    Grilled mahi mahi salad
    Denise M.

What a shame. On my previous visit, I ordered the lobster omelette - it was phenomenal and absolutely worth the 40-minute drive from my house. This time, however, I was told it's only offered as a special and wasn't available today. No problem, I pivoted and ordered the grilled mahi mahi salad. To be kind, it was underwhelming, more like average bar food and under seasoned. The only real positive is the setting - you're essentially having brunch on the beach, which is fabulous. But that alone isn't enough to justify the trip and pricing when there are other places offering both great views and superior food.

My Group went to Luna Rosa to have 1/2 Price drinks at 6:10 pm in the rain. I was told that the happy hour drinks end at six. I told the bartender to look at their website. He said it ends at six. Service is good and the food was good.

Caffe Luna Rosa is conveniently located right near the beach. We stopped by for lunch and enjoyed our salads. The dessert was delicious. Definitely order the chocolate cake. The cannoli was a little too sweet for my liking.

This breakfast cafe is located right across from the beach. We visited in July so we sat inside with the air conditioning but they also have outside tables. The service was very attentive - constant water refills and checking in. The veal egg Benedict special was very good, as were the hash browns.

I've been close to being ripe tomato and staff cleaning up with a broom right next to my meal.

Another time here at Luna Rosa. I know why I keep coming back, it's the view. Yet, still more problems with new ownership. Food is still good but still management problems. Olivia, our original server was not able to locate the wine list by the bottle so she said they didn't have any. I got up and grabbed the manager and he brought one over immediately. Following that no more Olivia, just the manager taking orders. From the menu I asked for a bagel scooped. Upon arrival to the table no scooping, had to send it back. The kitchen also forgot to give me cream cheese. One thing I wonder about they serve cucumbers with a bagel and lox with unripened tomato slices and onion. What happened to the lettuce? Secondly, I don't like someone sweeping debris next to my table while I eat.

Luna chicken sandwich (I ate have)

There was 3 of us ladies, having a nice Brunch. Our orders were: Luna chicken sandwich avocado something or other (I think there was toast and an egg on top) she said it was really good. Oatmeal. Eggs bacon and English muffin. I only got a picture of half my sandwich, we were hungry! We all had coffee. Im a coffee snob, but it wasn't bad. The service was good, aside from not checking to see if we wanted refills on the coffee, I have no complaints on the service. The girl taking names at the entrance was pleasent enough. Now let's talk about parking! Lord have mercy! One of my friends recommended this place and I called her to find out what she did when she went. There is valet parking on Alantic almost to the corner of Ocean Blvd. That is it, take it! Unless you find parking curb side. GET YOUR TICKET VALIDATED.at the restaurant when you leave, THEY TELL YOU THAT AT THE VALET! IT WAS ONLY $5 FOR 2 HOURS! It wasn't painfully at all. Would i go back? Yes! The food and service ... very good. Now go enjoy.

Went to Caffe Luna Rosa for a late brunch and overall had a really nice experience. The restaurant is just steps away from the beach, which makes the location hard to beat, and the menu is huge with tons of options for both breakfast and lunch. Just a heads up that they close between around 3 PM and dinner service, so timing matters if you're going later in the afternoon. The food was the highlight. The lobster eggs benedict was very good, but the fresh catch of the day (yellowtail snapper) was absolutely beyond delicious -- super soft, tender, and flavorful. Definitely something I would order again without hesitation. We did go with a large group, and since they don't take reservations it took a while to get seated. One of the orders also got messed up, but with a bigger party that can happen and the staff was still friendly and accommodating. Parking is valet, but make sure to get your ticket validated at the restaurant -- it came out to $15 for all-day valet parking, which is actually a great deal for the beach area. Overall, great spot for brunch by the beach with a big menu and excellent seafood. Would definitely come back.

This place is great and it is always busy. It's right on the beach and A1A. They have excellent Benedicts. I have had the Lobster and Crab Bene and I have had the Pastrami/Corned Beef Hash Benedict. They were both rich and delicious.

This place is really nice for breakfast! Although it is across from the beach... you don't really get much of a beach view as the bushes block the view of the ocean. If you sit outside you're basically on the street watching cars drive by, but it is still pleasant. We started with the Cuban sunrise coffee drink and it was SO good!! For breakfast we had an omelet and the loaded potato pancakes. Both were delicious! We also tried the blood orange mimosa and it tasted like it had fresh squeezed juice it was so good. Service by Katie was great she was very nice! Definitely will be making this a regular breakfast spot

Great location by the beach. We went there for brunch before heading to the beach. Omelettes are great, eggs Benedict w perfect poached eggs. We sat outside.

What a lovely Easter brunch! We're entertaining friends from out of town and they wanted to dine with a beach view. As busy as the holiday weekend was, we waited for approximately 30 minutes at the bar for a table. The staff could not have been nicer considering the whole place was buzzing with activities. I got the lobster portobello eggs, Benedict special and it was divine!!! Our friends order the fried calamari to share with the table. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The only improvement would be the restroom could have been cleaner. But I understand the restaurant was pretty busy. Overall terrific service & food. The peeps are a nice touch for Easter

I had spent a couple of hours on the beach this morning and was looking for something nearby for lunch. This place is right across the street from the beach at the intersection of A1A and Atlantic Boulevard. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating so I chose an outside table. The menu offers both plenty of breakfast and lunch items. Although they had about six good sounding salads, I went with one my standbys, the Cobb salad. I am so glad I did because it was delicious. The chicken was one of the best I have had on a Cobb salad. Service was quick and friendly from my server, Juan.

Our experience here was okay. This place's location is the best, and maybe only thing, it has going for it. We had a 6 o'clock reservation for 6. We were seated promptly and the server brought bread out. We ordered cocktails, they took awhile to come, came at different times, and were not good. We had the burrata salad and Brussels sprouts for appetizers which were both good. We ordered our entrees and they took about 45 minutes to come out which was fine. We ordered a bottle of wine and it took over 25 minutes to come. The entire meal, the restaurant kept calling us to ask if we were on our way to make our reservation, I totally understand I miscommunication. Except, they then kept calling us the entire dinner even after we cleared it up once. They once even called to tell us our take out order was ready which was very confusing. Our entrees had mixed reviews. The halibut was good. The veal Marsala and beef tenderloins were not good. When it came time for the bill, the waiter brought us our bill with 4 extra bottles of wine on it. The location is good. The food and service is not.

Chef special veal chop, pounded thin, breaded, and fried, and made into a delicious Parmesan

We paid almost $100 per person for their omakase experience and it was a complete rip-off. First of all, we left completely starving. There was not one single ounce of protein in any of the courses, and every dish was aggressively salty. The service was just as much of a joke as the food. We never got our water or sodas refilled, and the staff completely ignored every single request we made. They also totally skipped us for the welcome glass of champagne, even though we literally watched them hand it out to everyone else. The most infuriating part was the bread situation. They told us we could not have any because their "upstairs bread oven wasn't working", but we could clearly see them actively serving bread to the downstairs customers. Make it make sense! Also, multiple people in our group had upset stomachs after and could not even stomach the food and left feeling uneasy. They now believe they have food poisoning which is disappointing since we used to love this place! It was also too loud inside and we felt packed as sardines. When we finally expressed our extreme dissatisfaction to the manager, he just gave us a weak "sorry" and did absolutely nothing to make it right. Honestly, the food was worse than cruise ship food and the customer service is completely nonexistent. It was a huge waste of money and a ruined night. Save your cash and go literally anywhere else.

Everybody seems to have been here from Michelle Bernstein, Guy Fieri, Raymond, Bruce, Greshka, Bill, Martine, Ariel, Quinetlla ... Everyone but me until today!!! Six of us decided to try going early on a Sunday evening off season. We found street parking around the corner. It's too Florida hot to stand outside in the summer heat. There are tables in front, a covered back patio with fans, large bar with a shared table ... There was an open kitchen with a large pizza oven, murals & shelves with ingredients covering the walls. I absolutely love good homemade pasta so this was a real treat. We waited at the crowded bar for :30 until our table for 6 was available. It was frustrating because diners finished their meal, paid their bill & spent :20 scrolling on their phones. While standing at the bar we enjoyed refreshing fruity sangrias. Our server was efficient and on point. The warm bread with butter and olive oil was crisp & delish. My husband & I shared 3 veal meatballs in a delicious red sauce. Couples shared their caesar & gorgonzola salads. For a main my husband & I shared the spicy lamb shoulder rigatoni. The serving was generous , there was lots of tender lamb, with melt in my mouth rigatoni that was full of flavor. To put that claim to the test; I decided to take my girlfriend out tonight and give this place a shot! Going in, there was surprisingly a good amount of seating and outside for a place that doesn't take reservations. For dinner, we ordered 1x wood fired house bread, 1x ala vodka with a chicken cutlet, and 1x short rib pappardelle. As for my review; we both agreed that we were both blown away by the food and service. First off, we ordered our food and received our appetizer within first 5 minutes and main dishes the next 7-10. To include, the food also came piping hot which again is almost unheard of. As for the taste; the house bread is essentially a foccacia; which was crispy yet airy and paired nicely with ricotta, balsamic, and EVOO. The ala vodka has a great contrast of cream to acidity from the tomatoes, a nice al dente bite of from the pasta, and tender crispy chicken cutlet! The short rib parpadelle was a show stopper as the noodles tasted fresh and had a nice chew, savory earthy/ creamy sauce, and tender bites of short rib which all together was AMAZING. My only small critique from tonight is that there is a 3% credit card fee which I think should've been disclosed before paying the bill (just FYI). But overall, this is was one of the best meals I've had in a while and will be coming back. Final verdict 5/5 stars!

And after this last visit, I will be passing on any future visits. We had a 6:30 pm reservation for 5 on a recent Saturday Night. That afternoon we asked if we can add one more person (so 6 in total) and were told we'd need to arrive at 6:15 pm. Logistically, that makes zero sense. The extra table seat wouldn't be a problem, and adding 15 minutes for the kitchen for 1 extra meal? But, ok. We arrived to a nearly empty restaurant at 6:15. We are catching up, looking at the menus and within 10 minutes the owner is hovering over us asking for our orders. We ask for another few minutes -- we hadn't even gotten our drinks. He tells us we have 2 hours so we have to hurry. Look, I live down the block from Le Sorrelle. I pass it night after night, and yes, it's has its nights where it is party central. People love to host family events there. But most of the time, this place is sorely wanting for business. And while perhaps Le Sorrelle did fill up after we left, there was plenty of seating when we did slip out, well in advance of our 2-hour limit. As for the food -- I can only speak to what I ordered. A Caesar salad and Pizza Margherita. Both were awful. And I'm really not just saying that because of the restaurant experience that night. I previously had pizza at Le Sorrelle (albeit, years ago now) and it was quite good. Perhaps the cheese pizza would have been. As for a good Caesar salad, run, don't walk to Segreto Italia. Actually, just go to Segreto Italia, because Chris, Joey and Chip will treat you like gold and you'll have an overall outstanding experience.
