We called probably 5-6 places. Most places didn't do sunroof repairs, but the ones that did offered $500 and up for parts alone, not including labor. They said parts would take a couple days to a week to come in and labor would take a couple days. We called Fernandez and they quoted us $300 total for labor and parts and were the only ones with the glass on hand. Not even the Toyota dealership had the glass on hand, and we would have spent $2000+ if we went through the dealership. We got to Fernandez and they quoted us what they did over the phone. The repairs took about 2 hours and the glass looks great. The glass they used is used, but it looks new to me. They warned that the sunroof may not open, but I think that's because only strictly replaced the glass and don't fix the tracts. But everything works perfectly. I would highly recommend this place before trying others, as you may save a lot of time and money here first. 10/10

After Driving off my dash lights up like a christmas tree. Check Abs, check brakes, power steering, plus a few others. All these lights came on at the same time. This had NEVER happened before and just so happened to start RIGHT after they did the work. I brought it back immediately. Wayne's guy in the garage proceeds to gaslight me and say these lights have NOTHING to do with the work that they did and that it was a computer issue. Lies. These lights have lit up my dash for months. They come and go. Another mechanic verified that this was the result of poor work when changing my brakes and now it is really expensive to fix. And now that the sensor for my abs is messed up, getting other work done on my car triggers more related sensors. Now tmps is going nuts as well. My car had ZERO computer issues and ZERO abs issues before theh did my brakes this last time. They should be responsible for these repairs! But they proved to be dishonest! If you make a mistake, OWN UP TO IT! I can respect that and have been loyal for years. Wayne is great but the guys in the garage really screwed me this time and tried to make it seem like they didn't. For this I will NEVER patronize them again and don't recommend that anyone else do.

Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. While four weeks seemed overly long, my insurance company's adjustor and appraiser were responsible for most of the delay. Throughout the process, shop manager Eric Villa keep me apprised. Price--you can't beat it!

I always feel like they're trying to scam me and that they can't be trusted, but I now I know I can trust Gerber - you can't tell anything ever happened to my car! It looks brand new. I was rear ended and had to go through the process of collision repair. While my repair was somewhat minor, they fixed it with no problems and without trying to upsell me on every little thing. I worked with Jordan who was outstanding, he had the best communication, transparency, flexibility, and he was very friendly. I felt better leaving my car knowing that I would be taken care of, and Jordan made sure of that! The only difficulty I had involved scheduling the services. The insurance agent of the person who hit my car sent them my appraisal and information, and told me that Gerber would reach out to me within a couple days. After about a week and a half of waiting I finally had to call Gerber to schedule, and we set a drop off time for the following week. I called the day before drop off to confirm before making the drive over, and the employee told me that I wasn't even in their system and there were no records of my appointment. I decided to reschedule and the next appointment I set went smoothly. The drop off took some time, but they were very busy so I don't blame Gerber! And then the 2 days estimate for repairs extended to a week in length, but again I would rather wait longer and make sure my car is perfect instead of rushing them to meet the original deadline. 5 stars for Jordan and the repair!! Gerber truly cares about their customers and the service they provide.
