Me and my friend ordered two different bowls. Mine was the sweet heat bowl with chicken and it was actually the perfect amount sweet and heat! Everyone working was very friendly, especially when my friend went to grab the trays after we paid and the bowls slipped right off and fell on the ground completely. We felt soooooo bad but they cleaned it up and redid the bowls which I wasn't expecting but was forever grateful that they did. My only comment is if there is a way to get bowls that don't easily slip and slide on the tray, that would be great. We sat and ate and hung out there for a while. Even though we were the only ones that had a bowl slip and mess, we noticed we weren't the only people commenting on how slippery the trays/bowls (not sure which) are. I ordered my lunch online for pickup and got the email confirmation that it was ready not too long after. The option to order online great for someone like me who gets decision paralysis on the spot. Nonetheless, my office had two catered lunches from Fresh Kitchen last week that I, once again, still found to be okay. However, I will say, their herb balsamic dressing is DELISH. I poured it over EVERYTHING. I could have just drunk a BOWL of that dressing; that's how delightful it is. Also, I do find their grilled chicken to be well made. It has a nice flavor to it. Everything else was just OKAY. As far as service goes, I cannot speak to it as I've only ever had Fresh Kitchen at catered lunch and learns in the office. I also cannot speak to the overall space or ambiance of the space as I've actually never stepped foot into a Fresh Kitchen facility due to my catered lunch experiences. Beyond that, my overall stance still holds. They are okay. Maybe one day, I'll go in and build my own bowl and see how I feel about it. Until then, they aren't necessarily my-go to, but I do not mind them. I enjoy that they are a healthier alternative to other fast-food options.
