The mussels are always fresh, although their size can vary, sometimes they're large, and other times they're quite small. They used to allow parking in the back, but now it's valet or street parking only. The valet service is complimentary, you just tip the valet attendant, and they accept Venmo. My boyfriend enjoys their beer selection. I've had consistently good experiences with the food menu, but I find the mocktails to be just average. They tend to be more fizzy and soda-like than flavorful. I imagine their cocktails and wine are probably a better choice. They used to have complimentary bread. Now the bread is a menu item. The outdoor seating is very nice, although it can get a little hot during the summer. They have both ceiling fans and standing fans to help keep things comfortable. The only downside is the number of flies. We constantly had to wave them away from our food. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The only minor issue happened at the end of our meal. We ordered a large dessert and asked if they happened to have chocolate ice cream. The server said he would check with the kitchen. However, before coming back to confirm, he brought us the chocolate ice cream as if we had already ordered it. Since it was already served, we didn't feel comfortable sending it back, and ice cream isn't exactly something you can take home. We ended up eating it even though we were already very full. Aside from that small misunderstanding, we had a great experience. The food is consistently delicious, the service is friendly, and it's a restaurant I would definitely recommend.

As someone who usually has leftovers after dinner, the portions were just right at this place. The price was a little more on the expensive side but worth it!

The duck was tender and the sauce it came with was very good! The bao buns were also very good. I just wasn't a fan of the pickled vegetables which couldn't be substituted sadly. This is more of an upscale restaurant so I probably wouldn't come here often if I lived here but it's certainly a nice experience for special occasions or guests visiting!

The wife expected dry chicken breast with a tart wine sauce. The chicken fell off the bone and the mushrooms soaked up the delectable sauce. I had the steak and fries because I got the dinner special on the side of the menu. The steak was cooked a little less than my usual medium rare but that's ok. The butter sauce I got with it was good but not mind blowing. I wanted to immediately pass out after eating because the food is heavy. For dinner we switched to wine and when our first choice was not optimal the team were most gracious and brought us other options. We ended the meal with the basque cheesecake and some tequila shots. For their happy hour, you have to sit at the bar or at high tops, which was fine for my party of 2. Cool ambiance. Overall: nice upscale spot for drinks and small bites during happy hour, some items are not worth the price (like the burger) but everything tastes great and high quality.

Little trick is that if you decide to use the valet in the little square area, they will validate your parking. However, since it is located in Buckhead Village parking can be a challenge at times, however very cheap at two dollars an hour. This is significantly cheaper to downtown Chicago or any other section of Chicago equivalent to Buckhead Village where it is over $14 an hour on the street parking. Anyhow, let me say that Pedro our server was fantastic. He is so full of personality and courtesy and super patient with us. I've read many reviews to talk about slow service and I have to say it is not slow service. It is simply them telling you that they are not rushing you through a meal that is to be enjoyed in an amazing ambience. And they let you move at your pace, which is fantastic. You can tell by the photos we ordered quite a bit of food and everything was absolutely delicious as there were no leftovers whatsoever My only complaint about the place is first the velvet chairs and benches make it very hard to scoot on in or get off Further, you have to pay for bread service here, which I do not believe in. When we arrived, the valet received our vehicle and let us know parking is $5 with validation from the restaurant. I was able to easily secure our reservation on open table. We were greeted by a very sweet hostess, who asked each person in our party about food allergies and put the notes in for the server. We were seated next to a sunny window and the server quickly welcomed us. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and even went and found some hot tea for me. We enjoyed all of our food and the portions were so generous that most of us took food home. We look forward to returning.

They had a large food menu to choose from, and everyone in our group enjoyed everything. I ordered the savory buckwheat crepe and enjoyed it.
