clean and calm : the perfect place to eat in peace. First, we were accused twice in a row of trying to cut the line for a table while asking at the front counter (without a single breathing soul inside waiting behind us) if we could order coffee to-go. Second, we were rudely told essentially "no, none of your business" twice in a row (Yes, seriously) after asking how long the wait for a table would be.
