So, even if trying to eat semi-healthy, options would be pretty limited here. All the toppings did go well together though. Unfortunately, the white mocha was a bit of a letdown--it wasn't hot and lacked the richness I am use to when having a white mocha and in a coffee cup not a glassware. Service: The service at this restaurant needs some improvement. We did go on a Sunday, but the wait staff and manager were checked out. We were seated and left with menus for longer than expected. I believe our waitress took a break, and nobody noticed us sitting unattended. The manager was one his phone and chit chatting with other wait staff. Ambiance: It was quite difficult to get a read on this place, there were some older folks standing and chatting like it was a bar. There was a movie on one TV showing some not necessarily family content. There was nowhere to sit but everything was open. Almost all the outside tables were "reserved". Super cute breakfast/brunch/lunch and dinner cafe nestled in the Pocket'Greenhaven neighborhood! Caffe Latte has been around forever since I can think of it, but I only JUST started going there about a month ago! Haven't had a chance to grab some eats, but they sure do make yummy ice/blended mochas! I have been going in about 3 times a week since I work right in the area. Customer service is beyond top-notch! Each visit has been on Sunday after 10 am & with a line out the door! The staff greeted with a smile and moved quick to get people seated and orders taken. Order was ready in 20 mins. Ordered the Denver Omelette & The Triple with an iced Mexican mocha. Total was under $40. Denver omelette was delicious! Good size portion topped with bits of ham, cheese and green bell peppers- served with a side of toast & breakfast potatoes seasoned well & gave a wedge type of feel. I was in the neighborhood and starving! I've passed by this little parking lot many times. I decided to drive in to check out eateries. I saw Caffe Latte Restaurant and decided to check it out. From the outside, it looks small. However, upon stepping inside, i quickly realized it's larger than it appears from the outside. There were people outside waiting for a table. They were probably in a large group since I walked in and got a table right away. Their menu consisted of breakfast and lunch. They also have coffees and lattes and such as well. They have good Mexican hot chocolate. I ordered the corned beef hash breakfast. They had these larger potato fries that were crispy on the inside and soft on the inside. Delicious. The corned beef consists of green pepper and onions as well. I truly enjoyed it. Overall, great place to bring family and friends. The staff were extremely busy, but helpful and cordial. The parking lot was a shared one with other businesses. The restaurant was cozy and clean. I'll be back to check out other entrees!! read more

I love that I can bring my dog here, but that seems to be the only reason why we come here lately. Food is very bland, can arrive cold, but the potatoes are great. Idc if they come from a bag, they're crispy and wonderful! Servers are friendly, but service is god awful. They really don't have much going for them but they haven't really committed to being so terrible we won't keep trying lol. My suggestion, train your serving staff the steps of service. Like checking back to make sure people like their food, need refills, napkins etc... they're only on it when we need our check. We know they're paying attn, but not giving us any service. That's why people pay extra to eat out. So they get service lol. Also hire a kitchen staff that is committed to serving a quality product. At the bare minimum food should be hot. read more

For to-go orders, I usually just give them a call and arrive within 15-20 mins to pick up. It's already ready and no mistakes! I think it's phone order only, can't order on the website which is not a big deal. They always pick up the phone. Anyway, I tried a few of their items and I really like their Effiel Tower (french toast w/ fruits), Caffe Latte Club (sandwich w/ grilled chicken), and tried a few of their crepes, too. Definitely recommend ordering one of their breakfast crepes. There's other items like omelettes, burgers, and even soup. Overall, a very basic breakfast restaurant but very delicious and awesome service. Great place to come with friends or family. So this is brought to the table. What's your reaction? Clearly mine was written all over my face because the server just stood there looking at me without saying a word. Is this a dare? She dropped the plate and left never to be seen again. I ordered the eggs Benedict. It looks bizarre. The tablespoon of hollandaise sauce is a burnt orange brown color. There is a significant amount of paprika on top. I revisit the menu to see if I missed something in the description of the item I have ordered. The first bite is cold and chewy. My taste buds are sending messages to my brain, but this does not compute as eggs Bennie. Further investigation reveals that the muffin had not been toasted which might be part of the temperature and chewy problem. The fact that my dish arrived less than five minutes after ordering should be another clue. The paprika hits my taste buds and (thankfully) cancels out the scant taste of the DonaldTrump sunburned orange hollandaise sauce. Time to dip into the deep fryer potato squares. Well that was a mistake. At this point I push the plate aside. The server notices but clearly does not want to deal with me. She passes by a few times, ignores me, and the owner finally shows up. He questions my full plate and offers to replace it. This is my second time here and my second disappointing meal. I decline replacement, pay the bill for a meal I did not eat, and vow not to return. read more

The potatoes were perfectly crispy and well seasoned, with cheese, bacon, sausage, bell peppers, and onions. The Asian salad was fresh, but the dressing was overly sweet and tangy, but still enjoyable. Unfortunately, the white mocha was disappointing, and I couldn't drink it. My husband, baby, and I came around 10am on a Sunday and it was pretty busy but were seated within ten minutes. We ordered a vanilla iced latte, Arnold Palmer, side of sausage, Eiffel Tower, and the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich with fries and substituted the salad for fruit. The Philly cheese sandwich and fries were really delicious. My husband said the Arnold Palmer wasn't sweet and they accidentally gave me a hot vanilla latte instead of it iced but they were so busy and had forgotten the drinks until after our food was served. Our server was apologetic and everyone was so nice, my husband and I didn't care. They even gave us a free milk to go for our baby. Thank you for a good breakfast! read more

Off and on I've been craving for pancakes and after having a dream the other day about eating them I finally caved into actually getting some, lol. Good reason to try a brunch spot, like this one, right?? I figured that I should also try another item here that's more nutritious that I could eat as a later meal so I added a salad to my order. Blueberry pancakes: was pleasantly surprised that the blueberry sauce wasn't too sweet at all! Tasted like it was made in house with fresh blueberries. The pancakes themselves were a bit bland (aside from a slight burnt taste.....they were a bit dark) but that wasn't anything syrup couldn't fix. Not the fluffiest pancakes that I've had but they still hit the spot. Overall I still recommend them because the blueberry sauce was very delicious and not overwhelming heavy (I devoured the pancakes. No regrets). The Capital (salad): very hefty salad lol but had four pieces of chicken though. Overly charred chicken. Everything else in the salad was terrific. The feta cheese, the caramelized walnuts, the crispy bacon pieces (chopped pieces of pan-fried bacon.....not jarred bacon crumbles). All of condiments blended well together in flavor. An actual tasty salad (but definitely not low-caloric lol)! Scrumptious stuff here. I'd say this place is one of the better brunch spots that I've tried in the area. read more

Located in a cute shopping center in the Greenhaven area right off of the I-5 freeway. Plenty of parking available. This restaurant has outdoor patio seating for 2 and 4 and tables throughout inside. I went on a Monday afternoon and it wasn't super busy. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member upon entry. I had the choice to either sit indoors or outdoors. Since it was my first time I asked for a few moments to look over the menu. They offer brunch food items like omelettes, crepes, bagels, pancakes, sandwiches, soups, fruit as well as coffee, tea and smoothies. I chose the Caffe Latte Club Sandwich- added cheddar cheese (doesn't come with cheese) with french fries and fruit. I also ordered a Mexican Mocha with oat milk. The portions are good size and for the fruit they gave a nice assortment of banana, strawberry, cantaloupe and honeydew. I really enjoyed the fries. I'm not sure what they season it with, but it definitely sets them apart from regular fries anywhere else- they were also very crispy. The chicken was was not dry, which I've noticed when ordering this type of sandwich from other places- the patty was just a little thin. I love love loved the Mexican Mocha! I think the oat milk takes it up a notch- I will definitely order again. Prices seem comparable to most diner like establishments. I think its affordable and well priced. I'm giving 4 stars, because I think my server forgot about me after I asked for a few moments to look over the menu. I waited about 15 minutes and then flagged someone down after I saw my server taking break. Not a huge deal since I didn't have anything else to do that day, but just wanted to point that out. They did apologize for making me wait. I also did not receive cheese in my sandwich. I didn't say anything because I noticed after I had eaten about half of the sandwich. Writing this while waiting for our order. The hostesses were excellent--courteous and apologetic for the long wait, as they mistakenly thought someone had already taken our order. No problem there. However, a big thumbs down to the rude manager who insisted we place our bikes outside the patio fence, even though they can safely be tucked next to our seats in the corner. So, as this is our fourth visit now it may have been our last . The service was two stars. The server Juliet did not want to wait on us to begin with, to make the situation worse we spent over an hour in the restaurant only one kid was able to eat, because the waitress didn't put in the my other kiddos order. Also, my food was swimming in oil. The gentleman I spoke to was so nonchalant when I wanted to remove the omelette instead he said I'll make another one so they made it to go, so me and my son's food was packed to go and you can see from the pictures the burger was not well done therefore he was unable to eat that burger . We love this little jewel in the pocket area! We have never had a meal that wasn't excellent using high quality ingredients. We are foodies and eat out often. The service here is beyond compare. Our group typically consists of 35-40 people. Today, we had a group of 37. In working w/Fadi and/or Sam weeks in advance for reservations and any special requests, they are completely accommodating. Today, Fadi set us up towards the back of the restaurant. He and his staff move quickly to provide excellent service and delicious specialties to our very large group. The food was delicious the service is outstanding here. The water served is a lemon and mint, it is so refreshing. I ordered the BBQ burger. It comes with a fried egg, onion strings, cheddar cheese and bbq sauce. The other plate in my picture is the pocket heat. I don't usually like crepes but wow these are fantastic. Wrapped inside the crepe is chicken, avocado, cheddar cheese, and the sauce had just enough kick. It also came with a fresh house salad. They even have live music on Fridays! We listened to smooth jazz as we dined. Music by a local Doug Martin. You can dine inside or outside and still hear the live music perfectly. Our food came out quickly. Our server was very attentive. Everyone is smiling and in a great mood. And who wouldn't be listening to Doug Martin play that guitar! We will definitely be returning maybe next time for breakfast and a latte. read more

Four and a half STARS This is my first time here on a Sunday. When I got there, they had live music out by the front door. It was really nice. I had planned to give them some money when I was leaving, but they packed up and left by the time I was done with my late lunch. OK, I got a breakfast Mexican omelette. It was really good. No complaints about any of the food at all and the coffee was pretty good. I asked the lady and she said it was San Francisco a coffee company. I buy that Rogers family coffee and use it at home. I would've given them five stars if the server had come over and checked on my coffee Faster, I like it when they come over and ask if you need a refill. I had to kind of waive her down to get her to come over. They were a little busy, so maybe that's not a big deal. The one thing that was nice is the food came out very quickly, so it was still nice and hot. My pet peeve is when some restaurants let the food sit at the pass-through window for a long time and it gets cold. read more

My dad has an English muffin and mine has a whole wheat bread. My mom had a Petaluma because this dish is kind of like the name of the city where we live long time ago. Last time, I tried the BBQ burger, my sister had a triple pancake, my dad had an Old-Sac burger, and my mom had a turkey sandwich.
