My son needed the passenger side mirror replaced on his 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer. In addition to encountering the same rude receptionist that other Yelpers have mentioned, it sounds like he also ended up with the same experience with getting a simple estimate. Someone mentioned being gas lit. My son was getting a lot of cock-and-bull from the beginning. Talking about a brand new OEM part fresh off the assembly line on a model of car Mitsubishi hasn't made for the U.S. market for nearly a decade and even stopped producing in Taiwan two years ago. "Scans", exaggerated labor hours estimates, some other nonsense. Caliber is not a franchise. The Corporate office needs to send someone down to this one and do a little "Undercover Boss" inspection of the operation. read more

GO TO A DIFFERENT CALIBER COLLISION. I got hit a few months ago, went to THIS location to get my car repaired. When I came back to pick it up. My tire pressure monitor system has a service light that said "Tire Pressure Inoperative" I took it back, Eric told me that its because they're old. Sure, took my car to get that changed and everything was recalibrated and it still has that light on. So somewhere along of me dropping my car off and picking it up it all of a sudden "broke" Called and asked if they can look and make sure everything was hooked up and connected properly. The service I received at this location overly exceeded my expectations. The appointment availability lined up with my schedule. The customer service was exceptional from the time I walked in the door until the time I picked up my vehicle after repairs. I was graciously greeted, explained the process and timeline and introduced to the estimator Samson. The representative was ever so gracious and friendly, I wish I could clone him! I appreciate that this location asked my preferred method of communication and they actually used it! Samson was a absolute delight he ensured all damages were documented and explained they lie may be some delays with parts. He said he keep me updated thru my preferred method of communication! The technicians completely restored my suv to it new condition without damages! I was thanked for doing business with this location and welcomed back! The parts and paint, the drive - everything far exceeded my expectations. It took too long time to schedule a repair from the time an estimate was done. Also vehicle exterior was delivered dirty and several scuff marks in the clear coat. For $9K in repairs it should have been washed and detailed. Follow-up to owner's reply: Contacted body shop to have the vehicle detailed to remove the scuff marks/scratches in the clear coat. Was told to drop it off and no appointment needed as it should only take a couple hours. Dropped it off and it ended up taking a couple of days. Vehicle was delivered dirty again and not all marks/scratches were removed from clear coat. Talked to their service advisor and detailer and was told that can't remove scuff/scratch marks in clear coat unless it gets sanded which will remove clear coat. Very disappointed that was not discovered and not fixed during the three weeks that had my car for hail damage repair. These scuff/scratch marks were not originally there as car was thoroughly inspected by insurance adjuster and their service advisor before it was dropped off. My car is a 2023 model with only 7K miles. read more

Recently was in a fender bender and the other persons insurance (Geico) paid to replace my front bumper and grill. Dropped it off at Caliber on a Monday, rental car was ready for me and Samson my service advisor was prompt in answering all my questions. They texted me throughout the week with updates on progress and made sure I was aware of what was going on. Car was ready Friday same week which was earlier than expected! Overall I had a great experience with this location and specifically Samson as my service advisor. My Volvo looks TOO new if anything and I would suggest this place for collision repair. read more

Absolutely the WORST shop ever! Took my brand new Maverick there to have hail damage repaired on the roof. They had to take the headliner off to pop out the dents. Got the truck back yesterday with BLOOD all over the tan cloth headliner!! Shop refused to let us look over the truck until repair was paid for..hmmm wonder why! Then talked to Eric who was not even apologetic or took responsibility but tried to blame us and say we left it there then hung up on us!!! If you make a mistake own it!!! The right and ethical thing to do would have been to let us know what happened and REPLACE the entire headliner that you left blood on!!! Run far far away from this company! If I could give them a negative 10 I would..They are not honest or ethical. They also are horrible at repairs as you can clearly see in the pictures all the frayed ends all over the seams! If you don't know what you're doing then be honest and refer the job to someone else!!! FYI.. the truck is only 3 months old and we waited 2 years for it to come in!! read more

Amazing!!! I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision to get a broken glass replaced and damage to the door repaired. My vehicle is not an easy color to match, but they did an immaculate job. Also Victor was amazing to work with, he was very upfront with what needed to be done and very kind and professional. Jairo the Office Manager is also wonderful to work with. DO NOT FIX YOUR CARS HERE. THEY ARE THIEVES. On October 18th, I got my car fixed at Caliber Collision. As I was taking the car out of the shop, I realized that two of my sunglasses I had left in my car (totaling over $450), a $4 lottery ticket, and our home's garage remote opener had disappeared. I immediately notified it and ask what had happened to my items, but the man had absolutely no idea. Because we couldn't find the items anywhere, we decided that someone had probably stolen items from my car while it was being fixed. The man contacted his boss, and I was to receive a Visa gift card for $450 for the two sunglasses, since those were the most valuable stuffs. It has now been over three months, and there has been no contact made from their side whatsoever. I have tried calling 3 or 4 times to ask for the status of the refund/gift card situation, and every time I call Caliber Collision reassures me that they haven't forgotten about me and that they would get me the gift card ASAP... with absolutely no avail. Honestly, the fact that someone stole from my car while it was getting fixed astounds me, but Caliber Collision's utter lack of customer service and respect shocked and disgusted me even more. Took my SUV in for hail damage and I liked the people I dealt with in the waiting room and the sales representative I dealt with. Was not even miffed when they called and I went to pick up car but noticed they did not do all the work(replacing windshield) and it took 4-5 more days to get my car back. When I picked up the car, I paid the invoice total they presented and had paperwork from them saying balance due from me was $0.00. Then weeks later on a Friday I get a call from a collections/billing person stating that I owed them more money.  I did not have the paperwork in front of me to refer to so I stated that I would look at the paperwork and call them back on Monday. During the whole of the call he was rude and condescending.  Fifteen minutes later I get a call from my insurance company stating that the repair facility had call and said I was confused and needed straightening out. I looked over the paperwork found their mistake and called back on Monday as I said I would.  The person I initially dealt with was kind and very helpful in providing me an invoice with the correct amount I owed. She then transferred me to no other than the person that was so rude the friday before. Well it appears that the weekend had not improved his attitude.  He was again rude and condescending and telling me what I was going to do.  I told him I would put a check in the mail that day(Monday) and he should have it in a couple of days. He said that was unacceptable and got even more rude.   Since I had already told him I would put the check in the mail I hung up because of his rudeness. He then left me a voicemail threatening to sick a collection agency for non payment. I put the check in the mail 15 minutes later.  And yes of course he called my insurance company again and they called me again. As I said in the beginning the repair was for hail damage and I do have a second car with between $5000-$6000 of repairs to be done that will not be going to Caliber Collision because of this person.  If you have any choice in where you get your car repaired I would advise going elsewhere. read more
