Garbage! I nearly crashed my car because of the poor work done at this location. I was rear ended in March and the fender was barely damaged. They still insisted the entire trunk and fender had to be replaced, probably to milk my insurance company for more money. Took two weeks and I had to call them and wait in the lobby forever to get answers as to what was taking so long. They said they test drove the car but it instantly had problems. They did not properly reattach the right rear tail light and it took almost a month to get an appointment to get it fixed. When I came in, no one even knew who I was or why I was there. If I didn't demand it be repaired immediately I would have been ignored. Their supposed service manager never bothered returning any calls or even let anyone know I was coming in that day. Two months later I nearly crashed my car. They improperly installed the fender and it grinded out my back tires. When I brought it to a different location for warranty work I was accused of damaging the tires myself and was forced to buy 3 new tires. They went somewhere to get a buy 3 get 1 free and took the free tire for the one they promised to replace and billed me for their own screw up. They refused to give my car unless I paid right then and there. I will never go back to any Caliber Collision after how I have been treated at two different locations. read more

I would be very careful when choosing a body shop and thinking about going to caliber collision they have been accused of numerous felonies including fraud however they have settled the suit nevertheless you should be very careful when choosing a body shop for your body repairs on your vehicle I took a car in because it was recommended through my insurance and they both acted very inappropriately and held my car for ransom until I paid the full amount of the insurance had already agreed to pay. Won't be going here anymore. Over 20 years, this is the third car I've brought here. The first two were ok, but this last time... I've lost all respect for this company. I asked them repeatedly if I was getting a new bumper skin. The agent told me ... uh huh, yeah. Apparently it was going in one ear and out the other because when I picked up my car I could tell the bumper looked odd. I asked them what they did and he replied, "oh we just fixed it." When I asked them how, he said they melted it down and "smoothed it out." Yeah... No. It still looks like a kindergartener tried to fix my bumper. I just want to say that these guys are absolutely fabulous. I was referred to them by Steve over at Diamond Bar Auto Electric because my trunk wasn't opening. I had things in there that I needed for my company trip the following day, so I was in a really tight bind! Just need to note that they've recently relocated across the street. I pulled in and Michael asked me what I needed. I told him that my trunk wouldn't open after just using it yesterday and most people thought I had an item of clothing stuck in the latch or something. He originally told me that he could give me a day and time to come back for him to look at it but that he didn't have time at the present. I don't know if I looked or sounded glum but then he told me to park it off to the side and he'd see what he could do for me. It seemed that my problem had begun to draw a crowd with the employees there. About half an hour or so later, with the tenacity and strength of a total of five guys (three handling my back seats, two outside lifting the actual trunk), and a long metal stick, they got my trunk open. It turned out the cover of my latch was dislodged somehow, so we just took the cover off and pushed the unlock wire back into its groove. I was so relieved and happy I didn't have to go pay an arm and a leg at a dealership! Everyone was so nice and understanding and then they just sent me on my way! I don't think I've ever met anyone nicer from an auto body shop. As a thank you (for both the service and the fact that I would've missed the company trip without them), I baked them a batch of cookies. Again, they were so nice, polite, and seemed genuinely pleased about the cookies. They also put up the business cards my boss insisted on me taking. If I ever need any body work done, I'm going to call them first. Thanks again, fellas! read more

Got in an accident, took the car here. Very close to the car and I like to kept in the loop, so about a week later I went in to see the progress on the car, I pulled into the driveway and see huge construction vehicles blocking the driveway!! So I have this huge machine in front of me blocking me, and I have a busy street with on coming traffic behind me, couldn't really back up into traffic. Okay, if you're doing construction, PUT A FUCKING SIGN! CLOSE THE GATE, SOMETHING! then this guy, name is Mike and has tattoos, comes to my car and tells me to move cause I can't go in. Eventually backed up into traffic and just left. The next day! I showed up on my motorcycle, asked if I could see the car, and what do you know, MIKE IS THERE! He tells me that since I'm not the REGISTERED owner, on paper, I can't see it. He said this all in a RUDE manner. So I leave. In the parking lot I got a phone call as I was about to leave, so I'm sitting on my bike on the phone, still in my parking space. Then a tow truck with a car comes in and is right behind me. While I'm on the phone, mike asks me if I can leave, also in a RUDE way, so the tow truck can have an easier job unloading the car. Customer service SUCKS! the work was...Okay. I've been to chaffey auto in upland, I think they do a better job in work, ESPECIALLY in customer service. I'm writing this AFTER the car is finished because I feel like they'd do a worse job if Mike read this. He's a jerk and seems like the retribution type. read more

This is the second time I have ever brought my cars to caliber collision. We all know the saying first time shame on you second time shame on me! Never again will I deal with this company. They cheat good people with their demise. I was hit by another driver and this persons insurance said I had to go there because they were contracted with this place. I see why- my front end was damaged, mind you I had a steel bumper which shifted a few inches to the right. They only fixed the left side to which the crash was impacted. I have after market lights in my car and these ding dongs hooked them up as if they were factory lights. It doesn't stop there either. The latch to my hood is dangling in my car and it was not like that before. I went up there to express my concerns and the person or persons who worked on my car was conveniently not there and they had to ask this person if he or she had broke the part. Of course they are going to defend there workers, but I can't get into my hood. How do you check for internal front damage, disconnect the lights, and not get in the hood of my car? The answer is relatively simple--- YOU DON'T! I have a saying the truth will always set you free that I adhere to, but this company is about money and many other things like breaking things that were not broken, so now I have to get a second opinion and will create havoc until the issues that were not there before the accident are resolved. Don't contract with this place called caliber collision. My suggestion is find a reputable place and take it there, because you may or may not have problems with this place. I have had a problem both times I have been in an accident and not my fault. Know your rights as a consumer and don't settle for one option. read more

Did not connect all antennas back so no reception for satellite or regular radio. Broke the plastic tab off the pillar trim. The work got done but the attention to detail is lacking. I got rear ended and had minor damage which required the whole bumper to be painted. I spoke with the All State lady (starts with an M not sure) and she was so accommodating and friendly! They set up a rental car for me, took me to Enterprise to get the car, and even dropped the rental back off for me. Robert was the guy who helped me with the actual repair. He was very professional, polite, and kept me in the loop the entire time. They estimated my car would be done in 3-4 days, but I dropped off my car on a Tuesday morning and picked it up by Wednesday afternoon. Extremely quick and efficient. My entire car looks brand new because of it! They also keep you in the loop 100%. You get text messages each time they update the estimate, pick up date, etc and you can even text back with them on that number. I didn't have to call them wondering what was going on or how my car was. I'm completely satisfied and can't believe what a No-Hassle process this was. Someone hit the side of my new car. Because caliber collision is a large organization, I assumed they had some kind of quality control. After three weeks And four trips to their office, they could not figure out how to send a photo of the damage to the other driver's insurance company. meanwhile, I understood that they would send their estimate to that company, and after being told that they still had not heard back, they said they assumed I would send in the estimate. meanwhile, that company was scratching their heads over why I was having to do so much work that normally is done by the body company. Caliber was no help in arranging for rental car. Finally, in disgust, I went to another company who arranged for everything, and kept me and the car rental company informed on a daily basis of their progress on my car. As i am writing this review this review is based on getting services TWICE. My first experience was great, i got hit in the front and i had to pay my deductible. I did choose this location because of how close it was to my home and i did review other reviews of this location and went ahead and took my chances. I have to say from experience that it is MINDSET that you will either have a good or bad attitude towards a establishment. I was going in to trust this place with a good attitude and got EXCELLENT results. So back to my first time here, Rene Flores was my service advisor and was and is amazing! He is honest thourough and has a sense of urgency when helping you through the process. He understands the value of your time and money. I highly recommend him and thank him for his honest work. I was able to get a rental through Caliber for just a couple days (with a deposit) as I was unprepared and had to get to and from work. Thank you Caliber for taking care of me. The work was A++ and I am PICKY! I mean i can be crazy lady when it comes to my car and i did have a few minor things i wanted detailed again but was taken care of and done by next day. Im still satisfied with work to this day. My second time there (i just got my car back 2 weeks ago] was flawless as well, Rene again took care of me and was as always a gentleman and made sure i got the right parts on my 2019 vehicle. He has 10+ years experience and will return again. Work was executed with care and my car looks great. I do have lifetime warranty so thats a huge plus because if there is in fact a issue i can return and get fixed. Its hard to find a good body shop with excellent personnel.
