Stopped by for lunch at noon. They draw table members for a free lunch.... we had never been here before and our table won! We had three people at our table and we all had a free meal they told us it was their way of saying thank you to the community. The last few times I have been here the food has been fine. Today I asked for my eggs over medium and when I got them I could barely eat the egg whites because they were not cooked at all after cutting into them. I get it's a busy place but the cooks should probably cook something as simple as eggs correctly. I probably won't go out of my way to come here again just because it's not my favorite. read more

This is hands down the best breakfast/ lunch restaurant in 50 mile radius. On weekends you may have a wait. On Sunday after church good luck, longer wait ,get there before church. Awesome place. One of the best breakfast spots in the Modesto area. The food was delicious and they give you big portions at a great price. The restaurant has great decor that really play up the cowboy/down home theme. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs and it was awesome. While we were in there, they did a drawing and whatever table number they pulled had their meal comped. Not only that, but while we were waiting they came up to us and told they lost our ticket, and they are making our food and will give us a gift certificate for the cost of our meal. Both my girlfriend and I were dumbfounded as we didn't even think the wait was that long! I admire the commitment to service and quality that this restaurant has, and all the staff were super friendly. I will definetly be coming back here and recommending it. read more

They close at 3pm on that Friday so I rushed over there, made it there by 2:30pm. I sat down and ordered a water with a lemon which arrived 7 minutes later. There were only two other customers in the restaurant at the time. The waitress apologized for the delay. I ordered the bacon cheese burger which came out rather quickly. The burger was OK. I can tell the bacon was precooked and then cooked again when they were preparing the burger. The fries were cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of "crunch". read more

The accustics are bad for those of us who wear hearing aides and there was quite a wait, but the place was so cute and quaint and the servers were kind and pleasant, so I think the good way out weighs the not so good We will go there again if we travel that way and you all should too! This places gets pretty busy, which the quick service is very helpful with keeping the wait time short. My only complaint is I felt as if I was rushed out the restaurant. A minute after the food arrived, the check was delivered to the table. Also, the minute I placed my last piece of bacon in my mouth, a waitress came by and took the place away. When my boyfriend was done with his plate, and there was some food left, a waitress came by and asked to take away the plate. However, this was as she already was holding the plate. The food is pretty good though and is decently priced. I think if you're not sensitive to the fast paced environment of the restaurant and like fast service, you'll enjoy Cahoots. read more
