One of my family and I's favorite spots at the beach. True authentic made from scratch German food/beer with great prices and ambiance. All the servers are dressed in traditional German garb and provide excellent service. Can't recommend enough

Paulaner beer on Tap and delicious Schnitzel and Spaetzle, sign me up. One of my favorite spots in the area to enjoy a meal. Cafe Old Vienna is a casual restaurant offering Austrian & German dishes, a beer garden & live music. Entrees include pork cordon blue, weiss-wurst, Viennese gulasch, pierogies, bratwurst, Sauerbraten, Potato Pancakes, Stuffed Cabbage, Veal Wiener Schnitzel, delicious homemade soups and fresh salads, homemade Apple Strudel and a variety of Seafood like Trout Filet, Grouper and Fish & Chips. Service has always been top notch and attentive on our visits. The restaurant does have onsite parking, though the spaces are limited.

Absolutely love this place. Come here every time we are in Myrtle Beach. Awesome menu, very authentic, lots of German beers on offer and incredible customer service.

Absolutely loved our meal here this evening. My daughter chose this restaurant and she wasn't disappointed! We ordered the German Feast for 2 and there wasn't a thing on that plate that wasn't delicious. The pork Wiener schnitzel was pounded thin and perfectly crisped. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and buttery soft inside. The sauerkraut and red cabbage provided a bright contrast to the heavy meat plate. I don't know the difference between the brauts but they were all tasty especially when adding the sweet hot mustard. We had quite a bit of leftovers so we will enjoy the meal again. The Bloody Mary was perfectly spiced and bold. Our server Kayla was attentive and efficient even though the place was packed. We made reservations which I highly recommend doing. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Probably the best restaurant (and definitely the most unique) in Myrtle Beach. The service was amazing, big thanks to Jeff! Food was 10/10. Really flavorful sausages and schnitzel! Beer was fun too, you can do a flight if you want to try all of their German-styled beer on tap. If you need a break from the seafood or fast food spots, try here!

Who'd a thunk you could get an authentic Bavarian meal a couple blocks off the beach in Myrtle? We walked in and were quickly seated at a high top table in the bar area. Service was friendly and helpful. Food was just what we were hoping for. The salads, apps, mains and sides were all fresh and well seasoned. Oh, and the beer was cold!!

Sachertorte, direct from frozen. And cheesecake crème brûlée. Also from frozen. Only $9.00 a slice.

Went for dessert because they are known to have sachertorte. We ordered that and a piece of crème brûlée cheesecake. Both obviously came from a frozen cake. Neither was very good. At $9.00 a slice I expect more. The server never once asked us how they were. Their dinners smelled good and they have a nice ambiance. I'd go back for that but I'd definitely skip dessert.

Showed up for happy hour just to have a couple of German beers. (Not hungry, hahaha!) Sat at the bar and had a flight of 6 beers on tap then a couple of pints (actually 14 oz), and ordered food from the happy hour menu. Schnitzel bites, fried mushrooms, and a pretzel. Omg. I could drink the beer cheese from a straw. I don't eat meat, but I filled up on carbs and yummy sauces. Oh and Noah was our bartender- he was awesome! The vibe is fun, and we completely forgot we were in Myrtle Beach! Live music on a Friday evening with an accordion. Prost!

I'm making this review for my wife who was visiting the area for a conference. She had some time to kill and had spotted this restaurant on her way in to town. I have to say that I was on the phone with her and she was just blown away. She was raving about the decor, the service and especially about the food. She lived in Germany during college so she knows what she's talking about. If you like German food and are in the area this is a "do not miss" spot.

These almost disappeared as fast as the Beer Cheese Soup.

My husband and I were starving and saw an ad while picking up our car. I didn't even know that this was on the other direction but it was nearby so we stopped and had some food. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. I had a spritz of sorts and my husband had a beer. I ordered fish and chips and it was delicious. The fish batter was very flavorful and the fish was huge and seasoned well. The chips (aka fries) were also well seasoned. My husband enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich as well. The restaurant had several tables inside. They keep everything clean and organized but the menus were slightly sticky. Could be the fact that they serve beer. Still, the experience was great and we left happy with full bellies.

Although It took a minute to adjust to the menus and seating/delivery system (no servers), we soon realized it works like a well oiled machine. The coffee needed to cool so I took the time to taste some of the "other" brews and got a hit with their dark lager. This is a uniquely full, smooth, yet hardy version that is absolutely fantastic! Run, don't walk to try this one! You can probably guess which one I took home from the to-go cooler! My husband got a dessert coffe cake a well. It looked home made and came with ice and whipped cream. Twelve 33 Distiller is a gem, a delight, a treat and worth visiting. My wife and I did the VIP…read moretour and it was amazing - very well led by SAM who spoke well on how they make their spirits as he showed us around, helping us pick spirits for our sampling and leading us through the equipment then to the "secret" Speakeasy. We loved our time at Twelve 33, enjoying our visit with SAM and KEVIN, the food, the spirits and the general feeling of joy persistent throughout the facility. Highly recommend you work in time to visit! TOUR $29 per person gets you a very personalized tour with an employee - in our case, that employee was SAM TICE who we learned is the Assistant Distiller and Operations Manager so he definitely knows his stuff! On the tour, you start by picking your spirits that will be on your tasting flight. Yeah, it seems weird to pick them up front but then while you're on the tour in the back, their staff is pouring all your spirits so they are ready for you when you're done - very efficient! And don't worry, your guide will assist you in selecting spirits and there's a very descriptive menu to help you out as well. SPIRITS The spirits I tried were excellent and my wife enjoyed hers as well, starting with their Intemperance Vodka that both of us got and fell in love with. And that's saying something! We are both Belvedere fans as our number one vodka of choice, and it's a Rye vodka so normally we're not in on the corn/wheat types but this vodka was smooth, delightful and fun enough that we purchased 2 bottles on our way out. Beyond that, our tastes went different directions as I loaded up on whiskeys and my wife went the tequila and cream liquor route. My favorite was the Triple Oaked whisky which I also procured a bottle of as we exited SPEAKEASY Such a fun surprise - at the end of the tour, you open their speakeasy by uttering the password, and step back into time with early 1900's decor and music, plus your tasting flight waiting with water and pretzels for you to enjoy. They give you time to taste and also select a cocktail (included in the tour) from their menu which they bring to you to imbibe in this fun room! FOOD We only tried one item from their Small Bites menu - a flatbread - but it was awesome. Very interesting flatbread as it was smaller than I think we expected but the ingredients were perfectly balanced and appropriately sized - we had the BBQ Chicken pizza with BBQ sauce, roasted chicken, purple onion and 3 cheese blend. It was cute and the perfect amount of food for a snack before we moved on to dinner closer to our hotel. STAFF Besides SAM who gave us the tour, we met KEVIN OSBORN, the founder/owner/head distiller who swung by to say hello and chat for a moment. He was very nice and it was great of him to drop by. We had servers and other staff that were equally friendly and welcoming - a warm, enthusiastic group of people that all seem to truly love working at Twelve 33 Distillery, and it made our visit even better
