We were online trying to educate ourselves on how to get it done correctly. We didn't no any one successfully doing it, we didn't know any one doing it period. We had no background in real estate investing and were trying to soak up as much knowledge off YouTube or google as possible. Obviously, getting just enough knowledge to understand the concept but we lacked the confidence to apply it because we don't have the systems in place to run a business sufficiently and successfully cuz we're not doing this to fail. My husband signed us up for the free work shop and I was immediately interested in attending the 3 day workshop because I figured they were gonna give us some great knowledge at that weekend workshop, which they did! But once they offered to provide all the systems necessary to operate and perform as your own functional business, that's what really got me hyped. They built this machine, a vehicle of a business that they can teach me to drive and how to use and operate and I can use this business as a vehicle to get to places I've never been in my financial journey. I hope that was a good analogy cuz for the people that rated this business 1 star, it seems to me that you didn't get it, you didn't understand what they said they could do for you becuz not once did they say that they were gonna turn me into an over night success story and that I would magically become rich and wealthy and yada yada. They said they would teach me how to use their systems and and that if I applied them exactly the way they instructed, that they would work! That is it, that is all, they promised nothing more, nothing less. That is not a scam. That is open and honest. That is basically saying, "YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR IT BUT ITLL BE EASIER IF YOU DO IT OUR WAY" and the 1 star people have a problem with learning; they don't want do it. Didn't mean to make it personal, It just really twists my chichis when folks call me a sucker for believing something that clearly works. I trusted their guidance, paid the annual fees for years, and only recently learned my property was never actually placed in the LLC. That means the structure they pushed offered zero protection and cost me hundreds a year for no reason. They never helped with the deed, never clarified mortgage restrictions, and never explained that an out-of-state LLC does nothing for a Tennessee property unless the title is actually transferred. I've now had to untangle everything and fix it myself. Do not trust this company, they are truly a scam.

Not only did they give us a incredibly detailed step-by-step guide of the buyer's process, but also spent the time to learn more about us as people and what we were looking for in a home. I was surprised my how much time and energy was invested before even signing any contracts with them. After meeting with a few different teams, we chose the GreenHouse Group and 100% stand by our decision! Communication was consistently strong and we were always in contact with someone/the entire team along the way. We worked with Lori & Alexa who also helped us navigate documents and important deadlines. The GreenHouse Group has a well-designed platform to track the home buying process--making it easy to see deadlines and to-dos. We worked with Craig for our Kick-Off Tour. Mr. Robert "Bob" Nourani (realtor) was showing the property as a favor for his friend Alex Ahmadian (owner). Out of several people viewing the home chose me, my son and roommate who would be sharing the home and paying rent. Moving day was on December 18th 2015 . The home was not clean. We had to clean the entire home both interior and exterior of the home. Both the owner and realtor are bothered when asked to repair items in home. I don't know why I was asked to pay so much deposit for a home that we the tenants have had to clean and done repairs ourselves. We (tenants) were accused of wanting everything new in the home, we only want workable appliances and don't want to beheld accountable for damage to the house that was there prior to us moving in. To top it off, I was never told that the home was for sale and now the realtor and owner want to enter the home for whenever they want to show it to potential buyers. This is wrong and an invasion of privacy for us. I was tricked into renting the home. I have denied them access to the home and was threatened to vacate the property in 30 days. I have rights. We're not even finished unpacking and they want to bring random strangers into my home. Why rent the property if they were planning to sell it? Logically, I wouldn't have moved into the home if I'd known it was being sold. Very bad business, shady and untrustworthy.

When I was having second thoughts about purchasing the place, he started hammering me, telling me there were other people lined up to purchase the place. He also was telling me about other places down the street and how he knew what those places would sell for. I do not know how anyone would know what something will sell for, unless they have a crystal ball. This is also highly unethical. JIM MICKELSON LIED TO ME ABOUT THE SQUARE FOOTAGE AND ABOUT SO MANY OTHER THINGS, such as the financial situation on the HOA... Once in escrow, when I was feeling uneasy, he started telling me about another condo down the street that sold for double of my condo. Well, this condo was nothing like my condo. Finally, when I was on the hook, he disappeared. I could rarely reach him, and when I needed to go do inspections, he could not be bothered and sent his daughter, HELENA MICKELSON, who is also a realtor at Realty Source. She was a joke. She always showed up with her son, and knew nothing about the place and could not answer one single question. I might as well been handed the key and looked at the place myself. After I closed escrow, I called the Realty Source office and could NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. This is not a legitimate real estate office. After leaving several voicemails for the lead broker, SCOTT ENGLE, I finally talked to him several times about what could be done about his highly unethical realtor. Guess what he did? NOTHING....He also was difficult to reach and I had to hunt him down at time. Realty Source is horrible...do yourself a favor and run if you hear the words Realty Source.
