Came for lunch to satisfy a craving. Upon entering, staff offered cheery greetings. If it's your first time visiting, you can either order on the kiosk or with a staff member. Someone is always available to assist, which is nice if you have any questions or need any extra condiments/utensils. Speaking of utensils, they use actual silverware and plate ware when dining in. Such a nice touch! My visit today was made extra nice with special thanks to Keane (so sorry if I misspelled your name!). He was very kind and accommodating. Him and another employee went around checking on diners as they cleared tables. I could also see the cooks doing their thing in the kitchen and it's so great seeing employees enjoying themselves. Wanted to eat some grill fish that is reasonably priced and this place was it. The ordering process is through a kiosk so no human contact. We were a party of three and we all ordered the garlic butter grilled swai and the two sides is where we each customized to what we wanted (white rice, brown rice and kaleslaw). There are two ways to order this, either regular or petite order. It was lunch hour so it was pretty busy and the noise level was average. We got our food quickly which was a plus. She's always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the customers. The food is always fresh and delicious. I usually get the grilled salmon plate, and it's cooked perfectly every time. The sides are great too! The vibe is always great in the restaurant! Great music too and they also have a new feature where you can pick the music through RocketBot an app! Girls in front are literally bullies talking smack about a customer in front of them & purposely making me wait for my food when it was literally just a taco. just because i asked them to help me with a drink. One worker name is ki & she is wearing glasses & a nose piercing. Whole times while i was waiting she was rolling her eyes at me. It's so unprofessional i told the manager gorge & he wasn't even trying to help the situation. I went back inside to ask for a refund & there the manager gorge & the employees were talking about me & the situation. I asked for a refund & the manager had the audacity to ask me what it is i want from them after i asked for a refund he said so what do you want a printed receipt or ? Like as a manager you should be able to handle situations like this to accommodate the customer in any means. Ki was telling a chef that she had food she can take home now because i didn't want mine, all of this is carelessly happening in my face. i felt so uncomfortable because it was so unnecessary the attitude & disrespect.
