Someone backed into my car and the front grill was cracked. We went through insurance and were told to go to Caliber Collision for the repair. Before then, I never even realized they were there, but now I won't forget! The front office was set up perfectly for social distancing with plastic barriers and everyone wearing masks. Everyone at the shop was very good at maintaining six feet of distance. Manny came out and looked at the car. He explained that replacing the grill would be a little more difficult because he had to realign the sensors in front. He walked around the car and mentioned all of the little preexisting scuffs and dings that he was marking down on the form so there would be no confusion later. He was very communicative and open. Two signatures from me and we were done. He promised to give me a call when he had a better idea of the timeline. I received a call that day with details on what repairs needed to be done, how long it would take to get parts, etc. He informed me upfront that insurance would require a refurbished part first and I agreed. The car was ready on time as promised. In fact, he called me first thing in the morning to tell me I could pick up. When I went to pick up, he told me that he used an original factory part instead because it was going to take too long to get the refurbished part. There was no extra cost to me. Was involved in a 3 car accident. I was rear ended and pushed into the car in front. State Farm was the insurance company for the 3rd car and they took care of everything. They recommended Caliber Collision and I am glad they did. The location was close to my house. I showed up at 730am and the front desk person, Ellie, said that I would have to return at 830 since they had an appointment already waiting. I understood and was about to leave when Jose saw me by my car and asked what happened. Next thing I know, he was doing the estimate. I went back in and let Elle know that I had been taken care of and she just smiled, then offered me some freshly pop popcorn. I didn't think the day could get better .. lol. A few hours later, Elle called me and we set up a time for me to drop off the car for repairs. Throughout the process, Jose or Elle were in constant contact, letting me know what they found, what they have submitted to State Farm and what the next step was. When the car was finally done, I could not see an evidence that the car was ever involved in an accident. Great service, great work .. I brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision after being in a minor collision. The communication between my insurance company and Caliber Collision was excellent. Once I made my claim, it was very simple to connect with Caliber Collision. Caliber called me to make an appointment. The office staff was considerate and helpful. The representative, Jose, was happy to assist with providing me with an estimate. He was straight forward, and it was clear he was experienced with reviewing damage to vehicles. He runs an honest shop. I had taken my car to one other collision place who said I needed about $3,500 - $4,000 worth of work. I told them, I will take it to another shop and go through my insurance. Fortunately for me, Caliber Collision was one of the repair shops I could chose through my insurance. Calliber Collision estimated the repairs to be approximately $1,200. Significant less, thank GOD. If I had gone with the other shop, my car would have been totaled. While I was at Caliber for the estimate, they verified parts and cost. My experience with this location (caliber Collision) was excellent. Fair and honest, and the work was done a few days early and they communicated the status of my vehicle very well. We came here with a amazon deal and were so glad we did! They were able to squeeze us in on a Friday and it took about 30 minutes. We waiting in the spacious waiting room filled with magazines and a TV! The mechanics are very nice and friendly! I will definitely bring my car back in the future! Very happy customer! The guest service & technicians at this location are top notch. Especially Jose, my personal contact person, made it a five star experience. After a stupid car accident, State Farm recommended bringing my car here for repair. I'm so glad they did. Sure there were some delays, actually a couple of missed target dates, but I appreciate Jose making me feel like he cared for my safety and would not give me back my car unless it was perfect. I wasn't happy about the 2 week rental car expense due to the delays because that was out of my own pocket. Still trying to wrap my head around that expense. I appreciated the text updates. In the end, my car looks great and when I pointed out a alignment issue, Jose offered to have his technician adjust it asap. Lifetime warranty as long as you own the car is awesome! While the situation wasn't great, I was very happy with the service provided by Manny and his team the first time, so using them again through my insurance company was a no-brainer. Again coordinated the tow very well and provided a prompt estimate. After a delay with backordered parts, the work was done quickly. I decided to have my car serviced at Caliber Collision as it was one of the preferred shops through my insurance. First off, they were easy to work with and sent a tow truck to tow my car to their shop since I didnt it want it sitting and leaking oil everywhere. I later realized how close they were to my home. Manny was the mechanic who contacted me, explained everything that was wrong with my car and kept me informed through the entire process from ordering parts to estimated time frame of how long the work was going to take. I had a cracked oil pan, damage to my front bumper and missing a splash guard. In just under a week, my car was ready! When I got to the shop to pick up my car I had just missed Manny, but another nice man assisted me in taking me out to my car and showing me the work that was done. My front bumper looked brand new! Over the weekend, I drove my car to the Sacramento area and it ran very well. No leaks !! I'm so glad I took my car to Caliber Collision and would recommend this shop to others. I went here to get a quote to fix a dent/paint issue on my car. The service advisor Jose was very helpful and explained the options. They buffed out the paint problem and explained that I would be better off using PDR as there is no actual paint problem and the dent can be mostly removed. However they do not do PDR and thus recommended one to me. I really appreciate that Jose was honest and provided the best options overall even if it didn't go through Caliber. Next time I do need a full repair, I would not think twice to go to this Caliber location. read more

I had an 8:30 appointment and showed up on time. I spoke to the receptionist to let her know about my appointment. A representative came out of the back office and I said good morning. Her response was I'll get to you in a moment. Fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I'm still waiting even though no other customers were waiting and no other customer had been in the waiting room the entire time I was there. I asked the receptionist when I will be helped. She basically replied, well you heard her, she will get to you. This is not how to treat customers especially when they have a set appointment and there are no other customers around. Even if you are having a staff meeting in the back, you should stop what you are doing and help a customer who has an appointment for that time and arrived on time. Since leaving the shop without getting help (because I had to get to work), I have not received a call from the shop to apologize or inquire as to what happened. Apparently, I'm just a number to them. read more

I called the Willow Glen location and spoke to a technician about my options and they told me they could get me in first thing in the morning, they even said they would help me make arrangements if they couldn't finish before I needed to return to work at the hospital.
